In Operation Room Solution (ORS) at Mölnlycke, we aim for frictionless flow in the operating room, with solutions designed for safety.
We are now hiring a Technical Product Manager to join the ORS Product Management team placed in Gothenburg. The purpose of this position is to act as the technical product expert to bring valuable product knowledge to development projects and product portfolios, proactively suggest and implement improvements, and support global marketing and operations teams with insights and guidance. You are also accountable to ensure compliance with technical documentation standards for the designated product range. You will also analyze external requirements and evolving business needs to identify opportunities for greater efficiency in documentation management, driving streamlined processes for improved and more efficient outcomes.

Your role and key accountabilities
Provide product knowledge and feedback from post market data in product development projects and portfolio to contribute to develop the assortment.
Act as technical expert within appointed product range for product development projects or in early concept phases.
Provide product knowledge in complaints management.
Support global marketing in providing local markets with technical expertise (e.g. for tenders).
Act as Product expert/technical file owner for appointed product ranges.
Be accountable for compliance of designated parts of the product technical documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System.
Act as appointed Product Owner post market surveillance.
Own the technical file related product knowledge and proved input within R&D and other functions where appropriate.
Be the designated person from R&D in products audits.

Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate projects using proper project management tools.
Use data to generate information to steer projects and provide evidence of improvements.
Create and manage Quality and Regulatory plans, timelines, and responsibility matrices in alignment with process owners through cross-functional discussions.
Ensure overall project plans align with QA/RA timelines provided by process owners.
Plan, track, and monitor project activities with QA/RA process owners to maintain targeted submission dates.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and execute projects appropriately.
Identify problems, forecast risks, and proactively seek resolutions.
Communicate effectively about projects and activities at different organizational levels.
Provide guidance to Quality and Regulatory teams on uploading submission documents to the PLM system.

As a process owner, ensure effective and compliant execution of quality system processes, including nonconformance, CAPAs, complaints, and change controls. Constantly evaluate the suitability of the QMS to applicable quality and regulatory standards.


What you'll need
5+ years of experience in the medical device industry within Quality and/or Regulatory departments.
10+ years of project and change management experience.

About the Job

As an eQMS Product Owner, you will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the electronic quality management system (eQMS). This role ensures the effective implementation and rollout of key modules, including document control, non-conformance/corrective and preventive actions (NC/CAPA), and training across multiple locations.

Key Accountabilities
Maintenance and Improvement of eQMS: Ensure the eQMS is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Module Rollout: Lead the deployment of eQMS modules (document control, NC/CAPA, training) from headquarters to manufacturing, sales and warehousing sites, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.

This role has two key focus areas, the primary one being to support compliance with sustainability legislation globally, as well as undertaking various EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) responsibilities for our HQ location, which will be situated at GoCo Health Innovation City in Mölndal as of January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
Sustainability Compliance: Identify, interpret and advise on changing environmental requirements relevant to Mölnlycke’s product portfolio. Support business areas and corporate functions in implementing new,or changing, compliance obligations as they arise.
EHS Management: Contribute to a robust occupational health, safety, and environmental management system that meets or exceeds regulatory and internal EHS standards.
HQ EHS Support: Serve as the Health and Safety advisor for our headquarters, providing expert guidance to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.


What you’ll do
Maintain knowledge of applicable environmental product related legislation and requirements in the organisation.
Monitor relevant existing and proposed Swedish, EU and international regulations.
Communicate and raise awareness at appropriate levels within the business of the impact of emerging environmental issues and legislation.
Support the business to deliver global EHS elements of the sustainability roadmap as required.
Conduct reviews and updates of global and HQ documented procedures and work instructions as appropriate.
Support R&D projects with regards to:
fulfilment of legal and internal sustainability requirements to ensure that sustainability impacts are identified, documented as required and part of continual improvement work.
Ensure appropriate processes are established and followed to deliver EHS compliance as required.
As a backup, conduct the packaging reporting (or others such as WEEE, battery) for Mölnlycke’s obligations according to relevant legislation and stakeholder needs.


In addition, for HQ site in particular:
Active participation on the Work Environment Council, representing EHS.
Leading the review and update of the physical work environment risk assessment and contribute to the organisational -social risk assessment.
Create the annual plan for EHS Management walks, ensuring cooperation between relevant functions and coordinating resulting actions for closure.
Assist managers as required in incident investigation and reporting.
Support site functions and departments to fulfil the EHS management system and monthly reporting requirements.
Conduct training in EHS topics and responsibilities as required.


What you’ll need
Academic degree (BSc or MSc) in a relevant field, such as environmental, health & safety, technical, or chemical disciplines.
Recognised qualifications in environmental and/or health & safety fields.
Knowledge of applicable Swedish and international environmental legal requirements relevant to Mölnlycke’s product portfolio, such as PPWR, EUDR, PFAS, EPR and REACH.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an environmental specialist, ideally with some focus on product development or the medical healthcare sector.
Experience working in a global context and contributing to environmental continual improvement projects.
Familiarity with environmental and/or occupational health & safety management systems certified to ISO 14001/ISO 45001 within large organisations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across the business, including senior leaders and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do
Lead the ESG Reporting Process
Oversee and orchestrate ESG reporting initiatives in partnership with Business Area and Corporate Function leaders, as well as act as reporting subject matter expert across the organization. You will also ensure seamless coordination and full compliance with regulatory standards.
Platform Ownership and Data Reliability
Own Mölnlycke’s ESG reporting platform Position Green and ensure robust alignment with the Sustainability function. Further you will provide oversight for accurate data collection and validation.
Stakeholder Support and Compliance Alignment
Act as the main advisor to platform users, offering strategic guidance on reporting protocols and ensuring alignment with Investor AB standards.
Internal Control Framework Design
Develop and implement a structured internal control framework to uphold the accuracy and completeness of ESG data, working closely with Group Internal Control.
Decision-Support and Data Presentation
Compile, analyze, and present key ESG data, delivering actionable insights for Group Management, Business Areas, and Global Functions to drive informed decision-making.
ESG Reporting Standards Adherence
Prepare content for interim and annual ESG reports in line with applicable standards, including oversight of both internal and external CSRD reporting requirements.
Audit Facilitation
Manage the audit process, ensuring compliance with both limited and reasonable assurance requirements.
Regulatory Updates and Compliance Assurance
Maintain current knowledge of ESG reporting developments, particularly around ESRS standards, to ensure compliance with evolving legal and regulatory expectations.
Investment Policy Compliance
Ensure that sustainability assessments align with the investment policy and are documented for each investment request.
ESG Forecasting Support
Provide data input to support the Corporate Sustainability function in ESG forecasting initiatives.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably with an ESG focus.
Demonstrated experience in the development and enhancement of reporting and control processes.
Comprehensive knowledge of CSRD principles and reporting standards.

These are the main accountabilities for this position
In this position you will continuously search for and propose new conceptual product solutions to meet customer needs.
You will lead or participate in identified applied research projects and provide results within the tissue and wound biology as well as microbiology areas as defined by the project plan to reach the project objectives to develop new and/or improved concepts and products. This position will sit in our Operating Room Solutions Business area (Region North) and can be based anywhere across the Nordic region.
In this role, you will play a key role in advancing Mölnlycke’s sustainability agenda by leading and implementing strategic initiatives within the commercial space. What you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have an action-oriented personality, while remaining a collaborative leader and team player. Since there is a wide range of different stakeholders you will need demonstrated experience working within a global matrix organization and with change management principles. You also need to be able to influence stakeholders to enable decision-making. Finally, you need to be able to communicate plans in a clear and intuitive way for employees and for leaders.
Since this role is on a senior level we would like you to have this capabilities, qualifications and experience:
Minimum 8 years of professional experience of working with total reward and mobility in a global context.
Previous experience as a Manager preferably leading a team of specialists.
Relevant Masters degree
Experience setting up new countries abroad with appropriate pay and benefits programs and to be able to evaluate, design and recommend global compensation programs based on market assessments and business strategy.
Advanced excel skills with the ability to perform detailed calculations, modeling and analysis using data in building total rewards plans reconciled with budgets and forecasts.
Experience of maintaining and working in HR systems, preferrable SuccessFactors.

Experience from Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry preferably within Clinical Research/Clinical Evaluations.
Analytical thinking and scientific mindset, knowledge in MDR, relevant MDCG guidance documents and MEDDEV standards for Clinical Evaluations and PMCF.
Experience in systematic literature search strategies, critical appraisal of clinical studies,, proficient scientific writing and with a digitalization mindset.

For this position, we are open to have this position placed at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden or remotely across Czech Republic and the UK. For this position we expect you to travel up to 20 % annual to meet with suppliers, attend global exhibitions etc.
This position plays a key role in managing relationships with both new and existing suppliers of single-use medical devices within our business are Operating Room Solutions (ORS), as well as overseeing the assortment of products included in our surgical procedure packs. The core of the role is supplier management, where you’ll focus on getting the best from our supply partners, ensuring quality and service level excellence to support the customer centric mindset embedded within our organization.
The position offers considerable opportunity to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that add value within purchasing of medical devices with us. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can support ongoing projects and proactively recommend strategies that align with our commitment to customer-centricity and sustainability.

What you’ll do:
Work with Procurement Managers within the team on Cost of Goods projects.
Support the team with identification of projects, analysis of offers and opportunities, selection of the right opportunity for Mölnlycke Health Care and then support implementation.
Manage new request for additional components from already approved and validated suppliers, negotiate prices and support with the implementation.
Benchmarking current cost of components, with market prices – highlighting products and product families above market price, ensuring components remain at a competitive rate.
KPI reporting in respect of (1) value of cost savings/waste removal/quality improvement (2) conversion success rate of projects/opportunities and (3) components approved for implementation.


What you’ll need:
The role requires a good level of understanding of all procurement procedures, to be carried out in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Experience of working within, or in collaboration with, a strong procurement team in a highly regulated industry is essential, preferably in the industry of medical devices
Ideally CIPS qualified or working towards a professional procurement certification would be advantageous. Experience in both the theoretical and practical procurement
The successful candidate will need to have an efficient and professional manner at all times, and will be an exceptional communicator and good at problem solving

About you:
In this role, you will be part of the inhouse development team for Mölnlycke Portal, our global Customer Portal for one of our key Business Areas, Operating Room Solutions. The team has an end-to-end accountability for solution discovery, development, solution architecture and operations. You develop scalable solutions using best practices and the latest technology including cloud and AI.
The cross functional team consist of a diverse mix of people dedicated to developing great customer experiences using the latest technology and working methods. Key accountabilities for the role:
· Responsibility to build and maintain the user interface of Mölnlycke Portal.

· Contribute to a solution architecture and design that are flexible, re-usable and compliant with relevant business regulatory, privacy, and security requirements as well as in sync with changing business needs.

Your main tasks include:
Develop and execute E2E inventory management strategies that support the Wound Care Business Area’s objectives
Manage the inventory forecasting/budgeting process (120M EUR) on a quarterly basis, collecting information/assumptions from various stakeholders
Analyze supply chain logistics and inventory risks related to finished goods and raw material availability due to geopolitical factors or natural disasters and understand impacts of macro-economic trends
Collaborate with procurement and production sites to ensure optimization of wound care raw material inventory levels
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management, utilizing Rapid Response and other digital/AI tools
Validate- and ensure accuracy and completeness of our master data related to our products and inventory locations.
Implement strategies to minimize obsolete or excess inventory across all product lines and lead the monthly SLOB process, including proactive stock transfer proposals

What you’ll need
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Act as internal control reviewer and approver in GRC process to safeguard potential SOD conflicts in user role requests at regional / entity level. Approve on the compensating controls for SOD conflicts and perform periodic review validity of compensating controls to address the SOD conflicts
Support relevant stakeholders in preparation and the external control review/audit itself as necessary
Partner with and provide “sounding board” guidance to management and relevant stakeholders to develop control remediation or improvement actions to address identified control deficiencies from control self-assessment, internal and external control reviews/audits, monthly closings or other ways
Monitor, follow up with control owners the control remediation status and provide support where necessary. Provide control remediation status reporting
Monitor, assess and remediate any emerging internal control risks in the entity. Review and update assigned risk based end-to-end group process control documents where there is process or organizational changes. Ensure key controls and control owners in the process control documents and related control reviews (e.g. annual control self-assessment questionnaire, process testing review procedure etc) are updated and communicated
Provide internal control training

Possess a degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

The role
In this role you will establish the Global IT Infrastructure Security improvement Roadmap and drive improvements.
You will play a key role in developing the IT Security inside the Global IT organization. You will work in close collaboration with other departments / stakeholders, for example, QA, Legal, HR, 3rd party suppliers, System, Process owners, and, Service Owners at the Infrastructure & Workplace Team, and Factory Sites regarding Infrastructure Security related matters.

About the job
As a Product Developer there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day as you will work with the solution from idea to product launch.
The purpose of this position is to lead, execute and support the development and realization of new and enhanced wound care products/solutions to meet customer needs and to secure supply, compliance, and competitiveness. All the while keeping our business priorities of digitalisation, customer centricity and sustainability at the heart of what you do. We’ll give you the challenges, skills and support to advance your career.

These will be your main key accountabilities
In this role you will lead design activities in the development process, from idea generation through realization until a finished product or solution.
You will translate customer and business needs into user needs and requirements and assess the environmental impact of our concepts and work with LCAs to develop sustainable products/solutions.
You will develop product documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. Medical Device Directive or FDA’s QSR) and Mölnlycke’s Quality Management System and you will ensure that the product design verification and validation activities are carried out.
As Product Developer you will have a chance to make your mark in a culture based on motivation, inspiration and a drive to make a difference. This also includes to work actively with activities to develop and improve our way of working.

What you’ll need…
- 5 years' experience within product development
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, life science or equivalent
- Technical Knowledge in the medical device area
- Knowledge of Global Regulatory Requirements and standards related to the medical device
- Knowledge and experience of working with sustainable product development, utilising LCA as a methodology
- Deep knowledge in working in a QMS and with Design control
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English written and spoken
