We are looking for a Technical Project Manager within Integration for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 12-month limited contract to begin with.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

The work
You guide the organization in how to develop our products in a stepwise approach to reach new capabilities in the SW stack in a CI/CD approach. You do this by close collaboration with all developing areas in Engineering (R&D). Together we create the integration plan, a transparent way to follow the functional growth in the electrical system and SW baselines. We also work with anatomy plans and test analyses to focus on critical dependencies to ensure we are all targeting the same capability growth throughout the organization. We make technical evaluations on how the plan impacts the complete electrical system and drive the integration planning towards project needs.

The focus in the team is how we can create the best integration test value coverage throughout R&D. You will also drive these questions throughout R&D to collaborate with internal stakeholders on creating a shared definition of ready to integrate and ready to release.

Who are you and what do you do?
You have a strategic mindset and have experience working with both complex products as well as organizations. You have experience on working with SW integration in a complex embedded system that includes working with test and integration strategies. You have knowledge working in SIL/HIL/VIL/test environments connected to product development on a complete level.
Working with integration plan and functional growth, you have knowledge in how to grow functionality and in automotive technology both in functions and/or concepts.

We believe that collaboration and networking come natural to you. You are communicative in English and can use suitable value argumentation in dialogue with both product managers, stakeholders in order to empowering the test and integration developers. About the Department
The Test Vehicles & Logistics organization manages the full lifecycle of test vehicles throughout the development process. The fleet includes various vehicle types and brands within a global automotive group.
The department consists of four sub?teams:

Senior Advanced Fault Tracing / SWDL


Vehicle Management


Test Vehicle Fault Trace / Uptime Engineering

The team works cross?functionally across planning, build coordination, material ordering, delivery tracking, and ensuring the latest software baselines. Logistics covers both test vehicles and spare parts, including monitoring carrier services.

Test vehicles are located at several sites depending on test type, with the majority based at facilities in Gothenburg, but also at proving grounds in Sweden, the EU, China, and the US.

Assignment Description
As a Customs Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient movement of goods between Europe, China, and global markets. You support a rapidly scaling supply chain by safeguarding customs compliance, enabling timely deliveries, and minimizing regulatory risks.
This role sits within Test Vehicles & Logistics and collaborates closely with finance, legal, and external logistics partners to secure a seamless and compliant end?to?end import/export process.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all imports and exports comply with EU, Swedish, and Chinese customs regulations.


Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, declarations, certificates of origin, HS classifications).


Classify automotive components and finished goods according to HS codes and determine duties, tariffs, and taxes.


Monitor regulatory changes and update internal customs processes accordingly.


Conduct internal audits, identify risk areas, and propose corrective actions.


Serve as the primary point of contact for customs?related matters for internal stakeholders (Logistics, Purchasing, Finance).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics and licensed customs broker/specialist.


Experience in customs, international logistics, import/export compliance, or freight forwarding.


Strong documentation management and data?analysis skills, with high accuracy under time?sensitive conditions.


Strong communication skills for interaction with authorities and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for our future team member to enable Hardware In The Loop ( HIL ) Development.

The Hardware In The Loop ( HIL ) test environments are built around the above-mentioned computer-in-the-car architecture. These setups are a combination of vehicle simulator and real hardware components to emulate a real vehicle with all the relevant dynamics. Our team(s) are responsible for the development and maintenance of these test environments, while making sure that the test environments are capable to execute relevant test cases for platform, software, and function verification. The hardware-based environments are state-of-the art test setups, critical for testing software before the final product is launched. Description of the assignment
Support Design Sweden Design Project Leaders in their daily management of design projects.
Coordinate and plan design activities and deliverables within respective project(s) according to the agreed product development process, scope, timeline/logic plan, budget, and budget follow-up in close cooperation with the Design Project Leaders.
Maintain control of project actuals related to hours and model costs. Keep the Project Resource file and Resource Master file updated with project forecasts.
Follow up on activities and deliveries, and consolidate input for project gates and milestones.
Support the design project team(s) in creating project sites, sending meeting invitations, and writing minutes.
Perform duties and preparations related to design project meetings and reviews.
Manage the Level 2 time plan for each design project, based on the VPP and including the short- to mid-term physical modelling plan.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Your Responsibilities
HIL Hardware Build & Operation
• Build, configure, and commission HIL test objects according to electrical and system design.

Fault Tracing & Debugging
