The job is to be performed onsite 100% in Gothenburg with our EV Automotive client.

The work involves the complete development cycle from risk analysis, security concept design, requirement setting, interactions with suppliers as well as test activity planning and execution.

Qualifications

We are looking for mid-experienced level designer in UI/UX with Automotive HMI project work background.

Our client is a leading electric mobility technology and solutions company that is member of renowned car brands in Sweden and worldwide.

The suitable candidate should have education within UX, HMI, graphics design or similar. Within this assignment our client offers the chance to work as a part of the team, contributing to the deliveries and work that takes our client towards the goals. This through your skills in graphics, UX design, UX methodology, user research and/or service design. You’ll be in a context where you will interact with different departments, products, and workflows within the company, as well as experience the technologies of the future.

Tasks
The team is developing interaction design and user experience for Infotainment system including all in-vehicle screens as well as other user touch points, such as steering wheel switches, floor console, mobile app, and accessory products. Our client also works with off-board services and a holistic view on the experience of the products that are being developed. The team consists of UX designers, UI designers, prototype developers, and strategists. In the team our client strives to focus on team members, providing prerequisites to develop the best possible experience for the users in a complex environment.

Qualifications
Professional education in UX, HMI, graphics design or similar is a requirement
Minimum of 3 years of experience of graphical design and/or UX is a requirement
Experience within automotive HMI design is a must requirement
Fully proficient in English is required and Chinese is a strong advantage
Experience of service design is an advantage
Experience of designing for embedded systems is an advantage.

Software and IT:

Knowledge of Figma is a requirement
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a requirement
Knowledge of Sketch and Principle is an advantage
Knowledge of SW development is an advantage
Knowledge of HW prototype development is an advantage
Knowledge of Jira is an advantage

Description
We are looking for Senior level-15+ years experience system engineer to work in a team that is responsible for the thermal and climate systems, developing systems for the future!

Our client is a leading electric mobility technology and solutions company that is member of renowned car brands in Sweden and worldwide.

Tasks
As a Senior Thermal and Climate system engineer you will become a member of the thermal and climate team and work closely together with the team members and colleagues in the Thermal and Energy Management department. Reporting will be done to the Head of Energy Management & Controls. You will be a part of an open minded and supporting team, where we together create and develop for success!
The daily work will be everything from supplier meetings, project delivery meetings and discussion of future solutions. We are striving to have a flat and flexible organization where everyone can, and will, make an impact. You will be based at our client's office in Lindholmen.

• Support system development (Sub-system, HW and SW) with expertise
• Support in the test and validation in manly car regarding planning, execution, and result evaluations
• Support in ensure functionality (including energy management/battery strategy) for the complete Thermal system and/or Climate system
• Lead and coordinate the cross functional team in some tasks
• Some support to attribute owners

Qualifications
• System knowledge of heat pump systems
• Understanding of how different automotive thermal and/or climate systems work
• Understanding of how to control automotive thermal and/or climate systems
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• Experience in project management
• Change management skills and a flexible mindset
• Fluent English in speech and writing
