About the job
The purpose of the position is delivering 1st contact support to the global Mölnlycke organization from the GBS organization. The areas of support include, but are not limited to, IT infrastructure and application support as well as GBS-related Finance and HR support.


These are the key accountabilities for this position
Responsible for delivering 1st contact support at the GBS Service Desk
Ensure that the global policies, processes and procedures are followed.
Proactively suggest new ways of working and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Actively participate in process improvement
Actively participate in building and maintaining Knowledge base articles related to the end user support.
Take ownership of the support tickets generated
Adhere to the ways of working and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in the underlying data and information as well as timely and relevant communication with the end users.
Keep end users informed of the status of all tickets at all times.
Deliver support within the defined SLAs and take action whenever an SLA breach is imminent.
Identify, suggest and provide end user training and knowledge.
Participate in projects when needed.
Work together with the other functions during a project transition to ensure quality in the production cut-over and early-life support.
Participate in User Acceptance Tests when necessary

About the job
Our ERP system is a vital component in the Mölnlycke IT landscape. It supports our global logistics, manufacturing and finance processes in the Gothenburg head quarter as well as our marketing companies and our manufacturing sites. We are currently operating SAP ECC but have initiated a transformation program to move us to SAP S/4 HANA.
We want to strengthen our expertise around our ERP platform and are looking for a SAP specialist with an architecture focus. This role will take ownership of the global design of our ERP platform and govern its architecture roadmap to enable Mölnlycke’s ambitious digital agenda.
As a SAP Architect Specialist you will work together with other architects and delivery teams across Mölnlycke IT securing that the technical design of the platform meets our short term and long term business requirements while also being aligned with our business & IT strategies. You will play an instrumental role in our initiative to move to the new SAP S/4 HANA platform.

Your role and your responsibilities
Secure and safeguard the integrity of the SAP solution architecture in line with domain and enterprise architectures.
Understand our current & future needs relevant for shaping the SAP solution architecture.
Understand the roadmap and application lifecycle model of SAP solutions in use at Mölnlycke to anticipate the business and technical impact of these changes to allow required actions are promptly and timely executed.
Understand the current and emerging portfolio of SAP solutions including applicable license models to spot opportunities and drive capitalization on the SAP investment
Collaborate with the delivery team members to deliver on specific SAP commitments.
Develop & manage architectural artifacts for applications & platforms within SAP scope.
Ensure enterprise-wide architectural adherence through participation in the architecture review process.

What you’ll need…
You have comprehensive knowledge and experience of the SAP ERP platform, its components and the underlying technology. This includes our current SAP ECC platform as well as SAP S/4HANA.
You need to have experience of solution architecture translating requirements into viable future proof solutions. You possess essential knowledge of all architecture domain and associated methodologies i.e. business architecture, information architecture, application architecture and infrastructure architecture.
You need to be comfortable working with various stakeholders and delivery teams, possessing good communication, visualisation and collaboration skills in addition to being a solid team player.
You are curious and interested in new approaches but at the same time you are delivery focused.


Qualifications
Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.

Your key responsibilities are:
1. Data Ingestion
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data ingestion pipelines within sprint timelines.

2. Data Transformation

3. Optimization and Performance Tuning
Work in tandem with the analytics teams within sprint cycles to refine data models for optimal performance.

4. Collaboration and Communication
Act as a core team member in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring data tasks are well-defined and prioritized.
Engage with other scrum teams, supporting third party vendors or external data sources as needed to ensure cross-team alignment and seamless integrations.

5. Documentation and Best Practices
Document all processes, transformations, and decision points to ensure transparency and repeatability within and across sprints.
Champion best practices in data engineering within the agile framework, sharing knowledge and refining processes based on team feedback.

6. Continuous Learning:
Stay current with the latest in data engineering trends, tools, and technologies.
Recommend and prototype new solutions within the agile framework to continually enhance the team's capabilities.



What you’ll need:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in data engineering with hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Matillion or similar.
Agile/Scrum: Demonstrated experience working within an agile/scrum framework. Scrum certification (e.g., CSD, CSM) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments.

The purpose of the position:
The Corporate Medical Safety Advisor, under the direction of the Corporate Medical Director, is responsible for the assurance of medical safety within the company.
The role handles the medical component of all product complaints and performs risk assessments in order to optimize the development and adoption of Molnlycke’s products and solutions.
The individual is an MD with a solid working knowledge of clinical practice in the wound care and surgical space.
The role requires a working knowledge of regulatory requirements and close liaison with the Quality organisation.

Key accountabilities

The role

The role
In this role you will establish the Global IT Infrastructure Security improvement Roadmap and drive improvements.

You will play a key role in developing the IT Security inside the Global IT organization. You will work in close collaboration with other departments / stakeholders, for example, QA, Legal, HR, 3rd party suppliers, System, Process and Service Owners at DT8, and Factory Sites regarding Infrastructure Security related matters.

You will further optimize our SOC services, establish, implement, and improve IT Security Incident Management Process and Practices, and lead the execution of Vulnerability Assessments / PEN tests. About the job:
In this position as the Scrum Master you will be accountable for establishing agile delivery methods, by helping everyone understand agile theory and practice, both within the Teams/Hubs and the organization.>

What you’ll need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile methodology certification.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master, preferably within an analytics or data-driven environment.
Demonstrated experience working closely with data teams, including analytics, data engineering, and data science.
Proven track record of successfully implementing agile processes, facilitating sprint cycles, and driving continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge and experience in project management processes and methodologies, as well as agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and DevOps.
Experience in leading project teams in the analytics area
Knowledge and experience of Business Intelligence and analytics systems development, specifically Data Warehouses and ETL/ELT development and to some extent cube modelling and development. Tools like Snowflake, dbt and Matillion are preferred, but not a must.
Analytical skills necessary to translate business needs and consequently design, develop, implement and support complex business intelligence applications, as well as mediating and build connections between people, teams, and stakeholders.
Communication skills necessary to work with users department to identify and diagram application needs, coordinate projects with department personnel and outside vendors.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies as they arise, such as new BI tools, data warehousing techniques, technical administration etc.

The Antiseptics business area at Mölnlycke is focused on eliminating bacteria that cause healthcare acquired infections.
Mölnlycke is now looking for a new EMEA-APAC Supply Chain and Demand Planner – Antiseptics to join us. This role will preferably be located at either our factory site in Waremme, Belgium or our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. Other locations may be considered.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that sales forecasts, net requirements, and supply plan for the Antiseptics business area are balanced and in-line with the global principles. The position holder needs to ensure that customers’ demands are met by developing a robust short-term and long-term demand plan and a monthly supply plan for the antiseptics business area. The role holder will also plan and manage the supply chain in such way that supports optimization of the global supply chain performance and ensure product availability in-line with applicable targets.

Some of the tasks you will be involved in are:
Develop a robust short-term and long-term demand plan and conduct monthly demand forecast maintenance for Antiseptics. Ensuring it best meet customer demands while driving forecasting improvements by applying best practices, utilising statistical forecasting and enriching the baseline forecast with all relevant input from customers (Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Finance and other relevant functions).
Lead local demand reviews and take an active role in other relevant S&OP; (MBM) reviews, including following up to ensure that plans are executed as agreed and in alignment with agreed targets.
Act as expert in interpreting demand data from APAC & EMEA markets and creating various scenarios to identify impacts of demand changes, new product launches, promotions, and phase-in / phase-out.
Ensure proactive, timely and accurate communication to key stakeholders across the value chain to mitigate any risks and facilitate timely decisions as needed.
Proactively identify potential supply risks and define alternative mitigation scenarios (e.g., ‘what if?’).
Define, set and control relevant planning parameters in related systems and applications to achieve system health and business targets.
Ensure delivery performance and product availability while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and optimise costs in-line with targets.
Monitor, analyse and report on key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, e.g., BIAS, PLIX (Planning Index). To support evaluation of results and demand trends. Key areas including order line completion (OLC), order line availability (OLA), back-orders (BO), tied up capital (TUC) to support the monthly S&OP; (MBM) cycle.
Have the ability to be creative in order to solve complex supply & demand planning challenges.
Influence decision making in respect of trade-offs within operations, commercial, finance & innovation / technology functions.
Represent supply chain planning to support implementation of new product launches and new market entries to ensure optimal time to market and product availability for product portfolio.

The role
In this role you will establish the Global IT Infrastructure Security improvement Roadmap and drive improvements.

You will play a key role in developing the IT Security inside the Global IT organization. You will work in close collaboration with other departments / stakeholders, for example, QA, Legal, HR, 3rd party suppliers, System, Process and Service Owners at DT8, and Factory Sites regarding Infrastructure Security related matters.

Key accountabilities for the role
The purpose of the position is to be the Subject Mater Expert (SME) for Global IT Security Infrastructure.
Lead the execution of continual Vulnerability Assessments / PEN tests, report on results, and define and drive improvements accordingly
Lead the establishment and improvement of the SOC services and actively work to optimize it and extend it to also cover OT
Analyse security monitoring logs and reports received from 3rd party suppliers and act accordingly

You are used to working in an international environment and you have strong interpersonal communication and relation skills.

Additional experience with Microsoft 365 security components, such as MCAS, AIP, Azure SSO, ATP and/or Microsoft Defender is considered a plus.

About you:

The role holder is the key point of advisory for IT Regulatory Compliance matters at Global IT. The role holder joins Global IT projects taking the Validation Coordinator role. This is to plan and control Computerized Systems Validation or infrastructure qualification efforts addressing IT regulatory requirements and other IT related authority-based requirements (e.g. FDA Part 11, MDR- SaMD, GDPR,).
Further the position is controlling the compliance of systems, infrastructure settings, IT Processes, and 3rd party suppliers through conducting periodic reviews and audits when needed.
The role holder is updating Global IT Policies, procedures, and working instructions in collaboration with other stakeholders within Mölnlycke, e.g. QA, Legal, R&D to ensure that the Global IT is complaint with all relevant external and internal requirements.

Conduct independent Periodic Reviews and audits of IT complaints to regulatory requirements focusing on systems, infrastructure components, 3rd party suppliers, and processes.
