Vi söker en erfaren, kreativ och tekniskt skicklig Motion Designer / Video Editor som vill vara en nyckelspelare i vårt designteam. Ansvarsområden

• Redigera och producera videoinnehåll baserat på inspelat material, inklusive tal, intervjuer och utbildningsfilmer.
• Skapa och implementera motion graphics – såsom textanimationer, grafiska övergångar och visuella element – för att lyfta berättandet och tydliggöra innehållet.
• Arbeta enligt varumärkesriktlinjer och säkerställa att allt visuellt material håller enhetlig stil och hög kvalitet.
• Välja passande musik och ljudeffekter för olika typer av videoinnehåll.
• Samarbeta nära med designers, kommunikatörer och andra stakeholders i marknadsteamet för att säkerställa att innehållet stöder företagets budskap och visuella identitet.

Kvalifikationer

• Eftergymnasial utbildning inom motion design, grafisk design, visuell kommunikation eller liknande.
• Mycket goda kunskaper i Adobe Creative Cloud – särskilt After Effects, Premiere Pro och Photoshop.
• Erfarenhet av videoredigering för digital kommunikation och innehållsproduktion.
• God förståelse för typografi, färg, rytm och visuell komposition.
• Vana att arbeta enligt grafiska riktlinjer och producera material som håller hög teknisk och estetisk nivå.
• Stark känsla för musikval och ljudläggning av film, även om avancerad ljudproduktion inte är en del av rollen.
• Van att arbeta med senaste AI verktyg för optimering av ljud och bild.
• Hålla sig uppdaterad kring trender och tekniker inom videoeditering och motion graphics, och bidra med förbättringsförslag i arbetssätt och uttryck.

Zinzino is currently seeking an Associate to join the Payment Team in our Finance Department. As a Payment Team Associate, you will be a highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual with solid expertise in data analysis, invoicing, and various banking operations.

Responsibilities:

As part of our Payment Team, your duties will include:

• Commission Payments: Administering commission payments based on sales performance and commission structures to our Sales Partners globally.
• Refunds and Chargebacks: Managing refunds and processing chargebacks.
• Incoming Payments: Handling incoming payments across all markets.
• Analysis and Validation: Analysing and validating commission payments and accounts payable.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Support and Accounting Teams to manage internal emails and resolve payment related cases.
• Reporting: Preparing monthly commission reports for external offices and the Accounting Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

Quality Assurance in Product Development

• Oversee the quality aspects of new product development from concept through to launch, ensuring products meet all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

• Review product specifications, raw materials, and ingredient certificates to ensure conformity with safety standards.

Quality Process Development

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes for product development, including risk management, change control, and corrective action systems.
• Define and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) during the product development cycle to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Conduct quality assessments and audits of ingredient suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet company quality standards and resolve any quality issues.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

• Ensure products comply with relevant nutritional, safety, and labelling regulations (e.g., FDA, EFSA, GMP) for domestic and international markets.
• Stay current with industry regulations and standards, updating internal processes as necessary to maintain compliance.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives within product development and production.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for product quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.


Qualifications:


• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in food science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within the nutrition, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO standards) and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EFSA, etc.).
• Experience with product development processes and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or functional foods.

In Zinzino, Compliance Coordinators meticulously examine and investigate adherence to internal regulations concerning contract agreements, terms, and conditions, as well as our Marketing Rules and Ethics. Additionally, we perform thorough inspections of the web and analyses of any online activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enforcing them as necessary, alongside managing other critical duties.

In your position, you will play an important role in establishing effective routines for solving specific problem types in different areas, conducting phone calls and Zoom meetings to guide Partners and Leaders in avoiding violations, fostering stronger partnerships and mutual understanding, and actively working to enhance awareness of the Compliance Department and its achievements within the field.

About the role
Your main focus as Logistics Planner will be to work with Sales & Operations planning.
