Job Description
We are looking for a switched on, imaginative and highly talented designer to join Albert - the children’s digital math tutor. We want you to come join our team and help us create beautiful, fun and pedagogical learning experiences for children, putting your strong attention to detail and passion for design to work.
This is a great opportunity to further your design skills together with a diverse team in a high-paced, venture backed startup. You’ll be working with experienced designers and at the same time challenge them (and the rest of us, of course) on how to create amazing and delightful designs and experiences.

Responsibilities
Design and maintain the look and feel of the product in accordance with the brand and design guidelines
Work collaboratively within the design team to develop mood/vision boards, concepts, prototypes and implementable designs
Collaborate with developers to create and balance loveable designs and intuitive experiences with technical constraints and opportunities
Design new features while also improving the existing UX/UI of our products
Help maintain and evolve our products’ visual and design guidelines

Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of design thinking, user-centered design principles as well as understanding of digital/traditional and graphic art/design techniques demonstrated through case studies or a portfolio of work samples.
Ability generate ideas and translate them into consistent form and function
Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Zeplin.io, InVision or similar design and prototyping tools
Excellent communication skills and an ability to work closely with the product, tech, and business team
Self-motivated with an positive attitude with the ability to receive and provide objective feedback
Ability to multi-task and adapt.
Fluent spoken and written English

It's an extra plus if you have any of the following:
Experience/interest in motion graphics
Experience designing for kids

The job
- Turn wireframes and ideas into pixel-perfect designs, ready for our software devs to develop
- Provide clear specifications, in particular regarding interactivity
- Efficiently explore and find creative solutions to UI/UX challenges

- Work closely with the CTO/Product Owner and the rest of the team

- Take ownership and help lead/drive our product development efforts; from idea, exploration and analysis to handover


Requirements
- A strong curiosity of how to build products and services that customers will embrace
- Excellent graphic design skills - fluent in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and other design tools
- Excellent and fluent in interface design, allowing you to work seamlessly with UI/UX design
- Attention to detail and strong understanding of web application UX
- Communicate clearly without any hinders

- Proven track record of designing successful products - in particular web applications


Nice-to-haves

Perform strategic and ad hoc analysis and reports in support of Product teams including suggesting, designing and evaluating experiments and A/B tests

Som Teamlead för supporten har du hand om schemaläggning, planering och det yttersta ansvaret gentemot våra kunder. Du har en nyckelroll och säkerställer att vi erbjuder god kundvård. Självklart sköter du även dina egna dagliga supportärenden. Du är en del av marknadsteamet och står för kundernas röst i framtagandet av kampanjer etc.
Engelska är vårt arbetsspråk på kontoret, men du använder svenska som ditt främsta verktyg i supporten.
Det här är ett föräldravikariat på minst ett år.
En dag som Support team lead:
Hantera support, recensioner och svara på frågor via sociala medier
Samla in och ta fram data för buggar och skicka till respektive avdelning inom Albert
Schemalägg och fungera som bollplank till våra supportstjärnor mot respektive marknad
Alltid vara Alberts kunders röst in i bolaget

Skills & Requirements
Fluent English and strong communication skills
Erfarenhet från att arbeta med kundvård tidigare
Förmågan att se varje kund och dess behov
Strukturerad och en fallenhet för planering
