What do we offer?
The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team is a strategic resource within Volvo Car Group focusing on accelerating value creation. In addition to global responsibility to lead mergers and acquisitions, the team leads equity market projects, is responsible for capital structure, rating and equity-based incentive programs. We lead large scale strategic projects with a significant finance component. Our team also support with strategic and operational aspects including carveouts, integrations and restructurings.

As Manager in the team you will contribute in large and complex M&A transactions from initiation to closing and you will lead smaller M&A transactions. Rating related activities as well as the work with Volvo Car Group’s capital structure, will also be a part of this role. You will work with deal structuring, financial modelling, valuation, and lead negotiations. And finally, you will support Head of M&A and ECM, the CFO and the Executive Management Team of Volvo Car Group with various types of analyses and tasks.

Working in the M&A and ECM team is demanding but offers great opportunities for fast development. In this position you will gain exposure to a wide range of financial and strategic matters and for the right candidate this role will provide the basis for further career opportunities. This position reports to Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets.

Do you fit the profile?
University degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Engineering
3 to 10 years’ experience from M&A processes at a major corporate or relevant advisor such as at an investment bank, M&A boutique, strategy consultant, big four firm
Strong drive and ability to lead complex projects
Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to focus on details and figures, synthesize large amount of information into clear conclusions
You are able to manage ambiguity and quickly spot issues and develop a recommended approach
Excellent communication and people management skills
Strong excel modelling and valuation skills
Excellent English in both orally and written and able to concisely present orally and in presentations
Team player with ability to build broad relationships internally and externally

As a Lead Engineer you will lead the design and development task within a cross-functional team according to time, technology, quality and costs. You will work together with internal teams, outsourced partners and suppliers to fulfil product and project deliverables and meet milestones. 

Do you fit the profile?
You have at least a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or equivalent qualifications. You are expected to have experience from the automotive industry and product development processes, combined with an excellent ability to see the complexity of the whole process and understand the system requirements. You have documented experience from seat development at OEM or supplier. You have experience of or good understanding of Agile WoW. It would be an advantage to have Team Center and Volvo Product Development Process knowledge and experience. Knowledge of VCC systems is advantage. Fluent English (written & verbal) is mandatory and having a driver’s license (B) would be meritorious.

In our team, you will work in close cooperation with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to secure delivery of our brand-new cars – to the right cost, quality, and service.

Your main responsibility will be to lead sourcing initiatives and manage commercial relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. -    Lead and support cross-functional sourcing projects within the category including preparation, execution, analysis, negotiation, supplier selection, and contract management
-    You will work towards individual & team targets and perform administrative tasks related to the job.

You and your skills

What you’ll do
In the role, you will together with a colleague mainly be responsible for the accounting and reporting of Indirect taxes, i.e. Foreign and Swedish VAT as well as Excise Taxes like Energy Tax. In close cooperation with the Group VAT team, you will take the accounting perspective to solve ad hoc questions, deliver upon tax audits as well as being part of projects.

You will also actively contribute to the improvement and standardization of current processes. In your role, you will also be working with our Global Accounting Centre located in Madrid and local country specific contacts as well with stakeholders at headquarter.

To be successful in this role, you need good knowledge and interest in accounting. Knowledge working with Indirect taxes are highly beneficial. High level of integrity and a positive attitude, flexibility and great communication skills are also keys to be successful in this role. 

If you have experience working in SAP R/3/S4 Hana and Hyperion FM it’s meritorious. Your analysis and problem-solving techniques are solid, and you possess abilities to grasp the big picture. A suitable education would be in Finance at BSc-level or above. And since we are multi-culture company, we want you to be fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and written.

What you’ll do
As an Expert within Group Accounting you will be part of our responsibility to prepare Group Financial statements in accordance to IFRS requirements. Our deliveries include the financial sections of Group Annual Reports and all Interim Reports.

Other responsibilities that you will be a part of, is coordination of Group external audit, external reporting to owners and Group Actual Analysis. Vad kommer du att utföra?
Som R&M Ingenjör hos oss kommer du vara en viktig kugge i olika projekt, från konceptstudie till implementering i fabrik. Detta betyder att du kommer samla in R&M-relaterade uppgifter om befintliga koncept, ge förslag till lämpliga konceptlösningar, ge input till livscykelkostnadsutvärderingen för att det lämpligaste konceptet sett ur ett underhållsperspektiv skall verkställas.
Vidare ansvarar du för att R&M-krav förankras internt, bifoga dessa som en en del av RFQ utskicket, genomföra tidig granskning av leverantörers konstruktionsförslag och genom dialog nå en optimal lösning. Du kommer också att medverka vid leverantörsutvärderingen med ansvar för de underhållstekniska aspekterna.

En annan del är att verifiera maskinens påverkan på underhållsorganisationen (mantid / kompetens) och förbereder utbildningsprogram och medverka vid FAT och SAT för att granska och testa utrustningen ur ett underhållsperspektiv. Samt vid implementation verifiera att underhålls R & M relaterade ansvarsdelar är uppfyllda samt säkerställa att alla R&M-problem hanteras enligt övertaganderutinen.
Andra förekommande arbetsuppgifter är att:
* Göra reservdelsberedning och se till att reservdelar finns tillgängliga för beställning.
* Skapa instruktioner för förebyggande underhåll och underhållsåtgärder i underhållssystemet.
* Skapa utrustningsstruktur för utrustningar i underhållssystemet.
* Skrotad utrustning och tillhörande reservdelar tas bort ur underhållssystemet.
* Deltar i riskanalys ihop projektorganisationen för att säkerställa att utrustningen är säker att reparera och underhålla.
* Undersöka behovet av specialverktyg såsom diagnostik, felsökningsverktyg, mjukvara och kalibreringsverktyg för sådan utrustning.

Dina färdigheter
Du har en Teknisk högskolekompetens eller likvärdig/ motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet, inom specialkompetensområden, till exempel el- eller maskinteknik. Vi tror även att du har en god kunskap om produktionsprocessen, mycket god kunskap om underhållsprocesserna och god kännedom om Tooling-processen (Develop Facility, Tooling and Equipment process) samt ME / Toolings organisation.
Du har goda kunskaper i engelska, muntligt och skriftligt, vi ser det som en fördel är om du också har goda kunskaper i svenska. Volvo Cars have an ambition to expand our in-house software development. At the department of Core System Software, we are part of this ambition. Vi arbetar med allt ifrån enstaka prototypdetaljer till kompletta bilar. Det som nog röner mest uppmärksamhet är de Konceptbilar avsedda för olika marknadsaktiviteter som vi tar fram. 
Nu behöver vi förstärka vår Inredningsverkstad; den verksamhet som ansvarar för att skapa och klä interiöra detaljer, alltifrån golvmattor till innertak. Det är ett spännande, kreativt och utmanade arbete som ställer stora krav på egen förmåga kombinerad med god samarbetsförmåga.

Vad kommer du att utföra?
I ditt tilldelade uppdrag samverkar du med konstruktörer, designers och projektledare, och är i dessa kreativ och föreslår lösningsmöjligheter samt påtalar egna krav för att nå optimal lösning. Utöver detta kommer du även tillverka inredningsprototyper som klädslar, säten, panel och mattor samt montera och anpassa dessa i provobjekt såsom kulör/klädselbackar, Concept- och Show-cars.

Framställning och utveckling av tillskärningsmallar för klädslar och andra inredningsdetaljer ingår även i arbetet. Du kommer att agera teknisk support vid möten med exempelvis konstruktion och projektledare. Det är av vikt att omvärldsbevaka och följa teknik-, material- och formutveckling inom kompetensområdet. 
Vem är du?
Vi ser att du är utbildad bilsadelmakare, tapetsör, skräddare eller motsvarande. Du behöver ha en god känsla för form och interiöra material samt stor initiativförmåga och kreativitet. Din kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga är mycket god och du har goda kunskaper i såväl engelska som svenska i tal och skrift. Det är meriterande om du har flerårig erfarenhet inom området.

What you will do
The Accounting Governance team is responsible for providing support and guidance to the organization in applying the correct accounting treatment for complex accounting transactions in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Who you are
Preferably, you have a university degree in Business Administration and Economics. In your professional life you have at least 7-10 years of experience in finance from a global corporate production setting or audit environment, with focus on group accounting and financial reporting.

Furthermore, we see experience from an accounting firm as an advantage for this role. You bring a full understanding and extensive knowledge of IFRS. And finally, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

On a personal level, we are looking for an open-minded and driven team player who has refined communications skills and high level of business acumen. Having a holistic mindset and good analytical skills are also key factors in this role. What you will do
The Accounting Governance team is responsible for providing support and guidance to the organization in applying the correct accounting treatment for complex accounting transactions in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Who you are
Preferably, you have a university degree in Business Administration and Economics. In your professional life you have at least 7-10 years of experience in finance from a global corporate production setting or audit environment, with focus on group accounting and financial reporting.

Furthermore, we see experience from an accounting firm as an advantage for this role. You bring a full understanding and extensive knowledge of IFRS. And finally, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

On a personal level, we are looking for an open-minded and driven team player who has refined communications skills and high level of business acumen. Having a holistic mindset and good analytical skills are also key factors in this role. Further, you are motivated by working independently and being able to contribute on our exciting journey ahead.

About us
Industrialization Propulsion Components is a section within Manufacturing Engineering. Together with our central resources, we develop and implement quality assured, flexible and effective production systems in the Propulsion Components shop, in the plant. Your role

You will work in a dedicated Software team and your main focus will be on connectivity & Mobile Network Operators for both Volvo Cars & Polestar brands.
The team is part of the Global Procurement team for Software & Electronics located in Gothenburg, Sweden, but you will be working in an international environment with colleagues in both US and China as well.  
The primary focus is to lead and deliver on planned activities but also to tackle ad-hoc and unplanned activities to deliver opportunities to bring value to Volvo Cars, all in very close cooperation with colleagues in the areas of R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Consumer Experience, and Product Strategy. Together we build the end-to-end roadmap and strategy for connectivity. 
Examples of missions: strategies, sourcing, data management & analysis, contract management, business development, and Market Intelligence– all to enable the ambition to provide world-class connectivity for our customers. There will be a need for global business travel.

Design inspiration is about defining the creative expression of Volvo’s digital products. System Architect – Exterior Systems
The department Exterior Systems has the responsibility to develop the exterior mechatronic systems in our vehicles. This involves development of customer functionality, system design, hardware design, software development and verification on all levels. The technical responsibility covers system solutions in various areas, among them exterior front lighting and rear lighting, wipers, washer, sensor cleaning and rear-view systems/mirrors.

What you will do
You will be the System Architect focusing on the SW and Electrical Architecture aspects of the components and systems developed within our department. You will work in a very broad context with tasks that are quite diversified. In your daily work, you will have many various interactions with colleagues, both internally our department, but also externally within other areas of R&D. You will act in a leading position and have the ambition to create clarity and guidance. You will define the tools and processes that is needed to optimize the development in our organization.
You will make sure that requirements are balanced in the best way, together with concerned stakeholders. Together with the teams within the department, especially SW architects and SW developers, you will be part of securing a robust technical system solution. You will participate in defining the products within the department, from a module perspective, hence you need to have, or eventually acquire good knowledge of the company product structure. Part of the assignment is to participate in planning and development of infrastructure for test and quality assurance, e.g. development of test strategies and supporting test environment set-up. You will be part of the management team within the department, and you will report to the head of the department.
You and your skills
You have a good understanding of software and system design in an electrical architecture context. You are also familiar with software allocation in a distributed electrical system and understands well the dependency between software and hardware in such a system. Requirement handling will be part of your responsibility. You have a solid system design background and a passion for processes, quality, clarity, system, software, and cars. Communicating and connecting to stakeholders comes naturally for you, and you can balance expectations and needs of our product. You are self-motivated and can easily work together with your colleagues, and you dare to make decisions when needed. You will bring in your skills in how to work in an agile way in the best way.

You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Automotive, Electrical Engineering, Software or equivalent. Driver`s license (B-level), valid in EU is meritorious.

In this role as Health & Safety Specialist you will be part of a tight team located in Gothenburg and here you will have your own area of responsibility, but also work close together with the other Swedish team members.

Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you who is a Work Environment Engineer, great H&S experience is preferred. We also think that you have expert knowledge of Swedish legislation in the field of work environment as well as experience of handling government contacts. For this position you also need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Industry and global experience are meritorious and finally leadership experience we see as an advantage.

Working with the future at our part of R&D  
At Complete Software & Electronics Integration (CSEi) we are integrating and testing the complete electrical system for new platforms and programs.  We work with test strategies, enable continuous integration, and operate the complete baseline. Volvo Cars have an ambition to expand our in-house software development. At the department of Core System Software, we are part of this ambition. Our teams are building the next generation high-performance in-vehicle compute cluster, designed to host different vehicle applications, stretching from basic vehicle state machines to advance active safety and unsupervised autonomous drive functionalities. You will participate in the development of acceptance criteria for stories and support the team with review. You will take lead in the coordination of content dependencies with other Product Owners and relevant stakeholders. You will also work closely with subject matter experts to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the key technological infrastructures. In addition to the daily interactions with your teams, where you play an important role as a servant leader, you will also be a member of the product management team and review and contribute to the product areas vision, roadmap, and content. You will lead teams working with testing of our system solutions, in different forms. Altogether your teams will quality assure and measure our maturity, while contributing to deliver an automotive grade SW that meets relevant standards, e.g., cyber security, and functional safety.

Vad erbjuder vi?
Som Underhållstekniker arbetar du med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningars driftsäkerhet genom reparationer samt utförande av förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll. I uppgiften ingår också utredningsuppdrag avseende tekniska störningar, samt att genomföra ombyggnads - och förbättringsarbeten i produktionsutrustningar.
Den högautomatiserade produktionsutrustningen består av PLC-system, robotar, transportsystem, ugnar, ventilationssystem och produktanpassad mekanik. 
Som Underhållstekniker kommer du att arbeta i många olika typer av produktionsutrustningar. Arbetet är förlagt på helgskift, där du jobbar fredag 06:30-14:30 och lördag-söndag 06:30-18:30.

Du och dina färdigheter
Vi tror att du har en 2-4 årig utbildning med inriktning mot industriautomation/el-styr eller liknande erfarenhet. Vi värdesätter tidigare praktisk erfarenhet av förebyggande samt avhjälpande underhåll inom el, industriautomation och verkstadsarbeten. Det är mycket meriterande med goda kunskaper i PLC och av robot/felsökning.

Arbetet kräver goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska i både tal och skrift samt mycket god PC-vana inom både mjukvaru- och hårdvaruområdet. Du behöver ha B-körkort. Har du stort intresse och kunskap inom flera teknikområden är det meriterande för denna roll. Det är även mycket meriterande om du har kunskap/erfarenhet från processindustri samt underhållssystemet Maximo.

What's in it for you?
You will ensure that we quickly and efficiently solve major incidents that effect our operations at Volvo Cars. You will facilitate effective resolutions by chairing the meetings and facilitating the bridge calls. You will work with resolver teams and communicate with stakeholders and management teams on all levels within Volvo Cars.

Outside the daily operations, the team is working in an agile team with a prioritized backlog in close relationship with the Product Owner and the Scrum Master. You will contribute to strategic improvements and process optimization.

You probably have a degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. •    Work closely with the RTE and the other Scrum Masters within the ART to help develop the organization and the agile way of working.

You and your skills
You have minimum a bachelor’s degree within engineering or equal and at least 4 years work-life experience as well as experience from coaching teams.
You are experienced with Agile development and have good understanding of Agile methodologies.
You have skills in issue management tools such as JIRA/Azure Devops and its important to be fluent in English (verbal and writing).
Previous Scrum Master and SAFe framework experience is meritorious.

We are looking for a new colleague as Scrum Master in Internal Perception. 
Internal Perception is a part of Interior Trim & Systems department consisting of approximately 130 engineers organized into groups developing components and functions within the following areas: Internal Perception, Roof Zone Module, Interior Light, Floor systems, Compartment Trim, Overhead system, Police & Customized cars, Accessories and Interior Rear Trim. Internal Perceptions main focus is Detection of persons within the car.

Who we are and what we offer
Within the art Maintenance, Investments & Metrology we establish and develop relationships with test engineers within almost all system areas of the vehicle as well as building an understanding of the technology within those areas. We provide metrology expertise, lending of instrumentation, design and service of development tools for testing departments.

Are you a Calibration Engineer with experience of test rigs, measuring instruments and sensors? Then the role in our Calibration team is the place for you to prosper. Together we assure quality and traceability of the values generated in the analysis and verification process. 

What you’ll do
You will calibrate mobile measuring instruments mainly in our calibration lab, fixed measuring equipment is calibrated on site in each test rig. In cases where we do not have calibration procedures or resources, we send instruments for external calibration. 

You will also contribute to the development of methods and procedures for both current and future instruments and measuring systems according to customer requirements and against supplier specifications.

You and your skills
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electric mechanics, or a similar education. You have experience from work in test rigs as well as an understanding of how electronics, hardware and measuring systems work together. Moreover, you have knowledge within methodological and procedural development. You are also fluent in both Swedish and English.

Being familiar with calibration tools and software like Met Cal, Comtest, PUMA, PA-tools, Axxos, Maximo etc. are beneficial for this role.

About Us
In our system team we have the overall responsibility to deliver a market leading charging experience. We are a highly skilled team that design and develop control models to support customer functionality. Our input is objective and subjective data but also conclusions from benchmarks and lessons learn. We collaborate with many different areas such as UX, High voltage battery and other development teams. Legal and system safety are included and important content in our System Design.

About You
On a personal level, you are passionate about consumers and new tech, charging in focus.
You have a positive attitude and focus on possibilities rather than obstacles, and you are structured and possess good documentation skills. We think you like to collaborate and gather well as share knowledge. You are pro-active and persistent in achieving goals and know when to be flexible to achieve those goals. We strongly believe that a positive attitude and an understanding of the importance of taking ownership of our deliveries is more important than ticking all the boxes of an extensive requirement list.

Mandatory skills
* Extensive engineering experience or Bachelor of Scince/ M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or similar
* Engineering methods such as sequence diagrams, flow charts and FMEA   
* System engineering within the automotive sector or similar
* Working experience of working in CarWeaver and Elektra
* Some experience in electronic design
* Driver's license (type B)


Meritorious Experiences
You have experience/knowledge from

* Automotive industry
* develop and deliver SW according to ISO 26262
* System or software architect
* Functional requirements specification writing
* Electric vehicles architecture

What we do

At Procurement, you are part of a global team with the mission to develop and maintain a world-class supplier base. Ensuring the supply of materials and services – at the right cost, quality and technology – is essential for the success of Volvo Car Group. Ultimately, it's all about cooperating with people inside and outside the company to create a superior experience for the people who buy and drive a Volvo. 
You will work in the ADAS & SW license team, with focusing on ADAS (Advanced driver-assistance systems) product streams. The team is part of the Global Procurement team for Software & Electronics located in Gothenburg, Sweden, but you will be working in an international environment with colleagues in both US and China as well.  There will be some need for global business travels.

About us
Are you passionate about electrification and innovation? Do you want to make a difference?  If yes, then join us at the propulsion strategy and concept department! We are looking for an experienced High Voltage (HV) System Architect to join our team to coordinate and balance the HV-components in our future electric vehicles. The HV-components include traction batteries, electric machines, inverters, voltage converters and chargers. The rapid development of the electric powertrains makes it crucial to develop new concepts which requires systems engineering and coordination. The HV system is the backbone of the car, effecting areas from software to EMI as well as the car’s mechanical design and driveline performance. Our team therefore works cross-functionally within the company in areas such as electric power engineering, system design, electrical safety, system safety and EMC. We are looking for you who has both a deapth and width´s  within this area. You appreciate  great  team work with an agile mindset and contributes to the open atmosphere and the team deliverables.

As a HV System Architect you drive the architecture work for new HV system concepts in our electric vehicles and you make sure that the HV system is well balanced, safe, robust, available, and competitive.
