As a Supplier Warranty Recovery Manager you will:
Drive and coordinate supplier warranty cost recovery efforts
Collaborate with suppliers and internal experts on technical analysis and root cause investigations
Ensure return and documentation of warranty parts for investigation
Support buyers in warranty-related matters and negotiations
Lead and improve processes and tools related to supplier recovery
Review and approve supplier analysis; influence test methods and recovery outcomes
Share findings with Quality and R&D, and contribute to further investigations

The Tax Manager will be part of the Finance team of Aurobay Sweden supporting the entity and its Swedish affiliate in tax compliance and providing tax advisory business support. This position will play the main role in the management of the Swedish tax affairs, ensuring the compliance with tax regulations and risk management, establishing tax policies and identifying tax opportunities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a profound understanding of Swedish tax laws which will be needed to ensure that tax activities within Aurobay Sweden are carried out in a coherent, centralized, efficient, and effective manner.
Strong analytical skills and a commitment to best practices are essential for success in this role.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
A Master’s degree in Taxation is advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years of in-house experience in a similar role and/or at a Big4 firm.
A combination of in-house and Big4 experience and/or previous industry experience is a plus.
Experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, and/or e-invoicing is advantageous.
High proficiency in English (both oral and written).
Additional language skills are a plus.

Competencies & Tools
Strong analytical and communication skills to explain local tax regulations and implications to internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).

Your role at Aurobay
As a Tax Manager at Aurobay you will:
Ensure tax compliance in Sweden, including tax returns, reporting, and accounting accuracy.
Provide technical tax advice on business operations, investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Oversee tax disclosures, budgeting, and reforecasting for the entity.
Manage transfer pricing compliance and local Pillar II calculations.
Identify tax risks, opportunities, and incentives for Swedish entities.

Develop and uphold best practices for software development in safety-critical systems.
Analyze and resolve issues in safety-critical software by collaborating with the engineering team to implement effective solutions.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262, by working closely with safety engineers to identify and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hardware engineers and system architects, to ensure seamless integration of software with other vehicle components.
Contribute to the design and development of system architecture and software requirements for safety-critical systems.
Conduct field tests in diverse environments worldwide, including extreme conditions (e.g., variations in temperature or altitude), to evaluate software performance.
Perform comprehensive safety analyses of automotive systems, including hazard analysis, risk assessments, and fault tree analysis.

Skills and Experience
You come with a lot of experience in cloud-based endpoint mgmt. practices & tools and have solid experience in using this to improve the digital work life. We are looking for someone with deeper technical experience in:
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM, former SCCM)
Defender for Endpoint
It is an advantage if you have experience in areas like:
Operating systems, configuration profiles, drivers, deployments (Autopilot)
Windows 365
Scripting and APIs (incl GraphAPI) for automation of processes and self-service
Apple Business Manager & Android Zero Touch
Windows Hello, Windows Autopatch
Application mgmt. (MS 365 Apps, MS Edge, PSAppDeployToolkit, ContentPrepTool), app protection policies
Endpoint Security (Compliance, Defender, BitLocker, WDAC/Applocker, Attack Surface Reduction
Azure (Storage & Log Analytics)

You can apply a system thinking when you design solutions and you are well familiar with Microsoft good practices. You have used DevOps principles in your teams before or are open to learn together with us. You know how to balance user experience with security and can help your teams towards the right level.

Skills and Experience
Bachelor, master’s in mechanical, Physics, Chemist or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, with a passion for cars and internal combustion engines.
Experience in calibration of ICE/Hybrid parameters to achieve attribute targets
Good communication and status reporting skills
A feeling for Cost, Quality and Time
Driving license for passenger car.

Your role at Aurobay
As a Diagnostic Calibration Engineer you will:
Calibrate Diagnostic functions to comply with legal requirements and environmental attributes.
Work in a project driven organization.
Perform tests in test cells and in vehicles.
Make test plans according to the project timing and gates.

As an Equipment Engineer/ Project manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity projects, and non-product projects according to project targets. You will work closely with other engineering departments, plant engineering, production, and external suppliers to ensure that the power systems we build meet the highest expectations of our customers

Your role at Aurobay
As an Equipment Engineer/ Project Manager you will:
Develop and implement optimal processes and product flows.
Deliver and develop complete Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation (Technical Specification).
Lead technical evaluation and align sourcing process together with IDP (Indirect Procurement) for selection of suppliers.
Follow up of project objectives throughout industrialization until FSR (Final Status Report) and report deviations to IPM or concerned.
