As a CMF Designer, you will support the development and execution of CMF concepts for vehicle programs. You will contribute creative ideas, prepare design proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CMF solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities

Support CMF development from concept to production


Create color, material, and finish proposals based on design briefs


Produce creative outputs including trays, slides, renders, and videos


Assist in developing CMF themes and detailed design elements


Iterate and refine proposals based on feedback


Collaborate with designers, engineers, suppliers, and visualization teams


Support material research and benchmarking activities


Prepare both digital and physical presentations


Assist in coordinating with suppliers and material libraries


Ensure CMF feasibility and consistency across components


Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or related field


A minimum of 2–5 years of CMF or automotive design experience


Internship experience in CMF or automotive design considered valuable


Experience working in design studio environment is a plus


Competence

Strong visual communication and creative thinking skills


Understanding of CMF principles and design methodologies


Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator


Basic rendering skills in VRED or Blender


Familiarity with 3D tools such as Rhino or Blender is a plus


Ability to work in cross-functional teams


Clear written and verbal communication

We are looking for an ADAS Regulation & Homologation Expert to join our Intelligent Drive team. In our Intelligent Drive department, our main goal is to launch our ADAS functions to the European market. You will work at the intersection of engineering, safety, and regulation, influencing function design decisions, validation strategies, and homologation outcomes for current and future ADAS and automated driving functions.
What You'll Do

Interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into clear, actionable technical and functional requirements for ADAS development teams.


Providing guidance on the design and evolution of ADAS functions and features to ensure regulatory compliance across the entire product lifecycle.


Reviewing verification and validation (V&V) and test strategies, including KPI definitions and assessments, in alignment with regulatory and safety expectations.


Leading and supporting homologation activities, including preparation of technical documentation, approval dossiers, and on?site support during homologation testing with the approval authority.


Monitoring regulatory developments (e.g. UNECE, EU regulations, and other ADAS/ADS?related updates) and proactively assessing their impact on ADAS roadmaps and designs.


Who You Are:

5+ years working with ADAS or automated driving systems in an OEM, Tier 1, or technical service environment.


Strong knowledge of EuroNCAP and ADAS relevant regulations, such as EU 2019/2144 GSR, UNECE R79, R171, R157, and related EU regulatory frameworks.


Proven experience in homologation processes, including interaction with approval authorities and technical services.


Familiarity with functional safety (ISO 26262), SOTIF (ISO 21448), and safety case thinking.


Willingness and flexibility to travel for supporting homologation activities on-site.


Swedish driver license B is a must.


Knowledge of Canalyzer, Canoe, DSA and Systemweaver.

As an Attribute Leader within Ride & Handling, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the driving character of our vehicles. Lead tuning and calibration activities for chassis systems, including dampers, bushings, suspension kinematics, and EPAS


Ensure system integration across tires, suspension, and braking systems to achieve stable and predictable vehicle dynamics


Drive validation and verification through simulation (MBS) and physical testing at proving grounds


Monitor attribute performance and report status to project management across key development milestones


Provide technical recommendations and decision support during program gates and trade-off discussions


Identify risks and potential conflicts impacting ride & handling targets, and drive mitigation actions


Maintain documentation, performance tracking, and clear visualization of attribute development progress


Who You Are:

Minimum 8 years of experience within Ride & Handling, vehicle dynamics, or chassis development


Proven experience working with attribute ownership, target setting, or leading chassis development activities


Strong understanding of suspension systems, vehicle dynamics, and overall vehicle behavior


Solid experience from vehicle testing, subjective assessment, and calibration work


Experience working with simulation tools (e.g. MBS) and correlating simulation with physical testing

We are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team. You will work both independently and collaboratively, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance and business leaders on a broad range of complex legal and strategic matters in a global setting.
What You'll Do
Lead and support cross-border legal matters related to digital technologies, innovation, and automotive R&D, including the commercialisation of selected engineering and mobility services.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements, including but not limited to R&D collaborations, supplier agreements, NDAs, DPAs, licensing and technology development agreements, service agreements, logistics and leasing agreements, partnerships and other commercial agreements
Provide legal support for business development initiatives, including market entry and business model development across Europe.
Advise on corporate law matters under Swedish law (and where relevant German law), including corporate governance, board and management matters, shareholder issues, restructurings, M&A transactions, and corporate structuring.
Develop and maintain contract frameworks, templates, and negotiation guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in commercial and R&D contracting.
Ensure compliance with applicable Swedish and EU legal and regulatory requirements, and support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance programmes, including whistleblowing systems.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on legal, regulatory, and governance matters, enabling informed decision-making and balanced risk management.

Who You Are:
We are looking for a confident, business-oriented, and highly collaborative legal professional with a solid track record in corporate and commercial law. You bring a combination of legal excellence, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking.
Legal Master’s Degree from an accredited Swedish or German law school
A minimum of 5 years of legal experience from a law firm or as in-house legal counsel in an international corporation
Demonstrated expertise in Swedish corporate and commercial law, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements and advising on governance matters
Experience leading legal negotiations and managing contract portfolios in complex cross-border transactions
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk with business needs

As a Market Researcher, you play a central role in shaping our product strategy for Europe and global markets. You will turn complex market signals into clear, actionable insights, connecting customer trends, competitive behaviours, and segment dynamics into strategic recommendations that guide product definition and portfolio decisions. You will combine deep analytical capability with business understanding to evaluate market opportunities, quantify risks, and forecast future demand. In this role, you will work closely cross-functionally with different teams to ensure decisions are grounded in robust data, aligned assumptions, and a shared market perspective.
What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive market, customer, and segment analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.


Develop competitive landscape mappings including feature benchmarking, pricing comparisons, and technology assessments.


Create and maintain forecasting models covering volume, lifecycle, mix, and powertrain evolution.


Evaluate product profitability, pricing corridors, and business case assumptions.


Prepare structured analytic reports to support product definition and portfolio decisions for Europe and overseas markets.


Manage internal and external market databases to ensure consistency, traceability, and data accuracy.


Collaborate closely with Product Planning, MSS, Strategy, R&D teams to ensure aligned inputs and shared insights


Who You Are:

Experience in automotive market research, competitive intelligence, or product analysis, ideally with exposure to both European and global markets.


Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel, BI tools, forecasting methods, and data?driven modelling.


Solid understanding of automotive technologies, competitive product landscapes, and segment trends.


Ability to structure complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable insights for decision?making.


Confident communicator, able to present findings to senior stakeholders in a structured and compelling way.


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.


Comfortable working with industry?standard market and product analysis tools, including JATO, NCBS, IHS, A2MAC1, and Statista.


Able to navigate and extract insights from multiple data platforms to support competitive analysis and forecasting.

As a Customer Research Specialist, you will be the voice of the customer within our global product journey. What You'll Do

Develop and execute a repeatable, measurable insights engine for overseas markets.

The Exterior Design Expert is tasked with creating and presenting innovative and visually compelling exterior designs for our upcoming Lynk&Co; vehicle models. This role demands a profound comprehension of automotive design principles, awareness of market trends, and proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design aligns with both our brand vision and engineering specifications. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience, primarily with global OEMs. Additionally, this position involves assisting and reporting directly to the Chief Designers.
Responsibilities:

Spearhead the conception, development, and execution of groundbreaking exterior vehicle designs, managing the entire creative and development process from initial advanced phases to the final delivery of tooling data. This includes ensuring that all design milestones and deliverables are met with the highest standards of quality and innovation.


Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product planning, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure the seamless integration of design and engineering elements. This collaboration ensures that designs are not only aesthetically compelling but also feasible and manufacturable.


Produce detailed ideation sketches and high-quality renderings that capture the Lynk&Co; design strategy. Actively oversee the creation and refinement of 3D digital and physical models, ensuring that every aspect of the model aligns perfectly with the intended creative vision and meets all technical requirements.


Stay aware of the latest industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies. Incorporate these insights into your design work to ensure that our vehicle designs remain at the forefront of innovation and appeal to future market demands.


Provide mentorship and guidance to both junior and senior designers, fostering an environment that encourages continuous learning, creativity, and professional development. Lead by example to inspire the design team to achieve excellence.


Support and report to the Chief Designers, providing them with the necessary information and updates on project progress. Additionally, be prepared to step into the role of Chief Designer's deputy when necessary, demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities in their absence.


This role requires a dynamic and visionary creative mindset with a passion for automotive design, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive projects from concept to production while maintaining the highest standards of Lynk&Co; design identity and integrity.


Qualifications and skills:

A Master’s degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field from a reputed institution.


A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in automotive design, primarily with leading global OEMs, demonstrating a strong track record of successful projects and innovative designs.


A comprehensive design portfolio that showcases a range of high-profile projects, highlighting your creative evolution, technical skills, and significant contributions to successful vehicle designs.


Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Photoshop, Alias, Blender, V-Red and Vizcom, with the ability to produce high-quality sketches, renderings, and 3D models.


Deep understanding of automotive design principles, manufacturing processes, materials, and current market trends, ensuring the creation of feasible and market-ready designs.


Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of design concepts. (Proficiency in Mandarin could be a valuable asset).


Exceptional ability to present and defend design concepts to both internal stakeholders (design management) and external audiences (e.g., press launches), ensuring a persuasive and professional presentation style.


Demonstrated ability to mentor a team of designers, from Juniors to Seniors, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.
