What you will experience
The Data Analytics function is new and growing. Who you are

As a Backend Developer you will be working within a range from smaller development tasks to bigger within one of our fantastic product teams. As a Digital Designer you will support our Onboard Experience Content & Communication team with creative and technical skills to produce digital media and overall UX design in multiple channels throughout the customer journey onboard our vessels.

As member of an agile cross functional scrum team, you develop outcomes that matter to our customers based on customer insights and operational needs. We develop and deliver digital products, according to our roadmap and prioritized product backlog.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Design, produce and publish engaging and user-friendly content to multiple channels in compliance with our brand and visual guidelines
- Support other product teams regarding digital design, UX design, template design and interior design
- Conduct and coordinate product photo sessions including editing of video and photo content.
- Track new content trends and technologies to ensure that Stena Line’s output remains cutting edge
- Gather user insights by planning and conducting user research. Invite internal and external team members to join
- Collaborate closely with the product team, the Product Owner and key stakeholders throughout the design process; be transparent and regularly share design iterations to get feedback and maintain a shared vision of the design direction
- Maintain a close dialogue with the Brand & Communication department
- Prepare manuals and other documentation on the product catalog and digital concepts
- Occasionally travel with vessels to develop new concepts, train and support onboard teams
- Take part of refits and installations onboard our vessels and in terminals
- Collaborate with the Content Managers and support them during the campaign cycle

Being a Full stack developer at Stena Line you will code, maintain and understand the product and its users. Arbetsbeskrivning
Som maskinpersonal/motorman arbetar du med drift, underhåll och reparationer ombord i fartygens maskinavdelning. Du ingår i ett team tillsammans med fartygets 2:e och 1:e maskinister samt maskinoperatörer. Utöver det dagliga arbetet kommer du också utgöra en viktig del av fartygets säkerhetsorganisation.

Stena Line är mitt uppe i ett spännande förändringsarbete som sträcker sig över hela verksamheten. Vi utvecklar vårt sätt att möta både affärsbehoven och våra kunders förväntningar när det gäller digitalisering. Vårt mål är att vara ett verkligt innovativt företag med framtiden i sikte. Vi vill bli ett ännu mer kundfokuserat, digitalt och hållbart företag som är attraktivt för både kunder, anställda och partners.

Vi erbjuder nu säsongs- och tillsvidareanställning i vår pool för däcksmanskap.

Som matros eller lättmatros hos oss arbetar du med lastning och lossning på bildäck. Du välkomnar och hjälper våra gäster när de kommer ombord eller ska köra av. Du utför också underhållsarbete, förtöjer fartyget vid ankomst och har vakttjänstgöring med säkerhets ronder.

Vanligtvis jobbar du då 10,6h per dag vilket medför ett så kallat "1-1" system. Som poolanställd kommer det medföra en viss variation, då man får inställa sig efter behov. Du kommer att ha en fast månadslön och möjlighet till att lära dig och jobba ombord fler utav våra fartyg!

As UX/UI Designer you will be a subject matter expert and customer advocate in developing the future Stena Line user experience across our new website and other digital touchpoints, creating a consistent and seamless customer experience. You will be involved in scoping, planning and leading UX activities from start to finish and (advocate for best research practices and a) user-centered design process. This also involves being a link between business stakeholders, graphical designers and technical teams (incl. UI designers/developers) to influence decisions from a user experience perspective. 

Other key responsibilities: 
- Developing and visualizing the user experience by creating mock-ups, wireframes, interactive prototypes, etc. 
- Design functions supporting our customer acquisition-, conversion-, upsell- and retention strategies
- Work with and help develop Stena Line’s UI library and Design System using Adobe XD
- Contribute to high paced agile development and short go to market time - from idea/insight, to prototype/test and customer feedback very quickly to constantly learn and gain new insights and deliver value.
- Deliver according to the Stena Line brand strategy, communication platform, including look and feel, personality, tone of voice and brand positioning
- Integrate user research and usability testing into current design and product development process and lead all phases of user research (recruiting, scheduling and test scripts or survey development)
- Set up and run qualitative user tests to continuously improve new and existing features and solutions to create enhanced customer experience

Who are you?

This is a role for you who want to provide professional support, knowledge, experience, training and advice to vessel Ship Management Teams. Intresserad?
Våra båtar utgår från Göteborg, Halmstad och Trelleborg. Arbetet innebär varierade arbetstider under dygnets alla timmar. Vanligtvis är schemat förlagt 1-2 veckors pass med motsvarande ledig tid däremellan. Tjänsten är en rederianställning och lönen regleras enligt kollektivavtal med SEKO/SBF.

Sommaren är vår absoluta högsäsong och hundratusentals gäster reser med oss från Göteborg till Frederikshavn och Kiel. Vad kommer du arbeta med?
Vi söker sommarpersonal till följande check-inavdelningar i Göteborg; Frontline och Check-in.

I Frontline är du ansiktet utåt mot våra gäster som kommer till terminalen. Det är din uppgift att ge dem service i världsklass medan du hjälper dem med allt från bokning/försäljning av resor till incheckning och boarding vid avgång. Du hjälper våra gäster och ser till att de känner sig välkomna. I arbetet ingår också att besvara frågor från våra gäster både över disk och via mail.

Som Incheckare tar du hand om våra gäster som reser med fordon. Du checkar in, boardar och säljer biljetter till våra gäster. Du samarbetar nära med övriga operativa avdelningar så som kaj och fartyg för att få allt att flyta som det ska. Du svarar på frågor och ser till att skapa en positiv start på reseupplevelsen. Mellan avgångarna arbetar du med diverse administrativa arbetsuppgifter och förbereder nästa avgång.

The Loyalty Programme Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of our two well-established and popular loyalty programmes, one for our direct customers and one for our business customers. You will work with optimizing the existing loyalty programmes to improve the customer experience across the customer journey, including marketing automation, website content and onboard offering. As a Financial Assistant, you will be part of the Payables and Banking team which is a part of Stena Line Finance, a centralized function located in Gothenburg. In Payables and Banking, our team has the responsibility for the invoice to pay process.

In Payables, some of our responsibilities include scanning invoices, processing invoices in our workflow system Palette, having contact with our suppliers, reconciliation of supplier ledger and suspense accounts, and month-end closing.

Vanligtvis är schemat förlagt 1-2 veckors pass med motsvarande ledig betald (!) tid däremellan. Går du vidare i processen får du genomgå en läkarundersökning samt drogtest i enlighet med vår alkohol- och drogpolicy.

We are now looking for a Fleet Superintendent to join our office in Gothenburg.

You will monitor and control the smooth operation of assigned vessels. You will ensure a cost efficient and effective vessel operation and help create a strong safety culture onboard with a direct reporting to the Fleet Manager. 

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the vessels assigned to the Fleet Group from a safety, operational and financial perspective.
- Review of ship orders for repairs, dry-dockings, refits, spares and stores in accordance with the Company purchasing procedures.
- Technical operations on the vessel including compliance with statutory legislative requirements
- Carry out audits and inspections on board
- Deriving, implementing and maintaining budgetary control within the annual budget
- Overseeing vessel operational and technical performance.
- Liaison, as required, with external agencies such as Flag State, Class, P&I & HM Clubs.
- Together with the Senior Master, Senior Chief Engineer and People Department being responsible for the appointments of all ranks in the Deck and Engine Department.
- Responsible to carry out Annual Appraisals of Senior Masters and Senior Chief Engineers.

Vanligtvis jobbar du då 10,6h per dag vilket medför ett så kallat "1-1" system. Som poolanställd kommer det medföra en viss variation, då man får inställa sig efter behov. Du kommer att ha en fast månadslön och möjlighet till att lära dig och jobba ombord fler utav våra fartyg!

Ett annorlunda jobb med många förmåner
Det är speciellt att jobba ombord på en båt och teamet blir snart som en andra familj. Tillsammans ger vi allt under arbetspasset och sen går vi i land med betald ledighet. De flesta av oss bor ombord, det finns gym om du vill träna och det finns även tid till att umgås och ta det lugnt efter arbetspasset. Dessutom lagar kockarna otroligt god mat. Tillsammans med ditt team ser du till att den här sommaren blir den bästa, för alla som är ombord!

Till sjöss är ingen dag den andra lik och som servicevärd är din viktigaste roll att alltid bemöta våra gäster med god service och att ge det lilla extra. Du kommer att hoppa in där du behövs som mest vilket innebär att du kommer att jobba med allt detta:


• På hotellet hälsar du gästerna välkomna, bäddar, städar och hittar borttappade nallar.
• I våra restauranger och kaféer får du servera, diska och plocka disk i högt tempo men också ta dig tid att hjälpa gästerna.
• I butiken säljer du våra populära produkter, tipsar om goda drycker och solkräm.
• Kort sagt, du är beredd att jobba hårt för att våra gäster ska kunna koppla av och få en fin upplevelse.

Vad vi erbjuder

Ombord är vi en stor familj och stöttar varandra lika mycket som fartyget och våra gäster. 
Våra båtar utgår från Göteborg, Halmstad och Trelleborg. Arbetet innebär varierade arbetstider under dygnets alla timmar. Vanligtvis är schemat förlagt 1-2 veckors pass med motsvarande ledig betald tid däremellan. Går du vidare i processen får du genomgå en läkarundersökning samt drogtest i enlighet med vår alkohol- och drogpolicy. Vi står även för de obligatoriska säkerhetsutbildningar som krävs, om du inte redan har dem.

As a Data Analyst, you will work with our business to deliver in-depth analysis that solves business challenges and enables data-informed decisions. In Stena Line Ports and Terminals we work on a multitude of digital operational and administrative systems collecting and storing data. Now it's time to take this to the next level!

To be successful in this role, you need to build an understanding of the strategic changes in the business landscape and develop metrics that provide answers to key questions. For example, how we load 300 trailer on a ship in the most efficient way.

You will have the opportunity to develop the role and the way we work with analyzing and improving the business. Together with controllers for Freight and Port and Terminals you create value for our customers. You will be the connection between the business that works with loading the vessels and the developers who are working in the data and analytics team.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Presenting data and being able to design and build dashboards that users can use to self-serve analysis and track key metrics.
- Work on the data collection side by driving and implementing necessary actions for gathering, calculating, and consolidating data into data pipelines.
- Collaborating with our users in the regions to ensure we have the correct data and drive improvements and share insights.

We are looking for a leader with a solid technology background to lead our vessel network into the next phase of digitalization.

As Head of Vessel Technology & Connectivity you will lead the Digital Product Development teams working closely with our Fleet Operations, Stena Group IT and Head of Fleet Operations and Onboard services to ensure that business strategy and technology strategy are tightly aligned and our vessel technology is up to date and cementing our position as one of world’s leading and advanced ferry operators.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for digital product development and driving continuous improvement process based on customer/user feedback and real data analysis for our fleet of vessels.
- Work closely with the Product Owners as well as with Transformation Leads and Head of roles to shift product roadmap priorities so that resources are available to address the most pressing needs.
- Drive the standardization of vessel technology (serves, IoT devices etc.) onboard our fleet of ship, build a blue print (digital twin) and set up a program to progressively achieve the standard we set.
- Further develop our already established digital teams delivering fuel savings as well as digitalization of logs books/documents onboard.
- Ensure synergies across digital products and services across Stena Line from a development, data, technology & security point of view.
- Establish and follow-up key digital product development performance indicators that are aligned with the overall business performance indicators of Stena Line.
