What you will do
You will be leading an area of core digital products for Manufacturing Execution business capabilities. You will together with your team be key players in establishing the next generation Target Map for Manufacturing. As Digital Product Area Owner and Line Manager for all people within the Stable Team for Assembly Assurance Control area, you will focus primarily on leading digital capabilities for Digital Work Instructions.

GTO Produce & Maintain is a portfolio of global core digital products supporting the business processes of Manufacturing Execution, Plant Maintenance, Performance Management and Quality. You are part of a global management team and you will actively collaborate with stakeholders in many different countries and navigate in a multi-cultural environment. In this position you will report to the Director of FCA business control.
What you will do
As a business controller in this role, you will work with performance and financial follow-up for entire FCA operations. This includes follow-ups towards estimates, frames, key performance indicators as well as securing that precise estimates are in place. Your mission is to consolidate our entire team’s efforts in planning and follow-up. You are putting all pieces of puzzle into one unified picture and help drive lean FCA controlling agenda. Main activities and responsibilities

Participate and drive networks within business control. Drive development and change initiatives within the controlling area and initiate and follow up improvement actions.
Secure that cost and headcount estimates are done for FCA, consolidated and reported
Participate and drive setting financial targets
Analyze and report on financial performance
Monthly reporting to different stakeholders and participation in operational and controlling forums.

About the role:

BMS Supplier SW Integration team a part of BMS Battery Management System (BMS) Section. We are a team of 8 SW integration engineers with complementary skills committed to a common purpose. Our responsibility covers the entire BMS SW life-cycle - from design to verification and maintenance in customer end products.
The BMS Section is responsible to develop the battery management SW and HW for the energy storage systems used in all Volvos’ electric products, such as buses, trucks, construction equipment, and marine applications. We belong to Electromobility Department, which was formed to be in the forefront of environmentally friendly transport solutions for a more sustainable tomorrow. The Electromobility Department combines the benefits of a large international company with the feeling of working at a small company. There is close collaboration between different parts of the organization from sales and purchasing to workshops and labs all located in the modern, inspiring facility CampX at Lundby in Gothenburg.

What you will do
In our dynamic team you'll play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our software delivery. Collaborate closely with System Engineers and Function Design Engineers on software requirements and update documentation. Stay on top of software function implementation plans and take ownership of the software integration for supplier software, aligning it seamlessly with Volvo software releases. Get feedback from Battery Pack manufacturing team and keep improving the SW quality.
In addition: 
•    Be the direct contact and work closely with BMS SW suppliers. Make sure the SWs are delivered to SW Releases and Vehicle builds according to agreed project plan.
•    Ensure timely acquisition of SW delivery documentation from suppliers.
•    Initiate product change requests towards suppliers.

In this role, you will work together with your colleagues to specify and develop BMS safety concepts, design and functions. As a BMS System Safety Engineer you will be responsible for the system safety requirements and:

What you will do

At Group Truck Technology (GTT), you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. You will be part of the Chassis Structure & Transport Adaptation team, with a main focus on the Chassis Structure area. This includes responsibility for components such as cab and engine/electric motor suspension, propshaft installation, and frame ladder.

Your role will primarily involve product development of suspended installations, but also contributing to team development and continuous improvement of processes and methods. This includes implementing digital tools to enhance efficiency in our deliveries and development. Our products impact multiple platforms and drivelines, and our team is involved in most product changes. Over the coming years, we will take on several challenging projects focused on improving legal compliance and customer features.

Your future team

The team works in a global environment, collaborating across locations in Gothenburg, Bangalore, Curitiba, and Lyon.
This position is based in Gothenburg, where we are currently 11 design engineers and 1 analyst. The Gothenburg team leads development for the heavy-duty cab-over-engine product range, with platform responsibility for Common Architecture and Shared Technology.

What you will do

This Principal Software Architect will report to our Global Technology Manager of Platform Development. The responsibility focuses on designing and implementing software solutions across multiple domains across the platform. The organization consists of roughly 140 colleagues organized globally in 10 ScM Teams. The emphasize will be designing software platform development on lower level of middleware development to develop platform capabilities such as low power handling, inter processor communication, time sync, boot loader, etc for a complex SOC running classic/adaptive AUTOSAR and Linux/QNX hypervisors.
Responsibilities
* Be a part of the senior architecture team, and leader of setting long term design strategies of the Embedded SW Platforms.
* Lead our software platform development, based on AUTOSAR and/or Linux and its integration on HPC, serving several operating systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
* Lead the integration of the Board support packages (BSP) and configuration of the hypervisor and Guest OS.
* Drive compliance with the latest automotive safety and security standards.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship throughout the development lifecycle.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives to redefine software platform development processes.


Who are you?

You are an experienced Software Architect with a passion for automotive software development and a deep understanding of AUTOSAR and/or Linux running on top of Hypervisor in complex system-on-chip which is the brain of the vehicle. Your expertise lies in software platform and middleware development, and you have a track record of successfully designing and implementing software solutions for several automotive ECUs. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can mentor and guide development teams. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to make critical decisions and drive continuous improvement in software platform development processes.

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Software Architect in automotive software development.
* Expertise in AUTOSAR, with at least 10+ years of experience within the Classic domain.
* Expertise in Linux.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Embedded C.
* Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles, patterns, and best practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Your Impact as a Diagnostic Engineer
As a part of our Diagnostic & AECD team within Electronics & Software, you will play a key role in ensuring cutting-edge diagnostic solutions for both ICE- and Electromobility projects. From concept to production, your expertise will contribute to robust and customer-centric fault tracing strategies that drive reliability and efficiency. 

Your Mission:
* Lead calibration, verification and validation of diagnostic solutions.
* Drive innovation in fault tracing strategies and data analysis.
* Engage in all project phases – from concept to production launch.
* Support technical documentation with your diagnostic expertise.


Who Are You?
You are a problem solver with a passion for diagnostics and innovation. You have:
* 8+ years of diagnostic experience within ICE or Electric Drivelines (calibration, fault injection, function development).
* A strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach.
* Expertise in EMS2.4 or ECM4 and engine/EATS calibration.
* Experience with vehicle/vessel propulsion, fuel cells, or electrical power distribution systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career—or with a few years of experience—who’s eager to grow in a dynamic SaaS company and make a real impact in the logistics space.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play an important role in helping us connect with new customers and expand our reach in the Swedish and European markets. You’ll support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with a wide range of customers across various industries. You’ll work closely with senior sales colleagues, learning the ropes while also taking ownership of your own pipeline and client relationships.

You’ll interact with customers at many different levels—sometimes walking a warehouse floor, other times presenting to operations managers or procurement teams. You’ll be supported by our leadership, product, and customer success teams, and you’ll get hands-on exposure to a fast-moving, tech-driven environment where curiosity, initiative, and collaboration are valued every day.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales—ideally in SaaS, tech, or logistics-related industries. What’s most important is your drive to understand customer needs, your ability to communicate clearly, and your motivation to grow within a forward-thinking company. You’re fluent in Swedish and English, enjoy working with others, and bring a solution-oriented, can-do attitude to everything you do.
