OM TJÄNSTEN
Noram International AB arbetar med Noram SX – en specialiserad stålprodukt för processindustrin, främst inom svavelsyrarelaterade miljöer där höga krav ställs på kvalitet, hållbarhet och leveranssäkerhet. Produkterna omfattar bland annat rör, flänsar och andra rörkomponenter anpassade för krävande industriella applikationer.
Som Technical Sales Representative blir du en viktig del av den dagliga verksamheten där du arbetar med kundförfrågningar och offertarbete mot kunder och leverantörer globalt. Du arbetar dagligen med kunddialoger via telefon och mejl och ansvarar för att driva offertflöden framåt. Rollen innebär också ett stort ansvar för att koordinera och följa upp leveranser kopplade till Norams tekniska produkter. Du arbetar nära bolagets affärsområdeschef och har löpande kontakt via telefon och mejl med kunder, leverantörer, fraktbolag och interna kontaktytor i både Sverige och Kanada.
Arbetsuppgifterna inkluderar bland annat:

Hantera inkommande kundförfrågningar från kunder globalt

Ta fram, administrera och följa upp offerter utifrån kundernas behov och tekniska specifikationer

Ha löpande kontakt med kunder, leverantörer, fraktbolag och lagerfunktion

Arbeta proaktivt med uppföljning av offerter och kunddialoger

Samarbeta nära interna kontaktytor i Sverige och Kanada kring tekniska frågor och kundprojekt

Delta vid mässor och enstaka kund- och leverantörsbesök i Europa vid behov

Vi söker dig som trivs i en bred och relationsorienterad roll där du får kombinera kundkontakt, administration och teknisk förståelse i det dagliga arbetet. Du är strukturerad, kommunikativ och trygg i att hantera flera parallella ärenden samtidigt. Du uppskattar att arbeta nära kunder, leverantörer och kollegor i en verksamhet där samarbete och initiativförmåga är viktiga delar av vardagen.
Vi tror att du har erfarenhet från teknisk försäljning, orderhantering eller annan kundnära och koordinerande roll, gärna inom industriell verksamhet. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har teknisk förståelse och känner dig trygg i dialoger kring tekniska produkter och lösningar. Du kommer att ha daglig kontakt med kunder och interna kontaktytor internationellt, vilket innebär att du även behöver känna dig trygg i att kommunicera på engelska i tekniska dialoger.
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

Erfarenhet av offertarbete, orderhantering eller kundnära administration

Vana av att arbeta i affärssystem, gärna Visma

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Business Manager VPRS, the role involves driving both the commercial and operational development of Berg Propulsion’s retrofit and vessel performance business. The position requires the ability to balance business growth, customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery capability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the global VPRS strategy, growth plan, and business development activities

Drive pipeline development, lead qualification, and contract closure together with regional sales teams

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Global PMO Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex customer and product development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from contract handover to final delivery. We are looking for a leader with solid project management experience and the ability to operate in an international and cross-functional environment. You are structured, communicative, and able to create alignment across functions, stakeholder groups, and regions.
To succeed in the role, you need the ability to navigate internally, build trust, and bring people together around common priorities and project objectives. You take ownership, drive progress, and work in a pragmatic and constructive way. We believe you have experience leading projects in marine, industrial, manufacturing, or other technically advanced environments where coordination across functions and stakeholders is essential. A technical foundation, preferably with an engineering background, is beneficial, although the role is not focused on deep technical problem-solving.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Engineering Manager Software Development, you will lead a team of 15 software developers working with advanced control systems for marine propulsion solutions. The development is mainly done on a Linux-based platform using technologies such as C, C++, Go, and React.
The team operates across two main areas: order-based adaptations of existing products and development of next-generation systems and functionality.
In this role, you combine leadership with technical understanding. You are responsible for driving structure, prioritisation, and ways of working within the team, while also contributing to technical discussions, architecture, and design decisions when needed. You will work closely with other parts of the organisation, including hardware, systems, and product teams, ensuring alignment and efficient collaboration across disciplines.

ABOUT YOU

A solid understanding of modern development practices and experience from Linux-based environments are expected.
