What will you do?
As a Software Responsible, you will lead and coordinate the development of the Base Software in the ECUs or inverters in different phases of the project. You will be part of a team consisting of Software and Hardware engineers and work tightly with the Software Architect and the System Designer in our group.

You will be the single point of contact towards the supplier for the product you have responsibility for and need to secure the technology, cost, and timing to meet the project targets. You need to have technical insight in the requirements of the area you work in to be able to have constructive dialogues both with the customer (both internal and external) and the supplier.

Requirements

You have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or similar relevant experience.
You have experience in Base Software development of one or more of our products; inverter and/or ECM, TCM, etc. It’s also valuable having knowledge of Autosar, application Software and integration.

We are looking for a Global Product Manager for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.
Purpose of Position
The Global Product Manager (GPM) is responsible for defined products within the conventional wound care product category including minimally required product life cycle management and support to markets with product information. This will be ~40% of their assignment.


Secondly, the role of the Global Product Manager will be to support the Global Marketing Manager for VLU solution to update the VLU strategy and roadmap, including the internal communication tools and communication plan to drive adoption and change at different stakeholder levels in the organisation. This assignment will involve coordination, structuring of communication, and marketing inputs involving ~50% of the assignment time. It may also involve preparation of business gate decisions and setting the user need specifications for a new product introduction within the VLU plan.


Lastly, this role will coordinate the development of a combination-use evidence plan across all relevant chronic product categories, needed for the VLU solution, to enhance our claims and ability to promote solution selling. This will be a project coordination assignment at ~10%




Key Accountabilities


Responsible for reporting and monitoring of relevant KPI’s for defined products with focus on Sales, GP, Pricing
Own CMM file (Clinical and Marketing messages) for defined products and responsible for keeping it up to date
Responsible for assortment analysis and management of the assortment

Qualification and Experience:

Feature Development (C++, Python). Embedded SW development and agile methods are a pre-requisite. Direct experience from developing Feature SW like Collision avoidance (LKA, AEB) is a highly valued merit.

5+ years from SW development of embedded safety critical systems, preferably within the automotive domain. You are familiar with GIT/Gerrit and req. management tools like codeBeamer or similar. If you have experience of Automotive SPICE and ISO26262 this is also highly credible.

As Coordinator of Delegation documentation, you will be responsible for following up and report on the status of all delegations being in place at the global Complete Vehicle (CV) and Electromobility organization (EMOB) within Group Trucks Technology (GTT) level.
Identifying different types of delegation documents, processes and methods. You will have the task of defining a process and system of having all delegations up to date with a defined schedule.
The work will also include identifying different delegation principles per site and to improve the way of working on delegations going forward. You will work with responsible people per site to create a successful structure, process and way of working.
The position reports to the Director of Business Operation and Services within the Complete Vehicle organization in Group Trucks Technology.

You have extensive experience as a business assistant or several years of experience in a similar supportive role. We would love to see that you are eager to learn, have a proactive approach when solving daily issues and that you always bring a service minded mindset. You are used to working in a high pace and fast changing business, which gives you additional drive and stimulate your sense of urgency, creativity, and curiosity. You have an ability to create trust around you while influencing others with the right mindset and company culture. Further, you are analytical, organized and have a great attention to details.
The ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible mind-set and with high integrity are other strengths we value. Your analytical skills are excellent, and you are proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. You like to work independently as well as in teams. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal helps you to be efficient and confident at your work and in collaboration with various stakeholders at different levels. English is our corporate language and we require fluent skills. Swedish knowledge is an advantage.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 10 months limited contract to begin with. This role requires 100% on-site work.
