The Executive Assistant for the CEO has a strategically important role for Go North. One that will act as the organizer for the CEO and ultimately for the wider team and company execution. This is not a regular EA assignment - this is a lifestyle and the Go North CEO is like no other.
What does success look like in this role? The primary objective is to be a world-class project lead - always be one step ahead, deliver solutions before questions are asked and be very focused on details, while supporting the CEO in any related matter.
As our Executive Assistant, you'll be the right-hand person to our busy CEO, ensuring his life run like a well-oiled machine. You'll juggle his calendar with the finesse of a circus performer, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and handling top-secret confidential information with the grace of a secret agent.
But that's not all! We're looking for someone who can do more than just keep things in order. We want a creative problem-solver who can anticipate needs before they arise and make magic happen on a daily basis. From managing projects to streamlining processes, you'll be the wizard behind the scenes, making our CEO’s life easier and our company shine brighter.
Key responsibilities include;
Master the art of calendar management, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements like a pro.
Manage the CEO’s email inbox with high skills and be able to prioritize with razorsharp accuracy.
Handle top-secret and confidential information with utmost discretion, ensuring the highest level of professionalism.
Anticipate the needs of our CEO, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise.
Support and manage projects, keeping them on track and ensuring deadlines are met with style and finesse.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork and making things happen across the organization.
Be the go-to problem-solver, utilizing your quick thinking and resourcefulness to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
