Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar Som Underhållsingenjör i projekt kommer du vara en viktig kugge från projektens konceptstudie till implementering i fabrik. Detta betyder att du kommer samla in uppgifter om befintliga koncept, ge förslag till lämpliga konceptlösningar, ge input till livscykelkostnadsutvärderingen för att det lämpligaste konceptet sett ur ett underhållsperspektiv skall verkställas.
 
Vidare ansvarar du för att förankra uppdaterade krav internt, bifoga dessa som en del av RFQ utskicket, genomföra tidig granskning av leverantörers konstruktionsförslag och genom dialog nå en optimal lösning. Du kommer också att medverka vid leverantörsutvärderingen med ansvar för de underhållstekniska aspekterna.
Andra delar är att verifiera maskinens påverkan på underhållsorganisationen (arbetstid/kompetens), förbereda utbildningsprogram, medverka vid FAT och SAT för att granska och testa utrustningen ur ett underhållsperspektiv. Samt vid implementation verifiera att underhållsrelaterade ansvarsdelar är uppfyllda samt säkerställa att alla problem hanteras enligt övertaganderutinen.

Göra reservdelsberedning och se till att reservdelar finns tillgängliga.
Skapa instruktioner för förebyggande underhåll och underhållsåtgärder i underhållssystemet.
Skapa utrustningsstruktur för utrustningar i underhållssystemet.
Se till att skrotad utrustning och tillhörande reservdelar tas bort ur underhållssystemet.
Delta i riskanalys ihop projektorganisationen för att säkerställa att utrustningen är säker att reparera och underhålla.
Undersöka behovet av specialverktyg såsom diagnostik, felsökningsverktyg, mjukvara och kalibreringsverktyg för sådan utrustning.
Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper
Du har en Teknisk högskolekompetens eller likvärdig/motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet, inom specialistområden som till exempel el- eller maskinteknik. Vi tror även att du har en god kunskap om produktionsprocesser, mycket god kunskap om underhållsprocessen VDM och god kännedom om Tooling-processen (Develop Facility, Tooling and Equipment process) samt ME / Toolings organisation.
Du har god användarkunskap gällande Officepaketet, främst Excel men även andra program används frekvent i rollen, samt mycket god kunskap att hantera företagets underhålls- och dokumentationssystem.
Meriterande kunskaper i rollen är om du har goda kunskaper av maskindirektivet (Maskinsäkerhet) och kunskaper/erfarenhet av underhållssystemet Maximo.

Your role will be a cross-functional task leader within Floor System & Luggage Compartment. As a Development Engineer you will lead the design and development task within a cross-functional team according to time, technology, quality and costs targets. You will work together with internal teams, outsourced partners and suppliers to fulfill product and project deliverables and meet milestones.
What you'll bring
You have at least a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or equivalent qualifications. You are expected to have experience from the automotive industry and product development processes, combined with an excellent ability to see the complexity of the whole process and understand the system requirements. You have documented experience development at OEM or supplier. Good technical understanding and preferable CAD experience (preferable Catia).

Gjuteriprocessen är högautomatiserad och består av tre delar, smältning, gjutning samt bearbetning. Tillsammans med teamet kommer du att säkerställa att produktionen flyter på som den ska genom att tex. övervaka maskiner och se till att färdiga produkter möter gällande kvalitetskrav.Underhållstekniker arbetar med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningens tekniska tillgänglighet genom utförande av avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll inom el/styr respektive det mekaniska området. Vad kommer du att göra
Som Underhållstekniker kommer du att arbeta med både förebyggande, avhjälpande och modifierande underhåll. Du tar en aktiv roll i att analysera störningar, identifiera rotorsaker och implementera hållbara lösningar. Du dokumenterar ditt arbete i underhållssystemet Maximo.
Du kommer bland annat arbeta med automationssystem, PLC, elektronik (digitalt och analogt), elektrisk mätteknik och omformarteknik.
Du kommer även ha möjlighet att driva mindre uppdrag självständigt, delta i tidiga projektfaser där tekiskt kunnande gör verklig skillnad samt arbeta med förbättringar från idé till genomförande
Arbetstiden för dessa tjänster är dagtid med flex samt att man var femte vecka har beredskap på kväll och helg
Vem är du
Vi söker dig som har utbildning inom El/automation eller motsvarande erfarenhet. För att lyckas i rollen har du goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift samt innehar ett B-körkort. Har du dessutom erfaraenhet att leda mindre projekt kommer din startsträcka att vara kort hos oss.

Du arbetar dagtid med flextid och ingår i beredskapsschema ungefär var sjunde vecka.
Vem är du
Vi söker dig som har en teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet inom områdena fastighetsautomation, ventilation, kyla, Styrsystem, eller liknande. Har du tidigare arbetat med drift- och underhållsarbete, el eller felsökning inom flera av våra teknikområden ser vi det som meriterande. Erfarenhet av Keytalk eller styrsystem som Siemens och Beckhoff är också en stor fördel.

Vad du kommer att arbeta med Som Underhållsingenjör i Batterifabriken förvaltar och optimerar du den tekniska tillgängligheten i balans med kostnadsmassan. Du samlar in driftrelaterade uppgifter utifrån data och analys samt säkerställer maskinernas prestanda och utvecklar utrustningarna i linje med morgondagens teknik.
 
Du arbetar med förebyggande underhåll (FU) för att optimera utrustningen utifrån resurs och tillgänglighet, samt avhjälpande underhåll där du tar fram felsökningsdokument och reparationsdokument. Our facilities include flat track dyno, wind tunnels, both aerodynamic and climatic. We are accredited for aerodynamic testing and work closely with our internal development teams.
 
OUR MISSION
 
We create controlled climate and airflow environments to enable thorough testing of function, performance and energy efficiency. We continuously develop methods, routines and facilities to meet future testing needs. Cooling plants and refrigerants. Our facilities require large cooling plants for temperature control in the test facilities. We use mainly ammonia, which places high demands on daily monitoring, safety and technical competence. Upcoming legal requirements mean that even natural refrigerants must be documented and maintained according to regulated standards.We are looking for a Test and Process Engineer for the Vehicle Propulsion & Climate Test Centre. You will work both operationally and strategically with climatic and aerodynamic testing, including responsibility for large ammonia-based cooling plants, daily maintenance and future strategies.
What you'll do
The role combines operational and strategic work. Operationally, this means operating the test facility and ensuring the operation of cooling plants. You will fix errors and perform operator maintenance that will be documented in Maximo. Strategically, this means developing long-term plans for cooling plants. Together with the Process Team, you are responsible for large cooling plants and safe operation during climatic testing. Creating structures for documentation and contributing to plant development.
 
You participate in risk analyses and method development and work closely with colleagues in a team with great responsibility.

Vad kommer du att utföra?

Gjuteriprocessen är högautomatiserad och består av tre delar, smältning, gjutning samt bearbetning. Tillsammans med teamet kommer du att säkerställa att produktionen flyter på som den ska genom att tex. övervaka maskiner och se till att färdiga produkter möter gällande kvalitetskrav.Underhållstekniker arbetar med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningens tekniska tillgänglighet genom utförande av avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll inom el/styr respektive det mekaniska området. Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper
Vi ser att du har en teknisk högskolekompetens inom el/automation, energi och miljö eller fastighetsunderhåll samt praktisk erfarenhet från underhållsarbete inom fastighetsteknik- och automation. Det är meriterande om du har kunskap om Value Driven Maintenance (VDM), likaså om du arbetat inom underhåll mot fastighet och anläggning tidigare, gärna på Volvo Cars.
 
Andra meriterande kunskaper innefattar maskindirektivet (Maskinsäkerhet), erfarenhet av underhållssystemet Maximo samt olika metoder för problemlösning.

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har en gymnasial utbildning om 2–4 år med inriktning mot industriautomation och el/styr, alternativt mekanik eller hydraulik. Du har en teoretisk elkompetens motsvarande allmän behörighet, där BB1 alternativt BB2 är ett krav. Har du dessutom praktisk erfarenhet av underhållsarbete och god förståelse för industrins produktions- och underhållsprocesser ser vi det som meriterande.
I rollen behöver du ha B-körkort, god PC-vana och ett intresse för teknik och digitala lösningar. Som Underhållsingenjör i projekt arbetar du med att säkerställa utrustningars driftsäkerhet genom att i tidiga projektfaser arbeta med funktionssäkerhet, underhållsmässighet och underhållssäkerhet. För denna position söker vi en medarbetare med bred teknisk kompetens inom både el/styr och mekanik och med tidigare erfarenhet av underhållsrelaterat arbete i utrustningsprojekt, gärna inom fordonsindustrin.
Om rollen
I rollen som underhållsingenjör i projekt kommer du att arbeta med konceptlösningar i tidiga faser av utrustningsprojekt. Till upphandlingen bidrar du med underhållorganisationens krav i RFQ:n. Du kommer utföra konstruktionsgranskningar baserat på driftsäkerhet, inspektioner och tester ur ett underhållsperspektiv (sk FAT/SAT) innefattas även i tjänsten, vilket medför resor. Du förväntas även arbeta med beslutade standarder som grund och bevaka att dessa implementeras, samt granskning och utvärdering av befintlig och nyinstallerad utrustning.

I uppgiften ingår också utredningsuppdrag avseende tekniska störningar samt att genomföra ombyggnads- och förbättringsarbeten i produktionsutrustningar. Arbetet bedrivs i nära samarbete med produktion samt i ett flertal nätverk med olika organisationer och leverantörer.Den högautomatiserade produktionsutrustningen i monteringsfabriken består av PLC-system, robotar, transportsystem, dragare och produktanpassad mekanik. Vi vill att du har som lägst gymnasieutbildning inriktad mot mekanik. The department Traction Battery Software & ECU Platform is responsible for the development of major parts of hybrid and electric vehicle systems at Volvo Cars. We are currently deepening our in-house development of key software components of the traction battery management system. Traction batteries are complex systems containing hundreds of battery cells together with a thermal conditioning system which needs to be monitored and controlled. To operate the battery in a safe and optimal way, it is important to implement requirements into software in line with the design and architectural boundaries.

As a Software engineer in one of these teams, your work will be very varied as you will work with architects and attribution leaders to define and understand the right requirements, as well as implementation and testing of the in-house developed application software. This is why we are looking for a person who is outgoing and flexible, strives in complex setups and has seen Simulink / ADK and Carweaver before. At the same time experience in all kinds of testing tools is beneficial, e.g. INCA, DSA, CANanalyzer.

Senior Risk and Constraints Manager is a global and dynamic organization, managing and coordinate supplier issues in order to support Volvo Cars deliverables according to the yearly VCC business plan.

Underhållsorganisationen - Casting/Machining rekryterar nu Underhållstekniker. Allt kommer att utföras med underhållsprocesserna enligt Value Driven Maintenance som byggstenar och baseras på den samlade underhållserfarenheten, den nya tekniken och inte minst din personliga profil.

Du erbjuds att vara med på en spännande resa under en uppbyggnadsfas där tyngdpunkten ligger på utveckling av din egen samt dina kollegors kompetens inom verksamhetsområdena. Vad kommer du att utföra?

För att denna typ av tillverkningsprocess ska fungera så krävs ett gränsöverskridande och prestigelöst samarbete med deltagare i såväl projektet som i en framtida produktion och teknikorganisation. Gjuteriprocessen är högautomatiserad och består av tre delar, smältning, gjutning samt bearbetning. Tillsammans med teamet kommer du att säkerställa att produktionen flyter på som den ska genom att tex. övervaka maskiner och se till att färdiga produkter möter gällande kvalitetskrav.

Underhållstekniker arbetar med att säkerställa produktionsutrustningens tekniska tillgänglighet genom utförande av avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll inom el/styr respektive det mekaniska området. Du kommer även att arbeta med funktionstest/inspektionsuppdrag avseende ny produktionsutrustning samt utredningsuppdrag avseende tekniska störningar. Det kan även förekomma vissa mindre ombyggnads och förbättringsarbeten i våra produktionsutrustningar.
