Our Requirements

Responsibilities:


Electrical Side:
Regular inspections and maintenance of electrical installations and production machines.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
Monitoring the technical condition of devices and installations, reporting repair and modernization needs.
Installation, connection and commissioning of new devices and electrical systems.
Carrying out cabling and low- and high-voltage installations in accordance with applicable standards.
Conducting safety inspections of electrical installations.
Ensuring compliance of activities with occupational health and safety regulations and other legal standards regarding the operation of electrical equipment.



Mechanical Side:
Regular technical inspections of production machines.
Lubrication, cleaning and calibration of equipment.
Drilling, threading, screwing and cutting metals parts.
Replacing worn or damaged parts from the conveyor line.
Quick diagnosis of technical problems.
Repair of machines and devices in the event of failure.
Minimizing production downtime through effective fault removal.
Collaborate with engineers and suppliers when installing new equipment.
Testing and commissioning of newly installed machines.
Modernization and Improvement of Production Processes:
Identification of opportunities to improve production efficiency and quality.
Implementation of new technologies and modernization of existing systems.
Optimization of production machine settings.
Responding to alarm signals and performing diagnostics.
Maintaining technical documentation regarding inspections, repairs and maintenance.
Creating reports on work carried out and spare parts consumption.



Requirements.
BSc or MSc degree in mechanical or relevent field
3+ years of relevant experience within Material Handling, process design and engineering related fields.
Successful track record of leading process improvement projects in a production factory.
Curious, technically educated, and preferably with a strong problem-solving background.
Experience and interest in Material Handling, equipment design, process development and commissioning.

Upon concluding this assignment, your next assignment will be in Gothenburg. The responsibilities for the Manufacturing/Process Engineer role are outlined below.
The Manufacturing/ process engineer holds a pivotal role, overseeing equipment design from purchase order to commissioning, and serving as a liaison for integrating lessons learned into future designs. They collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver advanced manufacturing equipment designs, manage FAT, lead commissioning, and support product launches. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge cell manufacturing equipment launches and future design upgrades. Key attributes for success include collaboration, time management, design and commissioning expertise, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to take a leadership role in commissioning as needed.


Responsibilities:
· Take charge of commissioning activities on-site and facilitate a smooth transition to manufacturing.
· Spearhead the detailed design process engineering, managing it from purchase order to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for manufacturing equipment.
· Lead design reviews and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions with suppliers, and endorse machine design concepts, technical drawings, and documentation.
· Offer constructive feedback and direction to suppliers to ensure equipment quality, technical compliance, and adherence to CE standards.
· Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) and coordinate process and equipment trials at both supplier and customer manufacturing sites.
· Play a central role in defining and releasing standards for manufacturing processes.
· Complete HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) and risk assessments.
· Mentor and train new process engineers and provide support to other functions.


Requirements:
· BSc or MSc degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
· 3+ years of relevant experience within equipment and process design and engineering related fields.
· Knowledge of QA Troubleshooting tools.
· Successful track record of leading process improvement projects in a production factory.

Management of, responsibility for and ensuring compliance with the security life cycle (cybersecurity) in accordance with ISO / SAE 21434.
Assisting departments with the development of ECU software, e.g., for autonomous driving and e-Mobility, throughout the security lifecycle.
Analysis and specification of security requirements.
Creation and implementation of security concepts and security analyses (e.g., TARA).

Som mjukvaruutvecklare kan du exempelvis arbeta med:

Som mjukvaruutvecklare kommer du att arbeta i ett agilt team på ca 5-6 personer. Ni ansvarar tillsammans för design, utveckling, optimering och test av mjukvaran. Du kommer att få använda de senaste metoderna inom mjukvaruutveckling.
Automatiserad testning ingår ofta i projekten. Därför är det bra om du har god kunskap om mjukvarutestning och testdriven utveckling.

Your responsibilities
· Support the development of a vehicle or product design, regarding noise and vibration. Based on the overall legal and customer requirements for noise and vibration on vehicle level.
· To specify and follow up the requirements on subsystems and components in close cooperation with other engineering functions as well as sub-suppliers.
· Investigate in-service problems, develop, and recommend solutions.
· Active participation in NVH test, analysis, and troubleshooting.
· Provide specialized consulting to relevant departments to help solve system noise and vibration issues.
· Guide in noise and vibration source fixation in both vehicle and components.
· Actively establishing and shaping customer relationships.
Our requirements
· Completed university studies in Engineering or Physics with detailed knowledge of acoustics, structural dynamics and/or vibration control, as well as digital signal processing.
· Noise and vibration testing experience in the automotive industry, with regards to powertrain testing (both electric & traditional drivelines), structural testing and full-vehicle NVH testing.
· Experience in data acquisition and signal processing tools of Müller BBM-VAS, Siemens Simcenter, Head Acoustics, Dewesoft and similar.
· CAE experience is meritorious.
· To be able to perform hands-on work; assembling-mounting test objects, being able to perform on rigs and similar.
· Collaborative, active, solution-oriented spirit.
· Valid driving license (Sweden), proving ground licenses are meritorious.
· Fluent in English.

Description
As System Safety and/or Cyber Security Engineer, you will work within our customers Safety team. The main objective is to contribute to the development and deliveries of safe products and services to our customers. The work will in many cases be done in close cooperation with other teams. The activities cover the complete development cycle, for example: functional safety impact analysis, hazard analysis and risk assessment, functional and technical safety concepts, safety case, system safety joint reviews with suppliers and verification reviews.
Examples of major tasks/activities
• Proactively support R&D organization with all aspects of functional safety & cyber security in vehicle projects, (for example: technical guidance, way of working, review)
• Perform verification reviews of functional safety work products.
• Perform technical review of concepts and solutions from functional safety perspective.
• A wide working arena ranging from high-level conceptual development to hands on implementation of cyber security solutions including process and methodology.
• Support product development to formulate security business objectives, analyze product cyber security risks

TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Tasks
As a Software Test Engineer, we expect that you will be able to create fully automated test systems to verify requirements, to validate the stability of the system and the design.
Together with your Team you will be developing test case scenarios. The team will have the lead in functional requirement testing and secure our final stage of testing, proving quality and compliance to safety regulations. You will be supporting the development teams in way of using your base test scenario as well as providing guidelines for our test framework. How we test will be a key enabler for increasing the speed and quality of the software deliveries in the ever more complex software environment of a modern vehicle so you will also work close to our test architect to identify ideas for improvement of our test flow. You will as all our teams also participate in requirement definition and documentation in test records. Test framework and test execution development is made in parallel with the development. Our tests are written in CAPL and Python, and tests are done both in a virtual environment as well as on HW rigs.

Evidence of working in safety-critical project with requirement-driven development (3 year +)
Solid knowledge of the testing theory, HIL/MIL/SIL testing methodologies and tools
Experience of test plan, test strategy, test cases and scripts development, and writing test documentation as well.

SW & function developer

We are looking for a SW function developer with experience from developing software control and systemizing functions for handling vehicle motion for different SAE autonomous level vehicles.
The team is responsible for development, implementation and verification of control functionality.
The implementation is mainly done in MATLAB/Simulink/TargetLink but also using C/C++ code.

Model-based software development
Perform MIL/SIL/HIL and vehicle test for the functions you have developed
Maintain proper documentation for the software development according to ASPICE
All products shall be developed according to ASPICE and fulfill ISO26262.

For a coming customer project we are now seeking release engineers within several areas and competences ranging from software to mechanical engineering.
Your responsibilities
As project engineer and member of an development engineering team in the field of vehicles, you are part of a team bringing a new product to industrialization.
Release drawings / models / technical data / sw etc for our customer
This includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the R&D enterprise which includes various portfolios. You will work very closely with release arenas.

Our requirements
· Master or Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, mechatronics/automation or computer science
· 2-5+ years of professional experience primarily from automotive R&D
· Knowledge of tools such KDP, Catia and TeamCenter is meritorious
· Experience from agile frameworks and development such as SAFe
· English spoken and written.

Description
Assignment within Propulsion Energy Systems, which are responsible for design and delivery of the technical solutions of Battery Systems and Power Supply for electrified vehicles. We cover the complete product development of mechanical, electrical and software components. We are now looking for an Embedded Software engineer with knowledge in AUTOSAR. You will be part of a team supporting the product development teams with all the tools and services needed to efficiently develop our products in a continuous delivery fashion.

Responsibilities and tasks
Provide a framework for ECU Software build and integration.
Implement a framework for integrating new functionality in C
Work to continuously improve speed, efficiency and scalability of the integration, build and test systems.
Work across functional (development/testing, deployment, systems/infrastructure) and project teams to ensure continuous operation of build and test systems.
Develop and support backup and recovery strategies.



Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
5 years’ experience of embedded systems development.
Relevant working experience from Autosar integration/configuration.
Relevant working experience from Product development area.
Ability to drive, motivate and convince.
Experience in Model Based Development, software development, software integration and control system modelling
Experience in development of scripts Extra Qualifications
Experience of scrum and/or agile methods.

Ditt ansvar

· Säkerställa efterlevnad enligt ISO14001, andra standarder eller kundkrav
· Planera och genomföra riskanalyser, arbeta med hållbarhetsförebyggande åtgärder
· Leda hållbarhetsprogram inom Supply Chain
Våra krav
· Magisterexamen i Sustainability, Engineering eller Business samt relevant arbetslivserfarenhet från hållbarhet
· Förmåga att driva förändring för en hållbar framtid och leverera innovativt arbete
· Mycket goda kunskaper i ISO 14001 och miljölagstiftning, både svenska och EU
· Erfarenhet av hållbarhetsarbete inom Supply Chain är meriterande

Som mjukvaruutvecklare kan du exempelvis arbeta med:
Designa och utveckla touch-baserade användargränssnitt för att kontrollera olika delar i fordonet.
Algoritmutveckling och datahantering för självkörande fordon
Utveckling av testramverk i Python
Utveckling i Java för nästa generations nätverk i fordon

Som mjukvaruutvecklare kommer du att arbeta i ett agilt team på ca 5-6 personer. Ni ansvarar tillsammans för design, utveckling, optimering och test av mjukvaran. Du kommer att få använda de senaste metoderna inom mjukvaruutveckling.
Automatiserad testning ingår ofta i projekten. Därför är det bra om du har god kunskap om mjukvarutestning och testdriven utveckling.
Vi och våra kunder samarbetar med flera av de mest attraktiva företagen inom teknikbranschen. Tillsammans med dem kommer du utveckla i olika programmeringsspråk samt även olika applikationer och GUI (i Android Java).
Våra krav
Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen i datateknik, IT, elektroteknik eller liknande.
Kunskaper C ++, C, och/ eller Java & Python
Kunskap i Embedded Linux
Kunskap i ex. bash, git, Gerrit, Jenkins
Kunskap av mjukvaruutveckling enligt agil metodik
Flytande engelska i tal och skrift
Körkort B är meriterande

Till ett uppdrag hos vår kund söker vi en elkonstruktör med CAD-erfarenhet gällande kretsschema och anläggningsritningar (el). Skall utföra elkonstruktion med Autodesk/Autocad R38
Kunskap om ny elsäkerhetsstandard är önskvärt
Söker driven person med kunskap inom Elcad, tex Eplan, Elprocad alt Autocad elmodul
5+ års erfaremhet (gärna från maskinanläggning).
Meriterande är också kunskap inom fordonselektronik och kommunikationsgränssnitt som tex CANOpen, EN1175, hazardanalys, FMEA, nedbrytning av krav, författande av säkerhetsrapporter, ASIL-klassificering
