The team is composed of 12 of our most experienced employees and the delivery is section/company wide. Our expertise in project leadership and people management is crucial for forming a successful team and managing the company's program deliveries and section project responsibilities.

As a China Synergy Director at Aurobay you will:
Define work packages and agree on work split between Aurobay Sweden & Aurobay China.
Lead cost reduction initiatives for China localized parts.
Support synergy work and work orders between Aurobay Sweden & Aurobay China.
Create and update project plans according to agreed project content.
Drive project information and progress review meetings to inform and coordinate project deliveries.

Your role at AurobayAs a hands-on Software Troubleshooter, you will update, read, and diagnose status on different ECUs installed in both vehicles and test cells. You will primarily work tight with our calibration-leaders in order to keep our test-objects in a good status. An independent, curios and driving mindset will help a lot.

In this role, strong leadership in people management is essential to building a high-performing team and ensuring the successful delivery of company programs and section project commitments. Balancing resources, project demands, and costs is a critical part of this position, along with maintaining close collaboration with the management team and the section manager.

Your role at Aurobay
The current team is part of a larger group, which will soon be divided into two independent teams, to better handle the growing scope of work.
Today, the team’s main responsibilities include developing and delivering in-house software and calibration/tuning solutions for our global powertrain portfolio. Their focus areas covers complete vehicle thermal management, fuel systems, engine oil systems, vehicle drivability, hybrid powertrain energy management, and more. The team works across multiple projects in parallel, aiming to deliver top-notch robustness and performance for our customers.

Your role at Aurobay
The team is composed of 18 employees, including both calibration engineers and function developers. Their main responsibilities are developing and delivering in-house software for global engine applications, with a focus on calibration, function development, and compliance with legal standards, as well as ensuring robust monitoring systems. Din roll på Aurobay Som Mekaniker kommer du att:
bygga, preparera, demontera provobjekt för vår systemprovning i Testcell.
Under provningsfasen uppdaterar och reparerar vi provobjekten både i testcell och verkstaden.
Du kommer även utföra byggnationer och uppdateringar på motorer och fordon.
Arbete sker mestadels i någon av våra verkstäder eller testceller.
Kan även innebära resor till externa provplatser.
Kärntiden för arbetstiden är mellan 09:00-15:00 med flex mellan 06.30-09.00 och 15.00-19.00.

Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in project management or equipment engineering
Experience in developing and implementing optimal processes and product flows
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your role at Aurobay
As an Equipment Engineer/ Project Manager you will:
Develop and implement optimal processes and product flows.
Deliver and develop complete Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation (Technical Specification).
Lead technical evaluation and align sourcing process together with IDP (Indirect Procurement) for selection of suppliers.
Follow up of project objectives throughout industrialization until FSR (Final Status Report) and report deviations to IPM or concerned.
