Do you have previous experience  from  driving change within  store operations? Are you looking for a position where you develop solutions to improve efficiency and experience for customers and staff? We are now looking for a Store Operation Specialist  w ith focus on digitalizing our stores in an efficient way   to our head office, located in central Gothenburg.  

Your role in our team.   ?   You are a part of our Global Sales Organisation, working in the Sales Operations Department.  This department is responsible for  m aximi sing  the global sales, defin ing   KPI’s   and profitability in all Lindex sales channels ,  by a digital first mindset.   W e  d evelop, implement and optimize sales operations in all sales channels with   the common goal to optimize the customer experience to reach set sales goals.?

Here are some examples of work tasks:   As Store Operation Specialist, you develop solutions to improve efficiency and experience for Lindex stores and you work with how we further can improve how we serve our customers. You?work?in a larger cross functional team?to improve?all?parts of store operations? based on data and insights.  You have experience from solutions  that involve  automation a nd AI .  As a?Store Operations Specialist?you are expected to cover multiple areas to some degree and specialize in one or two?on a global level for all Lindex markets.?Your focus is on?development,   optimization and implementation of?digital solutions,?store routines?and?best practices for?sales channel store. ??

As an IT Business Analyst, you are the bridge between the customer/stakeholder and the development team, capturing the requirements in terms of WHAT is needed and WHY. You interface with customers and identify their needs. You are responsible for facilitating the team towards a solution that supports the business requirements. You support Product Owner for product roadmap and delivery planning as well as product prioritization. You interact with various team members, such as solution architect, and delivery lead and SW engineers to provide the right solutions and expertise

Responsibilities and Deliveries:

Lead the elicitation, collection and creation of detailed business process.

Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive interactions with key stakeholders.

Collect, analyze and document business requirements with a standard method.

Covert business requirements to implementable development inputs (use case, functional & non-functional requirements, business rules etc.), with the deliverables as well documented BA artifacts.

Drive the assessment and evaluation of existing solutions or SaaS solutions for improvement and enablement needs.

Illustrate the product idea and requirements by making wireframe drawings.

Work closely with the development team to ensure the interpretation of requirements, refine the requirements to a needed degree and facilitate the development flow.

Ensure the development quality via user testing together with business stakeholders.

Support Product Owner with product backlog management

Collaborate with project team to ensure alignment of BA deliverables with overall project time plan and objectives.

Qualifications and skills required for the assignment

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Economics or equivalent work experience

Proven experience as Business Analyst/ Requirement Engineer /System Analyst / Product Owner from developing IT applications

Familiar with IT project management methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall as well as software lifecycle management process and principles

Advanced understanding and knowledge of business analysis process

Skilled with business analysis techniques and producing UML BA artifacts

Good technical knowledge and understanding of application’s best practice

Excellent documentation skills

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Balsamiq

Good product development leadership and stakeholder management skills

Personal attributes

Vad ska du göra i rollen?

På Columbus kallas en senior konsult för Functional Solution Architect (FSA). Det är en blandning av att vara applikationskonsult, affärskonsult och lösningsarkitekt inom ditt specialistområde. Som FSA har du ansvar för att ta lead i projekt inom din specifika modul, sätta processer och driva lösningar framåt tillsammans med ditt team. Du kommer jobba i åtagandeprojekt (ej resurskonsult). Du kommer ha kontakt med fabrikschefer, planeringspersonal, montörer, superusers osv. Du kommer bl.a. hålla workshops och göra tester inför Go Live.

Att byta ett affärssystem är en stor förändring - din roll kommer vara att guida och rådge kunden i deras produktionsprocesser. Du kommer arbeta i projekt som är både lokala och internationella. Ofta har våra kunder även produktion utomlands, så resor i tjänsten kan förekomma, vanligtvis en gång i månaden eller vid behov.

- Utbildning inom Supply Chain eller Logistik

Vi söker dig som är trygg i din roll och är van att leda och planera produktion inom tillverkning. Du har en processförståelse och för vilka andra områden som berörs och de ekonomiska effekterna. Viktigast i denna roll är att du kan och förstår huvudplanering och produktionsplanering. Erfarenhet av projektorderstyrd tillverkning är en fördel men inget krav.

Your role in our team.    You are a part of the Sales Analytics and Insights team within Lindex Global Sales department, a team responsible for development of analysis related to sales data at Lindex, as well as helping the rest of the department to quicker go from data to insights and actions. Eithen though sales is your main data domain, you are working with all types of data and analysis – customer, transactional, marketing and sales data, you are comfortable with any data domain and the link between them.

As a Data Analyst you contribute to making Lindex grow by managing and develop the data analysis that drives customer actions. You are an active partner to the teams and cross groups to make sure Lindex build the way forward based on data.

Your job will be to participate in the team, implementing new features and helping our business developers make the right choices from a technical standpoint. You will also play a key role in choosing new technologies going forward.
