About the position
Netadmin is looking for you. A versatile Marketing Manager who has been working with digital marketing for at least 5 years.
You have experience of developing and executing marketing campaigns in a B2B environment collaborating with Sales and Product organizations to feed and engage a Sales Funnel. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
Your responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of all marketing campaigns & activities, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing material.
At Netadmin Marketing, Sales and Product works in tight collaboration and as a Marketing Manager you are expected to familiarize yourself with our Product, Value Proposition and Market Niche.
Initially you will be replacing our current Marketing Manager who is leaving us but moving forward there is an overall strategy to expand the Marketing Team.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Develop strategies and tactics to build awareness about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door and ultimately feed our Sales Funnel Develop strategy for Account Based marketing for named accounts Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups Help our Partner Manager to build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Set annual and quarterly goals together with Sales and Product and measure and adjust according to trends Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Analyze market behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns in a B2B environment Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience in performance marketing Previous experience from working with Account-Based Marketing Basic video editing knowledge Basic HTML knowledge Knowledge in using Marketing platforms and CRM (i.e., Hubspot, and Salesforce). German (written and oral) is meritorious
The position is an employment directly with our customer Netadmin Systems AB in Linköping where the recruitment takes place in collaboration with Q Bemanning & Rekrytering AB. The location of the job is at one of Netadmin's offices in Linköping, Gothenburg, Stockholm or Uppsala and can to some extent also be done remotely.
