What you will do

As part of our Payment Team, your main activities will be to work with;

• Commission payments based on sales performance and commission structures to our Sales Partners around the world.
• Handle Refunds and chargebacks.
• Handle incoming payments in all markets.
• Analyze and validate commission payments and accounts payable.
• Work closely with Support department, handle internal emails, and resolve commission-related issues.
• Prepare monthly commission reports for external offices and Accounting Team.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and organizing paperwork, and managing electronic documents.

Who you are

As Payment Associate and part of our Payment Team you are a highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of data analysis, invoicing, different banking operations.

Requrements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2+ Years' experience of handling different payment operations, accounting or similar is a merit.
• Understanding of commission structures and calculations.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software and/or different business systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

About the role
Your main focus as Logistics Planner will be to work with Sales & Operations planning. This means, among other things, holding a dialogue between different departments within the company in order to predict and communicate the upcoming needs of the current suppliers to optimize inventory levels and ensure the right product, at the right location and time to the right quantity.

You will also be handling the operational purchase of materials for our production through call-offs, follow-up and monitoring of the material flow from our suppliers. In addition, you are responsible for purchasing materials and for optimizing the turnover rate of purchased components.

As Logistic Planner at Zinzino, you will work closely with sales managers and other stake holders throughout the process flow to have a full understanding of the project timelines and priorities. You have a key role in driving our logistics based on our goals and strategy.

About the role
We offer you a broad position that includes all the duties within the finance department where the emphasis will be on ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation in an international environment.

As a member of the finance team, the applicant will be part of a happy international team consisting of accountants, tax specialists, controllers.

• Process invoices and managing accounts payable

About the role
In your role as CRM Manager, you are responsible for building up a CRM strategy for Zinzino including the development of retention flows and campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis. The role includes customer mapping, idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution. You will be working with

• Development of a CRM strategy for Zinzino
• Improvement and development of company’s existing CRM flows
• Creating, maintaining, and improving data management processes and accuracy to particular retain and win back customers but as well acquire new customers/Partners
• Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns
• Acting as a liaison between the IT and marketing team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns and communication send outs.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person who have solid work experience from a similar role, with several years of experience in leading and developing the CRM work. We expect you to be a driven, well-organized, and structured team player with a “can do” mentality with a high-level of accuracy and attention to details.
