We are looking for passionate Sales Associates! Right now we are looking for three 0-hour contracts mainly for the summer, but with the possibility to grow into a more permanent role in the future.

The Sales Associates are responsible for handling excellent customer service, increasing brand knowledge, executing visual standards and driving sales and other performance goals set for the store together with the Store Manager. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to work for a home-grown brand in a huge growth phase. Key Responsibilities will include:

• To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company’s expectations.
• Follow strictly the company’s retail manuals.
• An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware.

Our Head of Sourcing & Production (HSP) leads a current team of 13, spread across the UK, Sweden & Portugal. This critical role is responsible for all of Axel Arigato’s sourcing and production activities. This includes, but is not limited to, footwear production and office in Portugal and production spread across the globe.

Additionally, being able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve and establish processes, ways of working etc. is key, as the Sourcing & Production department is a key function within our company with numerous touchpoints and collaborators.

WHAT WE HOPE YOU WILL DO

• Strategic Capacity Planning: Create and implement a plan to increase global value chain capacity, partnering with vendors that share our values and are sufficiently innovative, agile, flexible and committed to enable significant growth
• Sourcing: Develop the global strategic sourcing strategy that balances capacity, cost, target margins, quality, sustainability, lead time delivery and service whilst adhering to our values

• • Select long term suppliers (Tier 1) that cover our product types and constructions
• • Develop long-term relationships with a strong network of localized material and component suppliers (Tier 2). Ensure transparent costings and robust negotiations to deliver targeted margins

• Negotiate contracts, capacity, exchange rates and payment terms
• Understand category sourcing needs and allocate products to best matched suppliers
• Assess supplier’s performance each season against set K.P.I’s
• Ensure team is providing technical support and expertise to suppliers

• Sustainable Materials:

• • Create a Toolbox of sustainable materials for the categories to use
• • Drive numerous aspects of sustainable material development, purchasing and usage including the location of sources, specification, price, quality and delivery requirements for each material.

• Logistics:

• • Work with the Head of Logistics to manage inbound stock movements, and optimising stock availability at all times by anticipating business demands
• • Monitor on-time deliveries from suppliers and improve performance where required

• Leadership: Lead, coach and recruit the sourcing and production team to deliver agreed goals
• Responsibility: Operate with a large degree of ownership and a self-reliant mindset but also decide how and when to involve other stakeholders
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments such as product development and merchandisers and with external suppliers and vendors to build a well-integrated and sustainable value chain aligned with our business goals and values

The DC’s main responsibility is to ensure that relevant internal and external logistics routines are executed according to the correct process. In doing so, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing important input for continuous improvement within the Axel Arigato Distribution department.

Our Distribution Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries, carrying out tasks related to various fulfillment activities, and troubleshooting issues occurring in the day-to-day operations such as:

• Process inbound shipments and oversee planned inbound deliveries from pick-up to delivery at the warehouse.
• Process outbound or transit orders.
• Expediting the customer delivery process and highlight/communicate any issues arising from our shipping performance.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments in SAP
• Coordinating with customs and freight forwarders to secure an accurate import and export process
• Arranging for necessary documentation and permits for imports and exports.
• Channel communication to the warehouse and back to the affected department or person.
• Support in various logistical tasks within the company assisting peers when needed.
• Plan, inform, and coordinate the warehouse function regarding forecasts, sales, and quality activities.
• Gather feedback and instigate change requests to the existing processes or demonstrate the need for new processes.
• Follow up and summarize reports on warehouse and delivery performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Head of Sourcing & Production (HSP) is responsible for all of Axel Arigato’s sourcing and production activities. This includes, but is not limited to, footwear production and office in Portugal and ready-to-wear production spread across the globe.

The HSP oversees teams located in Sweden, London and Portugal and is ultimately responsible for ensuring we meet our margin, quality, sustainability and lead time/delivery precision targets from a production perspective.

Additionally, being able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve and establish processes, ways of working etc. is key, as the Sourcing & Production department is a key function within our company with numerous touchpoints and collaborators.

• Lead the Sourcing & Production department
• Source and be responsible for our material and production supplier base, continuously reviewing it to ensure it is fit for purpose on long and short term
• Work closely with tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers to ensure KPI:s, such as margin, sustainability, lead time/delivery precision and quality, are met

We are looking for additional Customer Experience Agent to join our expanding Customer Experience Team.

As a Customer Experience Agent (CXA), you will be responsible for responding to customers' queries and complaints. The CXA will manage the end-to-end experience of the customer’s journey, looking at ways to promote self-help before and after they initiate contact with the department, ensuring the best possible service is delivered in all our online touch-points.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

As we are now an international company with intentions to move into even more markets, we appreciate applicants with an international background, e.g. experience from international tax and VAT reporting or from setting up new legal entities.

This position is responsible for the quality of the General Ledger including taxes, consolidation and external reporting for all Axel Arigato Group companies and manage a team of 3 direct reports (as of now). As GL Manager you will also be expected to lead:

• Month-end and annual closing, including tax returns and financial statements
• Group consolidation and creation of annual reports
• Overall quality in the accounting process

VAT reporting

• Ensure VAT returns for all Group companies are completed, accurate and reported in a timely manner.
• Ensure EU VAT reporting for online sales is completed, accurate and reported in a timely manner.

Reporting to internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure consolidated Group reporting to management and investment in our current 11 legal entities
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

Other

• Ensure Transfer Pricing agreements are followed and charges are adhered to.

From experience, we can tell that the Construction Manager role demands organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay connected to the big picture. As the intermediary between architects, brand, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory personnel, this position also requires superb communication, decision making and leadership skills.

The CM will lead and plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. The CM will furthermore be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects. This includes everything from flagship stores to pop-ups as well as offices and refurbishments when they become needed.

The CM is responsible for keeping construction projects running correctly from start to finish. They do so by monitoring the progress on-site in their field office. Then, they decide what needs further attention or notify other parties if something hasn't been accomplished according to urgency levels specified by the business owner.

We seem someone with 5+ years of experience within retail/fashion construction. You should have been a Project Manager or Construction Manager who have led multiple projects and new locations from end to end. Reporting to our Director of People, Culture and Diversity, you will lead a team of two. • Develop strategies and tactics of all insurances related and occupational health care to employees in all our countries and be the point of contact with various insurance companies.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As Production Coordinator based in our rapidly growing Gothenburg office you will work with and execute a wide variety of tasks from development sign off to warehouse inventory and contact with our external partners.

Sourcing & Production Manager RTW

We are looking for an ambitious Sourcing & Production Manager RTW to be a part of our expanding team. With the team, you will work day to day with:

• Source new factories and raw materials following Axel Arigato`s requirements
• Ensure capacity, quality, lead-time and margin of Axel Arigato’s production to deliver according to our targets
• Continuous interaction with key stakeholders related to product, suppliers, process, and agreements
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to dispute resolution and periodic business reviews
• Build/keep an internal material library and sourcing strategies in changing global environments
• Continuous, annual, and long-term management of supplier capacity
• Manage and implement reduction of production lead-time
• Follow up on factory performance through KPI:s based on approval process and best practices

• Manage and ensure the PLM system is up to date for the area

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As our Quality & Conformity Coordinator you will establish the quality requirements for Axel Arigato’s raw materials and final products (clothing, accessories, shoes). Along with other team members, you ensure the implementation of all necessary quality processes.

You evaluate, verify and keep records of quality levels at all stages of the product. This role is also accountable for the claim processes for all selling channels. You have a good understanding of the statistics associated with claims received, ensure good reporting to all parties concerned – internal and external, and implement strong corrective action plans.

You ensure that the product ranges, including its packaging, complies with the various national and global regulations, but also with Axel Arigato internal standards. You build up strong relationships with external partners such as laboratories or regulatory institutions to ensure constant regulatory surveillance is done.

You help maintaining a clear and complete mapping of the supply chain, and ensure material traceability is secured. With that data, you support the sustainability work with LCA and other activities.

Finally, you support the Product Development and Sourcing departments by identifying and proposing more sustainable alternatives of materials, both new and replacement of existing ones. You keep yourself up to date with the latest fibers, manufacturing, dyeing innovations, etc. You need to understand and follow trends to work proactively when looking for new materials.

Our Transport Coordinators (TC) play a major role in internally supporting the transport team and other departments with transport bookings, whilst providing transport knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete inbound and outbound shipments for delivery or pickup according to schedule and process.
• First-line contact to transportation partners
• Monitor transport processes according to standards and follow-up on SLA
• Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer or department needs and SLAs.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for someone that has knowledge of international trade rules and customs, Incoterms & HS-Codes. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of transport business, processes, and flows. It is considered an advantage with 1-2 years working experience in shipping, transport key account, or couriers customer service.

The main purpose of this position is to build brand awareness through influencer partnerships and community management. This role will be responsible for the extension of our brand through nurturing relationships with our online and offline communities. The POM is responsible to handle our purchase order management process of all categories towards our suppliers. You are working together with a team to establish efficient processes from order to delivery from different locations, both internal as external partners. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the team with weekly and seasonal targets
• Be responsible for the process of approving orders and invoices for production
• Maintain a strong relationship with our supplier to understand and develop the order and delivery process.
