Standard Controls
The department of Standard Controls are one of the technology drivers within FlexLink.
We evaluate new solutions and technologies related to controls before bringing them into R&D-projects or system sales. The group provides expertise in relevant standards, regulations and technologies.
This role is responsible for design, development & maintenance of the electrical part of FlexLink Controls platform – our preferred platform of technology and system architecture for controlling modules and complete lines. It involves developing internal standards, guidelines, tools and complete functions for material flow solutions.
Main tasks
Design of electrical solutions – from conceptual to industrialization
Implementation of solutions in Eplan using best practices
Document, spread and support the solutions and the use of Eplan to controls engineers globally in Flexlink Sales units
Participating in projects and in product changes
Producing basis for / maintaining documentation
Working with compliance and apply technical standards related to electrical safety and machinery directive
Working hands on, with electrical installation and electrical cabinet to our test rigs

Knowledge
Knowledge within industrial automation
Experience in automation architectures involving multiple products and technologies
Solid experience in electrical design and relevant industry standards
Very good knowledge in electrical engineering software (preferably Eplan)
Very good knowledge in electrical safety and best practicies related to installation

Meritorious
Knowledge in PLC/HMI programming
Experience in Siemens and Rockwell systems is a merit
Experience in industrial communication, motion control and safety engineering

About the role

This is you

About the Role

This is you
As a person, you need to have a genuine interest in technology and troubleshooting different technical issues and love the pursuit of finding a solution. Required skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in work experience.

Automation Engineer

About the role
As Automation Engineer you will play a key role in the structure of the automation system for our customers manufacturing lines. Together with our application team you will decide on a controls solution with what´s best for our customers in mind.
You will do the preparations and specs for the project fulfillment team and safeguard that PLC/HMI programming and all related components and functions are used according to controls specs in the projects. The work is based in the office but travels to customers could occur, mostly supporting the sales engineers to start/update systems and for troubleshooting. You will also take part in the development of the FlexLink controls standard.
As part of the Nordic sales unit you will be located at FlexLink Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Review and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens S7 1500 TIA Portal and S7 300/400 Step 7 V5.5)
Structured Software Design for standard and safety PLC programs (Siemens)
Design, development and programming of machine visualization.
Configuration and programming of drive systems (preferred LENZE 9400 + SEW, Siemens)
Network setup support
Documentation and training for customers
Commissioning of system at customer’s site
Involvement of FAT’s at our workshop located in Gothenburg

Who are you?
Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar from work experience
3 years of experience from industrial automation, manufacturing or similar
Structured and orderly
Experience in PLC-programming (E.g. Siemens S7, TIA Portal)
Fluent in English
Good understanding and interest for system design
Experience in Robotics-programming (ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, etc) is a merit
Hold a valid driving license

About the position
As our Accounting & Consolidation Manager you will be responsible for our accounting and consolidation teams. As our Accounting & Consolidation Manager you will be responsible for our accounting and consolidation teams. This entails being responsible for managing and controlling the consolidated accounting and cash flow for FlexLink. You will supervise and participate in accounting department tasks and reporting of financial information. Your main tasks will include:
Responsible for all matters related to Accounting, Legal Reporting, Tax, AR/AP for the Group
Perform and oversee the monthly book close for the Group
Leading, coaching and developing the accounting and consolidation team
Perform financial performance and trend analysis
Developing and improving financial processes, routines and internal controls to ensure compliance with tax- and accounting rules, local GAAP and IFRS standards
