Som konsult kommer du bli en del av ett professionellt team som tillsammans samordnar, driver och utvecklar arbetet med att upprätthålla en hög kvalité i vår reception, ärendehanteringssystem och service. Du kommer att vara placerad på Service Avdelningen som stöttar ledningsgruppen och övriga verksamheter med olika typer av administrativa och samordnande arbetsuppgifter.

Uppdraget är på heltid och sträcker sig från mitten av augusti till årsskiftet. I tjänsten som Administratör/Koordinator utför du arbetet på plats hos kund som har kontor i centrala Göteborg. Din arbetstid är schemalagd måndag-fredag mellan klockan 07.45-16.30.

Krav- för att vara aktuell för tjänsten behöver du uppfylla nedanstående krav:
• Godkänd gymnasieutbildning.
• Ha dokumenterad arbetslivserfarenhet av administrativt arbete minst 3-5 år.
• Ha vana och erfarenhet av att arbeta i reception och växel sen tidigare.
• Ha en grundläggande IT-vana där du känner dig trygg att använda digitala verktyg i ditt arbete.
• Det är meriterande ifall du har arbetat med Officepaketet, Sharepoint och ServiceNow.

För att lyckas i uppdraget behöver du ha en mycket god kommunikationsförmåga i både tal och skrift. Du behöver serviceinriktad, noggrann och ha ett strukturerat arbetssätt. Andra personliga egenskaper som värdesätts är att du har förmågan att skifta mellan självständigt arbete och samarbete med kollegor.

Vi letar efter en Junior Financial Controller för en kund i Göteborg. Du kommer att ingå i ett team bestående av tre personer som stöttar kunden i deras dagliga verksamhet. Ibland kan du behöva svara och agera snabbt.

Ditt uppdrag kommer att vara att hjälpa till med frågor och utredningar relaterade till fakturering, skapa nya koder i ekonomisystemet för att följa upp projekt, granska tidrapporter och följa upp aktiviteter. Du kommer också att behöva hålla systemet uppdaterat och ta hand om inaktiv data.

Ansvarsområdena är följande:

Mailbox:

• Frågor som rör fakturering (att ändra fakturareferens, underlag, krediteringar, omfaktureringar och liknande).
• Skapa nya projektkoder, workorders och liknande samt lägga upp dem i systemet efter en gemensam kvalitetsgranskning.
• Hantera leverantörsfakturor och svara på frågor om betalningar och liknande.
• Assistera med tidrapportering genom att generera rapporter.
• Hantera diverse andra ärenden som rör ekonomi.

Palette:

• Registrering och granskning av fakturor från leverantörer som skickas till Finansavdelningen.
• Hantering av användaradministration, inklusive att beställa nya användarkonton och ta bort gamla konton.

Masterdata:

Granska och sortera relevanta projektkoder och resurser för att säkerställa kontroll. Organisera och rensa bort all inaktiv data så att endast aktuell information finns kvar.

Tidrapportering:
• Utvärdera noggrannheten hos tidrapporteringen (inklusive beskrivning av genomfört arbete och annan information).
• Övervaka och hantera ofullständiga tidrapporter och aktivt arbeta för att förbättra processen inom verksamheten (inklusive att rapportera i tid och med kvalitet).

Övrigt:

• Att skriva ner och beskriva hur olika processer fungerar och ge instruktioner om hur de ska utföras.
• Att uppdatera mallar för prognoser och budgetar.
• Att följa upp och rapportera om anställda och konsulter.
• Att generellt arbeta med att förbättra dagliga rutiner och arbetsmetoder för att vara mer proaktiva och minska arbetsbelastningen.
• Att följa upp tidrapportering.

Krav

• Behärskar svenska och engelska flytande både i muntlig och skriftlig kommunikation.
• Ha arbetat på en ekonomiavdelning i några år.

The Engineering and Operations department includes the Occupant Safety team, which oversees the entire process of creating and developing interior safety systems.

As a developer, your main responsibility will be to oversee the safety system, ensuring that it is developed within the agreed framework in terms of time, technology, and cost. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. This role will have a global scope, requiring collaboration with colleagues from different locations. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with representatives from various departments within the company, particularly Safety and Marketing.

Job Assignments

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as the Safety, Ergonomic, and Durability centers, and actively participate in verifying the attributes of the system.
• Assume responsibility for establishing the necessary requirements for the system and its components, as well as ensuring that these requirements are met during the industrialization phase.
• Take charge of supplier meetings and ensure that the full-service suppliers meet all requirements.
• Assume accountability for the technical aspects, timing, and cost of the project.
• Provide regular updates on the progress of product development to the leaders.
• Lead the development of a safety system in conjunction with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

We think you have a lot of experience in the field of product development, preferable with safety restraint products. For this role, it is important that you are organized and can consistently meet deadlines. You should also have a positive and open-minded attitude and be skilled at identifying opportunities and finding solutions. Additionally, you enjoy sharing your knowledge and experiences with your coworkers.

• A candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering specializing in Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in product development.
• Experience and knowledge of crash safety development.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good familiarity with various systems such as Team Center, Pecca Procost, planisware, VPC, KDP, POB, TSU, XFMEA, Car Weaver, etc.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (B).
