Some of your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with other cross-enterprises functions, ensuring alignment with Data Analytics vision and strategy.
- Provide qualified and proactive decision support and execution of Data Strategy and its related work. 
- Support in capabilities defining, in line with business needs.  
- Evangelize the data culture establishment. 
- Collaborate with Stena Line business functions, products owner & engineering teams, ensuring that related Data Analytics initiatives are aligned with our vision & strategy. 
- Support and take the driver’s seat when required, Data Analytics projects.  
- Collaborate with Stena Group IT to ensure planned activities for Data Analytics are according to business needs and in line with the governance. frameworks/principles and policies and ensure the right capabilities are built.

What you will experience
The Data Analytics function is new and growing. You will be a part of a small, central team who supports the execution of Stena Line’s Digital Strategy.  We are in the early stages of establishing a Data Culture for Stena Line and looking for you who are passionate about the Data Analytics world and want to be part of creating a data-driven culture! 

The Data Analytics function is part of Stena Line Digital Transformation and is a cross-functional unit. You will report to our Head of Data & Analytics Transformation and work closely with our other domain architects and IT.

Who you are

As you will interact with many stakeholders, excellent communication skills are important. You can discuss in-depth technical matters and able to put them into a business context. We take it for granted that you are fascinated and thrive in the Data Analytics area. You have hands-on experience in most of its technical aspects, from Data warehousing to Advanced Analytics. In your earlier years, you have probably been working as a Solution Architect, hence questions related to Data Architecture are not unfamiliar to you.   

You are a self-driven team player who has a passion to challenge the status quo and embrace changes. You are energized by using your Analytics expertise to convey to your stakeholders and know a pragmatic way to persuade them. You know how to connect the overall company’s vision to your stakeholders’ visions and find your way through the unexplored landscape. What you´ll do?
Our current System Architect team consists of a number of highly skilled system engineers with deep technical knowledge combined with a strategic mindset, as well as proven leadershipskills. Do you fit the profile?
You have documented experience of system design within the domain advanced driver-assistance functions (ADAS) and, meritoroíus, functions for autonomous drive (AD). You will develop and define system architecture for our ADAS and AD functionality and creating technical solutions involving sensors, high performance compute platforms and actuators.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you need to have experience from software architecture design in complex systems and that you probably have experience of C++ development within the domain.
Your daily work will be dependent on knowledge of functional safety according to ISO26262. Previous experience of performing hazard analysis and function realization including creating functional and technical safety concepts is useful in the role.
Meritorious is if you have experience in designing fault-tolerant systems with high availability, interpretation of legal requirements and communcation with legal authorities

You probably have a M.Sc. degree or comparable experience. Fluency in spoken and written English, as well as a driver’s license (B) with adequate driving experience, is required.

As UX/UI Designer you will be a subject matter expert and customer advocate in developing the future Stena Line user experience across our new website and other digital touchpoints.
Our vision is to create a consistent and seamless customer experience.

We are looking for you, who have a strong visual expression, taking out sketches, mockups, etc. It's also important that you can be very pragmatic in what is customer friendly and what drives sales.

You will work in a high-paced agile environment and you need to contribute to the development of our user experience knowing that we go from idea to prototype/test and customer feedback very quickly. This is how we learn and gain new insights so we can deliver value to our customers.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Developing and visualizing the user experience by creating mock-ups, wireframes, interactive prototypes, etc.
- Design functions supporting our customer acquisition-, conversion-, upsell- and retention strategies.
- Work with and help develop Stena Line’s UI library and Design System using AdobeXD.
- Deliver according to the Stena Line brand strategy, communication platform, including look
and feel, personality, tone of voice and brand positioning.

Qualifications:
- Experience from e-commerce from a web perspective, preferably from the travel industry.
- Experience from working with different CMS tools.
- Proficiency and good understanding in working with Design Systems built in Adobe XD or similar tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision etc.
- Solid technical understanding of digital/web/mobile platforms.
- Experience throughout all phases of the UX chain; design strategy, concepting, planning, user research, UI design.
- Experience of designer-to-developer handoff techniques.
- University degree in interaction design/UX or a related subject, and a few years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.

Experience from development is a plus
-Integrate user research and usability testing into current design and product development process

I arbetsuppgifterna:


• Felsökning
• reparationsarbeten samt nyinstallation av bland annat reglerautomatik, övervakningssystem och distributionssystem.

Are you a passionate communicator who easily engages others?
