What you will do and be part of
At Metry we build products and services that help our customers transform their energy data into an asset. We offer our customers a SaaS platform that automates energy data collection from any sources, makes it possible to structure it according to their need, quality assurances all data points and make this data available to any part of their proptech stack.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of talented and enthusiastic developers that maintains and continuously improves our underlying data structures, database, external API and internal tooling. We offer an autonomous role, where you lead your team and product in the direction you believe in. Along it is the ownership of a vital piece of the Metry product offering, which we really believe is a part of a more sustainable society.

You will be responsible for identifying and understanding your stakeholders, the industry context and company vision. You will need to own your product vision, define relevant metrics and KPIs together with our analysts and establish a roadmap that leads your team in the right direction.

In this role you will interact with a lot of people, both internally and externally. You work closely with the developers in your team and will own your own backlogs, run scrum-rituals, define user stories, as well as all other product owner-related matters within your product scope.

You are also having close relationships and communication with our customers, as you will solve real-life problems for them.

What you´ll do

Electric Vehicle Propulsion, a part of the Polestar R&D department, is a team with a mission to deliver results which exceed the customers’ expectations. The propulsion team is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, but cooperates closely with our Polestar team in the UK.

This role lets you lead a cross-function / cross-regional team of engineers in our next exciting EV projects. It includes the propulsion system delivery from an engineering, timing and cost perspective with a main focus on sustainability. This includes both software and hardware, from concept phase to industrialization.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Project management, engineering, cost and time planning
- Requirement engineering regarding Performance, Driveability, Life Cycle, Efficiency, EMC, Thermal, Mechanical and others
- System design and balancing the different requirements
- Technical sourcing of electric vehicle propulsion design
- Supplier and contractors evaluations.


Essentially, you are keeping an eye on future electric vehicle propulsions will ensure that Polestar is striving for an exceptional customer experience within this area.

Who you are

You have a strong passion for sustainability and will to create the future of electric vehicles - it’s probably fair to call you an EV nerd passionate about solving climate changes. You are enthusiastic, motivated, well-organized and driven. You’re not afraid to try new approaches and out of the box methods. You need to function both individually and with leading teams. You have a holistic view, including vision, business, and customers. You are energized by working in a creative start-up environment, taking action where you see potential and creating structure where needed.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

- Previous experience with EV development from a SW and HW perspective
- Project lead for similar system deliveries at OEM
- Previous experience within the automotive industry
- You are fluent in English, and a big advantage if in addition you also speak Mandarin


Nice to have, not a must:

- Previous experience in LCA (life-cycle assessment) is meritorious
- Previous experience in sustainability projects is meritorious
- Experience from working with Chinese suppliers and/or colleagues is an advantage.

Rollen som Finance Digital Leads huvudsakliga uppgift att leda detta arbete ur ett IT-perspektiv. Du kommer att tillhöra bankens IT-organisation och jobba tätt tillsammans med utvecklingsteam på IT och stakeholders på vår ekonomiavdelning.

Då det här är en ny roll i organisationen så kommer du ha möjlighet att tänka till om och påverka hur den utvecklas och bör vara. De ansvar som ligger inom rollen från start är:

- att IT på bästa sätt stödjer ekonomi i bankens digitaliseringsresa.
- att kartlägga och analysera vad ekonomi behöver för IT-stöd framåt och förfina det tillsammans med stakeholders och utvecklingsteam.
- prioritera och driva roadmap och backlog kopplat till utvecklingen av det IT-stöd som behövs.

What you’ll do

The Software & Electronics Project team is a part of Polestar R&D. The team is responsible for managing the Polestar vehicle projects on behalf of electrical as well as proofing out new feature concepts.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Working closely with Project counterparts globally.
- Follow up & communicate program quality status.
- Preparation of reports and feedback to the project management team.
- Responsible for highlighting new system developments required to deliver new product content.
- Support technical discussions with suppliers, internal teams and partner OEM.
- Monitor the integration of existing electrical systems into new vehicle program.
- Single point of contact representing the wider Electrical Systems teams.
- Act as the company ambassador for the electrical system and software.


Who you are

Required Experience:

- At least 5+ years of previous relevant experience in electrical & software development within the Automotive industry.
- Experience of Automotive product development systems (VPDS, FPDS, GPDS, NPDS etc) and release processes within the automotive sector.
- Good understanding of Automotive Electrical system.
- Understanding of Functional Safety and safety analysis techniques (HARA, FMEA, FTA, etc).
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
- Electrical, Electronic Systems, Electro-mechanical, Automotive, or similar engineering degree. Other recognized engineering qualifications combined with relevant experience may be considered.
- Work permit to work in the UK or in the European Union



Desired Experience, but not a must:

- Experience of the full product lifecycle, from concept through to vehicle launch.
- Previous experience with Volvo, Lotus, Geely or CEVT projects.
- Practical experience of vehicle electrical architectures based upon Ethernet, CAN, LIN and Flexray.
- Experience of delivering electrical systems in accordance with EMC requirements.
- Experience of delivering electrical systems in accordance with Security requirements.
- Experience of delivering Infotainment / UX electrical systems.
- Chinese language skills.

Idag används 40% av världens energi i byggnader. Det gör fastighetsbranschen till en av världens största utsläppare av växthusgaser. Därför finns Metry - vi jobbar för att minska CO2-utsläpp från fastigheter och nu vi söker en erfaren säljare som vill vara med på en tillväxtresa!

Du kommer att jobba med produkter (https://metry.io/datakallor/) som hjälper fastighetsägare och företag att spara energi och pengar genom att effektivisera insamlingen av data. Och i takt med att hållbarhet och ESG-rapportering blir allt mer självklara fokusområden - så blir vår datainsamling allt mer eftertraktad! ????

Vi söker dig som ...
Du har tidigare erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning, erfarenhet inom digitala lösningar är ett plus (gärna SaaS), och erfarenhet från fastighetsbranschen är ett stort plus. Du är bekväm med att arbeta i team, men även van vid att ta eget ansvar. Du gillar att sätta dig in i kundens situation och ställer så många frågor du behöver för att få en helhetsbild och se bästa vägen framåt.

Som person tror vi att du är positiv, självsäker, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad. Du talar och skriver flytande svenska, samt engelska, som är vårt företagsspråk på Metry.

- Du har minst 3 års erfarenhet av B2B- försäljning som Account Manager

- Anpassningsbar till Metry's säljprocesser och säljverktyg

- Tekniskt intresse

- Goda referenser från tidigare säljuppdrag

- Flytande i svenska och engelska både i tal och skrift



Ansvarsområden
Norden är din primära marknad med Sverige som fokus och du kommer att jobba mot fastighetsägare och större kommersiella hyresgäster. Eftersom vårt erbjudande är nära kopplat till hållbarhet, energieffektivisering och ekonomisk rapportering finns det flera relevanta roller att kontakta under säljprocessen, exempelvis hållbarhetsansvarig, energiansvarig eller tekniska förvaltare.

Du kommer att ansvara för att öka tillväxten på befintliga kunder och att öka antalet nya kunder till Metry. Du ingår i ett team på 6 Account Managers (https://careers.metry.io/departments/sales) som rapporterar till Head of Sales och kommer samarbeta tätt med Customer Success och affärsutvecklare.

Arbetsuppgifter

- Prospektering och uppsökande försäljning

- Ta över inkommande leads från marknadsavdelningen

- Demonstrera tjänsten för leads och konvertera dem till kunder

- Värna om våra befintliga kunder och identifiera merförsäljningsmöjligheter

- Förstå vad dina kunder vill uppnå med sin energidata och hur vi på bästa sätt förvaltar det uppdraget.
