Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar Som Underhållsingenjör i projekt kommer du vara en viktig kugge från projektens konceptstudie till implementering i fabrik. Du kommer också att medverka vid leverantörsutvärderingen med ansvar för de underhållstekniska aspekterna.
Andra delar är att verifiera maskinens påverkan på underhållsorganisationen (arbetstid/kompetens), förbereda utbildningsprogram, medverka vid FAT och SAT för att granska och testa utrustningen ur ett underhållsperspektiv. Samt vid implementation verifiera att underhållsrelaterade ansvarsdelar är uppfyllda samt säkerställa att alla problem hanteras enligt övertaganderutinen.

Skapa instruktioner för förebyggande underhåll och underhållsåtgärder i underhållssystemet.

Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper
Du har en Teknisk högskolekompetens eller likvärdig/motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet, inom specialistområden som till exempel el- eller maskinteknik. Vi tror även att du har en god kunskap om produktionsprocesser, mycket god kunskap om underhållsprocessen VDM och god kännedom om Tooling-processen (Develop Facility, Tooling and Equipment process) samt ME / Toolings organisation.
Du har god användarkunskap gällande Officepaketet, främst Excel men även andra program används frekvent i rollen, samt mycket god kunskap att hantera företagets underhålls- och dokumentationssystem.
Meriterande kunskaper i rollen är om du har goda kunskaper av maskindirektivet (Maskinsäkerhet) och kunskaper/erfarenhet av underhållssystemet Maximo.

At Climate, we are responsible for creating a comfortable in-car climate and securing good air quality for vehicle occupants. Our systems also support other vehicle components with cooling and heating to ensure optimal operating conditions and increased efficiency.
As part of this, we design the complete climate system and develop the software that controls all its parts.Within Climate, the Refrigerant and Heating Software Team focuses on controlling the vehicle’s refrigerant and thermal systems to deliver requested temperatures from different stakeholders such as the cabin climate controller and the battery system.

Software Factory & Release is an enabling section with the purpose of building the SW, Continues Integration flow within the Vehicle Engineering unit. We provide skills within SW testing, HIL rigs, SW integration, and SW release flow.
 
Vehicle Engineering is now searching for an experienced SW integration leader with perceptive leadership skills. To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience from SW integration in larger contexts and CI (Continuous Integration). What you'll do
You will be the SW Integration Leader for Unit Vehicle Engineering and keep track and lead the SW integration into our main SW flow. The need for SW integration is increasing for several products and programs. You will make sure the testing required is done and that the change is in line with program's agreed product content and risks. In this work you will build a large contact network within Engineering.
 
As an Integration Leader within Unit Vehicle Engineering, you will be responsible for driving Integration-Driven Development across vehicle programs. You will plan, communicate, and execute the Software Integration Plan to ensure timely and successful deliveries ahead of key integration milestones (SWRD-A, SWRD-B). You will represent Vehicle Engineering in cross-functional forums and serve as the primary interface to Integration and Flow-Ops Leaders within the Central SW Factory and Enablers organization.

We are part of the Vehicle Propulsion & Climate Test Centre and work with advanced climate and aerodynamic testing throughout the entire development chain – from concept to certification. Our facilities include flat track dyno, wind tunnels, both aerodynamic and climatic. We are accredited for aerodynamic testing and work closely with our internal development teams.
 
OUR MISSION
 
We create controlled climate and airflow environments to enable thorough testing of function, performance and energy efficiency. We continuously develop methods, routines and facilities to meet future testing needs. Cooling plants and refrigerants. Our facilities require large cooling plants for temperature control in the test facilities. We use mainly ammonia, which places high demands on daily monitoring, safety and technical competence. Upcoming legal requirements mean that even natural refrigerants must be documented and maintained according to regulated standards.We are looking for a Test and Process Engineer for the Vehicle Propulsion & Climate Test Centre. You will work both operationally and strategically with climatic and aerodynamic testing, including responsibility for large ammonia-based cooling plants, daily maintenance and future strategies.
What you'll do
The role combines operational and strategic work. Operationally, this means operating the test facility and ensuring the operation of cooling plants. You will fix errors and perform operator maintenance that will be documented in Maximo. Strategically, this means developing long-term plans for cooling plants. Together with the Process Team, you are responsible for large cooling plants and safe operation during climatic testing. Creating structures for documentation and contributing to plant development.
 
You participate in risk analyses and method development and work closely with colleagues in a team with great responsibility.
 
The work is carried out in shifts: day shift and evening shift. Both shifts have a flexible time frame of 30 minutes. On call duty linked to cooling plants will be relevant in your role.

Som Underhållsingenjör i projekt arbetar du med att säkerställa utrustningars driftsäkerhet genom att i tidiga projektfaser arbeta med funktionssäkerhet, underhållsmässighet och underhållssäkerhet. Om rollen
I rollen som underhållsingenjör i projekt kommer du att arbeta med konceptlösningar i tidiga faser av utrustningsprojekt. Till upphandlingen bidrar du med underhållorganisationens krav i RFQ:n. As a test engineer you will be responsible for test activates in the team. Responsible for creating test cases, executing them in different environments based on the need of the test case, making test reports. Test Engineer is responsible to test a change or a new development and shall have the skills to debug faults. 
 
You will work closely with developers and designers to plan the test cases and testing. You will be responsible to fault trace if the system misbehaves and to find the root cause of the issue. You will also take active part in design reviews and failure analysis to judge the design change from a tester perspective.

Senior Risk and Constraints Manager is a global and dynamic organization, managing and coordinate supplier issues in order to support Volvo Cars deliverables according to the yearly VCC business plan.
We now have an open position of Senior Risk and Constraints Manager, who acts as the key interface protecting manufacturing sites from supply chain disruptions. By proactively monitoring and managing supply chain risks, the role takes ownership of initiating taskforces to eliminate risks and resolve constraints before they impact production. 

What you'll do

* Secure that the VCC-plants gets parts within right quality to the required volume in time, from supplier in constraint 
* Proactively identify, manage, and report supply chain risks and constraints across programs, projects, and running production 
* Lead global, cross-functional risk and constraint cases to secure production and supplier performance 
* Initiate and lead taskforces, recovery plans, and containment actions (ICA/PCA) when deliveries are at risk 
* Drive root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams 
* Act as the single point of contact for suppliers in constraint, including close collaboration with Chinese suppliers at all levels 
* Ensure material planning aligns with global capacity constraints and long-term sustainability 
* Engage senior management through reviews, governance forums, and lessons-learned activities

The Facility Engineering Manager is responsible for leading all facility engineering, construction-related activities, and site infrastructure management for a large-scale gigafactory site. The role ensures completion of remaining works, manages modifications and upgrades, and oversees the maintenance and operational readiness of the facility prior to production start.

What you'll do

The position ensures that the site infrastructure, buildings, and technical systems are maintained, compliant, safe, and prepared for future operational ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Facility Engineering organization on site
* Oversee completion of remaining construction and installation works
* Manage facility modifications, upgrades, and improvement projects
* Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and technical infrastructure (prior to production start)
* Secure operational readiness of the gigafactory for future manufacturing activities
* Own budget, forecasting, and resource planning within the function
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, environmental, and internal standards
* Drive HSE excellence across all construction and facility activities
* Lead sustainability and environmental initiatives connected to the facility
* Manage contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders
* Collaborate cross-functionally with project, operations, and corporate functions


What you'll bring

You would carry a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent). You will also bring extensive experience in large-scale industrial projects or facility management as well as proven leadership experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments. You have strong knowledge of construction management, technical infrastructure, and compliance requirements and also experience working in pre-operational or ramp-up phases of industrial facilities is highly desirable

You are structured and solution-oriented leader and a strong safety mindset. You have the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. You are excellent stakeholder management skills and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving industrial environment.
