Tasks
The activities cover the complete development cycle, for example, functional safety impact analysis, hazard analysis and risk assessment, functional and technical safety concepts, validation and verification, safety case, system safety joint reviews with suppliers and verification reviews. Note that the position may require travelling (several times per year) to China.

• Lead and perform functional safety activities across vehicle and platform projects in accordance with ISO 26262, including HARA, FSC, TSC and safety analyses (FTA, FMEA).
• Develop, maintain and defend the Safety Case, ensuring end-to-end traceability from safety goals to implementation and verification.
• Perform verification, confirmation and technical reviews of safety work products and safety-relevant concepts.
• Drive ASIL decomposition strategies and support safety release and milestone gates.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on functional safety experience within automotive, including vehicle and

• Proven ability to independently lead and drive ISO 26262 activities end-to-end (HARA, FSC,
TSC, ASIL allocation/decomposition, Safety Case and safety release).
• Strong experience building, structuring and defending Safety Case towards internal
stakeholders, suppliers and review boards.
• Demonstrated capability to technically challenge suppliers and secure robust safety
argumentation in safety-critical development.
• Solid understanding of modern E/E architectures and software-intensive systems (e.g. central
compute, domain or zonal architectures).
• Experience leading safety analyses (FTA, FMEA) and defining safety mechanisms in HW and
SW.

Meritorious
• Experience acting as safety lead or safety responsible in vehicle/platform programs.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on the responsibility of a Senior CMF Designer that will play a key role in shaping the future sustainable CMF palette for a well known Swedish Automotive car brand.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering complete CMF solutions, covering
concept development, execution, and detailed specifications, while working closely with a

Tasks
• Create innovative and detailed CMF design solutions that meet complex technical

We have open position for "IT Business Analyst" to work for a premium electric car brand in Gothenburg-Sweden.

As an IT Business Analyst, you are the bridge between the customer/stakeholder and the development team, capturing the requirements in terms of WHAT is needed and WHY. You interface with customers and identify their needs. You are responsible for facilitating the team towards a solution that supports the business requirements. You support Product Owner for product roadmap and delivery planning as well as product prioritization. You interact with various team members, such as solution architect, product developers, and service specialists to provide the right solutions and expertise.

Tasks

• Lead the elicitation, collection and creation of detailed business process.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive interactions with key
stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze and document business requirements with a standard method.
• Convert business requirements to implementable development inputs (use case, functional &
non-functional requirements, business rules etc.), with the deliverables as well documented BA
artifacts.
• Drive the assessment and evaluation of existing solutions or SaaS solutions for improvement and enablement needs.
• Illustrate the product idea and requirements by making wireframe drawings.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the interpretation of requirements, refine the requirements to a needed degree and facilitate the development flow.
• Ensure the development quality via user testing together with business stakeholders.
• Support Product Owner with product backlog management
• Collaborate with project team to ensure alignment of BA deliverables with overall project time
plan and objectives.

Qualifications
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Economics or equivalent work
experience
• Proven experience as Business Analyst/ Requirement Engineer /System Analyst / Product Owner
from developing IT applications
• Familiar with IT project management methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall as well as software lifecycle management process and principles
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of business analysis process
• Skilled with business analysis techniques and producing UML BA artifacts
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of application’s best practice
• Excellent documentation skills
• Proficiency with tools such as O365 suite and Jira
• Good product development leadership and stakeholder management skills

We have open position for "CAE, MBS Engineer" to work for a premium electric car brand in Gothenburg-Sweden.

The role is for an experienced professional that comes with at least 10 years work experience in a similar role. The suitable candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The person will suggest design changes based on simulation results and communicate with design team and attribute leaders.

Tasks
Main tasks are within Road Load Data (RLD) simulation:
1. Full vehicle RLD simulations
2. Chassis rig Digital Twin simulations to validate test signals
3. MBS CAE implementation of specific durability test events and correlation with measured road
load data.

Qualifications
- Candidate needs to be experienced in the specific field of MBD.
- Experience in full vehicle modelling and simulations in ADAMS/Car is required.
- Candidate must be able to work independently in ADAMS/Car with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of powertrain modelling and simulation is an advantage.
- Knowledge about EU modelling standards and processes is an advantage.

Description
This is an external consultant position with our Automotive R&D customer that specifically works in development of software for Android-powered Infotainment systems.

The work location is Gothenburg-Lindholmen & 100% onsite at client's high tech work place.

We are now looking for a Lead Developer within our R&D department, to be a leader in the development of low-level software modules responsible for managing the software flashing either through car diagnostics interface or over-the-air. This is a key area to be able to produce and maintain the cars.

Tasks
As a Lead Developer you will be a Senior person in a development team so you need competence and experience from C++ development and unit/component testing in an embedded Linux/QNX environment.

Proven experience in working with low-level coding, file systems or automotive diagnostics is considered a plus.

You will also be part of our Lead Developer Community, contributing to improvements and innovation within developer tools, methods and architecture.
