About The Role
You will be a key part of a small but growing team of designers who envision products and experiences for gamers that want to escape the ordinary. We have an ambitious roadmap ahead of us and we need your help to make it a reality. You will actively take part in defining projects by shaping them throughout the design process. Insights from your design process will steer and guide the outcome and ultimately define the product success. You are the user's advocate and you’ll be responsible for taking products from early idea to a refined and feasible design vision. You will hand over the design vison to our skilled engineering teams for realization and manufacturing. We are a relatively small company, and you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Marketeers to bring your ideas and design vision to the organization and ultimately into our customers hands.
 
What You Will Do

• Work independently and in teams to drive the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to implementation 
• Work closely with your colleagues in the design team and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketeers
• Use human-centered design methodologies and practices to elevate the customer centricity in your team and stakeholders around you (e.g. Conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, etc.)
• Work iteratively to explore new ways to solve our customers’ needs and pain-points, work quickly between sketches and 3D 
• Create well-articulated, tangible design vison, with refined aesthetics and CMF documentation (colour, material, finish) 
• Help shape the culture of Fractal Design, facilitating the push towards a design driven company and continue to shape the strategic design direction of the future of the company 
Who You Are

• 2 – 5 years proven experience working with product design development 
• Have experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles
• Have a great understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling, user needs/pain points and design craft
• Strategic and purposeful in making design decisions and you do that by integrating user, business, and technical considerations into your process
• You can identify priorities and when to optimize for speed and when to seek for quality and hone into the details
• Very effective communicator when articulating your vision, strategy, and decisions of your design solutions
• Experience working with interior design and consumer products is a plus
• Previous experience from mesh modelling software (Blender or similar), surface modelling software (Rhino or similar) and render software (Keyshot or similar) is preferred
• You have an education within Industrial design or Product design with training to develop your ideas with sketches, prototypes and models, both in computer programs and in workshops
• Fluent in English is a requirement and knowledge of Swedish is an advantage

About the role 
You will have both a creative role and an analytical/technical one, following the product from the sketch pad all the way to the first unit from the production line. 
 
Working in a team, you will take part of among other things; use case workshops, technical analyses, and business case studies. Using CAD as your primary tool you will create models that are user-friendly and attractive for the customer while being optimized for production. 
 
Aside from the thrill of designing products often shown in popular media channels, one big selling point is your team. Expect a group that is genuinely curious and warm, people who express feelings of mutual respect and support each other.

As our marketing department Production Lead, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating new product releases. Content creation is a varied and tricky business. Varied because it covers a very wide range of different (and at times fairly complicated) subject matters. Tricky, for precisely the same reason. When there’s so much to be produced and distributed while coordinating with internal departments, external resource nodes and a fairly strict brand voice manual – it just makes sense to have someone on site to create the content. Someone who can get down with the details, without losing sight of the big picture. You are a wizard
What we’re looking for is a kind of rockstar-wizard hybrid in the field of mechanical design. Someone who can shoulder the responsibilities of a senior mechanical engineer and is eager to use their high DFA and DFM skills. Maybe you even have some textile experience and have worked with enclosure and integration of electronics into products, and know a thing or two about coating and surface finish. Our products being what they are, a general feel for designing for transportation and having studied packaging design would also come in handy. You will be expected to head up development of processes, methods and templates for Mechanical Design and Product Quality verification. About you

As Fractal Design’s next customer care champion you will lead and manage our customer service operations in Sweden and Germany, ensuring a first class customer experiences while building strong relationships with both new and existing consumers. You know everything you need to about how going the extra mile makes for an exceptional customer experience and have no issues with switching from manager-mode to taking care of tickets yourself.
You’ve have experience of fulfilling and setting KPIs as you do of handling RMAs, and both record-keeping and follow-ups come as natural to you as brushing your teeth. The burden to ensure that all customers get the level of support and service they expect, will rest squarely on your shoulders. How do we know you’re right for the job? Because rather than being intimidated by any of this, you’re weirdly excited.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage and solve incoming tickets together with the Customer Care team with an active leadership approach
Creation and planning of new spare part items for upcoming launches as well as replenishment and management of current stock
Customer and product feedback is another key area you will need to focus on, including things like handline 2nd line complaints and generating feedback reports to appropriate Fractal departments.
Managing SoMe/community forum support as well as Marketplace(s) tech-support.
Streamlining and improvements of operational processes and documentation.
Reporting and fulfillment of agreed on KPIs & regional SLAs with focus towards efficiency and the customer experience in whole

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our ranks at Fractal Design, where you will help provide excellent and consistent service to consumers before, during and after a purchase. Together with your fellow team-mates, you will make sure that customers support tickets are being managed in the best way possible, ensuring satisfied consumers at every touch-point.
But more than that: you will effectively be one of our most important brand ambassadors at the front-line, empowering and helping out potential and existing consumers with problems small and large. This requires a professional and communicative mindset to bring about first-class customer experiences.
A normal workday consists mainly of resolving support tickets regarding our products including a wide set of often technically related topics. Other duties will include ordering and management of spare parts, resolving social media support queries as well as making sure our resellers and partners receive excellent RMA-service when needed.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Managing and solving support tickets from existing customers, using a solution-oriented and positive attitude (follow-ups included)
Managing and responding inquiries from potential customers such as compatibility questions or other technical queries
Providing forum and social media support
Advising, administrating and registering orders on spare parts for customers and distributors/resellers (including spare part management)
Leaving detailed user and product feedback to Product development and Supply Chain/QC

Who we think you are
To thrive here, it’s a safe bet that you have a great interest in Hardware and/or Gaming components. You probably already know the correct placement of radiator-tubings, and like to be vocal on Discord about what PSU orientation really is the best (and why). Basically: you are tech-savvy in general, and most likely an avid tech consumer to boot.
As you will be handling tickets from countries all over the world as well as communicating with your global customer service colleagues on a daily basis, your English skills (both written and verbal) need to be excellent.
We also think you are highly organized, keeping tabs on the small details as well as the big picture in a structured manner. To be really comfortable in this role and our team, you probably need to have had prior experience of fast-paced environments. Tracking launch goals and KPIs and updating processes in order to meet and exceed targets
Building and maintaining relationships with A-tier media on a global level, preparing press kits and communications
Managing and coordinating exposure at key media (tech/gaming/hardware) sites, tracking and highlighting activities
Preparing and conducting internal training relating to product features, media strategy and competition analysis
Act as an external as well as internal brand evangelist

Are you the driven Production Lead we need to head up our marketing department?
As our marketing department Production Lead, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating new product releases. Our copywriters, graphic designers and web developers will rely on you to lead the way, and you will also assume a key role in interdepartmental communication. This includes localization of projects and assets for various markets.
Additionally, you will support your marketing comrades and make sure the department delivers according to plan, optimizing workflow as you go.


Other responsibilities will include:
