What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-depth research on European market trends and user needs to craft long-term strategies and short-term goals for AI-driven cockpit experiences.
Analyze competitor products to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights that drive innovation and set new industry standards.
Lead the European team in enhancing the intelligent cockpit experience by establishing AI product standards, aligning with global teams, and conducting regular usability tests to ensure a superior user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong capabilities in product design and industry research, with a proven ability to lead and implement cutting-edge solutions.

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced professional to lead our Lynk & Co CMF Team. The Head of CMF will report directly to the Lynk & Co VP of Creative Design and be responsible for defining and executing the surface aesthetics and tactile direction for our products, ensuring alignment with the overall brand vision and product design strategy. This role involves leading a team of CMF designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in material usage, color trends, and surface treatments.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles and emerging trends, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of vehicle aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Lead and mentor an international team of CMF designers and specialists, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work environment.
Define the CMF vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s brand and product goals.
Drive the development of CMF design concepts from initial ideation through to final execution.

Creative Direction:
Develop and manage the color, material, and finish palette for our product line, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall design language.
Stay ahead of industry trends in color, material, and finish to create innovative and forward-thinking designs.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate CMF concepts seamlessly into vehicle designs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the primary CMF liaison with internal stakeholders in Sweden and China, including senior leadership, project management, and marketing teams.
Travel to the Lynk & Co R&D center in China up to a dozen times per year.
Present CMF concepts and strategies to stakeholders, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with external partners, such as material and system suppliers, to ensure the feasibility, scalability, and innovation of CMF designs.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Textile/Fashion Design, or Fine Arts.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in CMF design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a creative team.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

Your responsibilities include:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Swedish GAAP and IFRS. Processing daily invoices, employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Manage K3 reporting, that’s an essential framework for accounting in Sweden and prepare the annual report based on K3 standard.

Perform AP and AR aging analysis monthly to aid the management reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's / master’s degree in accounting / finance / business or relevant is required.
5-6 years of accounting / finance experience. Auditing experience is a plus.
Good knowledge of K3 reporting and IFRS.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience on SAP and HFM is a plus.
Background in Fintech & EV is a plus.

We seek a highly experienced Senior Verification Strategist and Coordinator to define and lead the end-to-end (E2E) software verification strategy for Zeekr’s car software in Europe. What You'll Do
E2E Verification Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive E2E software verification strategy for all Zeekr car software in Europe, focusing on ADAS, infotainment, and cloud integration.
SDV Alignment: Ensure that all verification processes and strategies are aligned with the requirements and expectations of the Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) era, staying ahead of industry trends.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate efforts between European teams and our Chinese headquarters, fostering strong communication and collaboration to ensure consistency and quality across all software platforms.

Who You Are:
10+ years of experience in software verification, particularly within the automotive industry, with a strong focus on ADAS, infotainment, and cloud technologies.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Deep understanding of software verification methodologies, tools, and industry standards, particularly as they apply to SDVs.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for complex, large-scale software verification projects.
Experience working in a global environment, with a proven track record of successfully collaborating with teams across different regions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Chinese is a plus.

Your future role as Design Quality Expert
Perform Material and Supplier Research and organize supplier meetings.
Handle material loops, review, and comment colors to suppliers.
Document the progress and file masters.
Execute Purchase Requests of material orders and communicate with Purchase, handle dispatches etc.
Evaluate techniques that suppliers present and get an understanding of what it would mean in terms of design (including 3D design), timing and cost.
Participate in- and contribute with technical input at CMF-, Interior- and Exterior design reviews.
Prepare- and follow up budget and time schedule for material development up to B-master delivery.

Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. engineering OR equivalent relevant experience.
Experience working with production related developments.

As anAdvanced Concept Prototyper you are working across various projects with a focus on physical prototypes. You are expected to be part of the Model & Fabrication ACM Team to support the Advanced Design Teams of Zeekr and Lynk & Co. As part of the Advanced Concept Model Team you will work closely with designers in the UX/HMI, Interior and Exterior Design teams with a focus on physical prototype design and build, to support and evaluate Design concepts.
The core of assignments for this role consists of taking high level optical/ electrical design requirements or concepts from the HMI team and then sourcing and evaluating hardware sensor/actuator/component datasheets for suitability. After identifying the necessary hardware (including reverse engineering existing hardware where appropriate), you will work with a broader engineering team to resolve optical, electrical & software challenges so the design can be rapidly prototyped, often using in-house tools and equipment.
Finally, hands on expertise will be required to build, assemble and commission your own prototypes, including developing the necessary firmware, electronics (wiring & PCB) and mechanical assembly, iterating the design where necessary. The resulting prototypes should adequately test the original requirements, identify new technology opportunities and all within rapid iteration cycles
Requirements:
Relevant experience in most of the following: Open Source Hardware / IDE: Arduino, Raspberry Pi
Solid experience with Source code editor as VS Code or similar
Microcontrollers: 8bit - 32bit (ARM Cortex, Atmel, Espressif)
Peripherals: I2C, SPI, GPIO, DAC, ADC, Stepper Controllers, PWM, H-bridge, TTL-Serial
Familiar with PCB design tools as Kicad, Eagle or similar
Embedded-C, C++, Python

5 years combined electronics / firmware / product development experience with an emphasis on rapid, iterative prototyping
Minimum of 3 years in an embedded or product development environment with an emphasis on rapid, iterative prototyping
Knowledge of CAN/LIN communication is a merit.

The team covers several company-wide functions, such as Facility & Office Management, Security, Work Environment, Crisis Management, Management Systems and Audits.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Crisis Management (also called Business Continuity) network. You will work actively within the Facility & Office Management area, and therefore you need to have some background in this field to be a successful candidate. You will also manage the Corporate Operation team on a daily basis, including budget responsibility. Based on Lindholmen, Gothenburg you will work with members that are, just like you, proud of their professionalism, motivation, and level of skills.

The Corporate Operations team will be responsible for:

- Manage and develop routines, processes, training schemes and materials within work environment, as well as negotiation and contract management with main suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing department.

- Provide support to the IPO teams, leading to successful certification with follow up and resolution of open issues

- Manage relationships with suppliers, customers and stakeholders as well as contracts within office management,, as well as managing contracts (lease contracts, rental contracts, insurance, service contracts etc.) in collaboration with the Purchasing department.

- Security rules, procedures and application of those (e.g. building access, prototype protection)

- Plan and execute office projects, such as move of teams, change of furniture, etc.

- Check and approve invoices, administrate purchase requisitions and contracts etc.

Key Requirements and Personal Attributes

- A minimum of 3 years documented and successful people management experience with an excellent ability to motivate people

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility and office management (knowledge of various types of property and equipment insurance)

- Experience in security management

- Experience within the work environment area is highly appreciated

- Proven ability to work independently and take initiatives

- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines

- Strong team player with a group-oriented mindset, fostering a collaborative environment to drive collective success

- Fearlessly takes on new challenges, showing a willingness to step out of comfort zones and explore innovative solutions
