We are now looking for a new Senior Buyer within our Digital Purchasing team. A team dedicated to make a difference together with our colleagues at Polestar. The journey is electrical, trust us!

Do you want to join the team of Procurement which together with our Digital colleagues will drive the digital transformation of dynamic, high tech Electric Vehicle (EV) company? Make the impossible possible!

We are now looking for a new Senior Buyer within our Digital Purchasing team. A team that is dedicated to make a difference together with our colleagues at Polestar.

This position will give you the opportunity to join a cutting edge EV company and change the future of e-mobility by stretching the boundaries of what is thought possible in the present within digital solutions.

This position is located at our HQ, in Gothenburg.



What you'll do

Your main responsibilities in this role will be to lead the end to end Polestar Digital / IT products and services sourcing and implementation. It will be within your scope to create and manage the right partnerships internally and with suppliers

Further on you will:

- Lead the End-to-End sourcing activities from RFI/ RFQ till Contract Signature and Suppliers Performance Review
- Perform procurement of new Digital HW/SW or services according to strategies that you have defined together with Digital Stakeholders.
- Advise stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle as well as on modifications in requests.
- Track supplier performance through regular and automated tracking of the quality, cost project deliverables across the network
- Define and take corrective actions to improve contracts compliance and continuously.

- Thorough understanding of the procurement process and strategic sourcing.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages.
- BSc (or higher) in Economics or Technical discipline from a university degree or equivalent institution.

Som svensk importör och generalagent i över 40 år för Neoplan bussar och två år för MAN lastbilar så har vår serviceorganisation skaffat sig en mycket stor erfarenhet av marknaden och dess efterfrågan. Om rollen

I rollen som Produktions- och Leveranskoordinator kommer du att inneha en nyckelroll som både stöttar vårt säljteam och fungerar som en direkt länk till MANs lastbilsproduktion i Tyskland.
Ditt huvudansvar kommer att vara att effektivt hantera produktionsbeställningar och orderändringar samt att säkerställa smidiga leveranser genom noggrann planering och koordinering av produktions- och leveransschema.
En betydande del av din arbetsdag kommer att ägnas åt att arbeta med och uppdatera excelbaserade rapporter där det är avgörande att formler och länkar hålls aktuella och fungerande.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden som ingår i din roll:

- Ansvara för att uppdatera och förbättra säljprocessen ur ett systemperspektiv.

- Hantera produktionsbeställningar och orderändringar gentemot produktionsanläggningen.

- Planera och koordinera leveranser enligt schemalagda produktionscykler.

Komptenskrav

Erfarenhet inom fordonsdatasystemet Kobra och avancerade färdigheter i Excel är meriterande, tillsammans med en god förståelse för finansiella koncept såsom lösen, likvidavräkningar och restskulder.



Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper:

Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med finansiella aspekter inom affärsverksamhet och som kan se helheten från order till resultatrapport.

The responsibilities
It’s a role with global reach, with both R&D center in UK and SWE. The company HQ is in Sweden, and business units across Europe, China and US and in addition to this the role has many external interfaces with strategic partners and suppliers.

As Manager you will be a key function enhancing Polestar’s further journey with the area of Vehicle Motion Control. You will be responsible for leading the teams planning and execution of the assigned projects, as well as are closely involved in the day-to-day activities and execute team tasks yourself. - Brakes and steering, partly suspension

This is where we want your contribution where you will make sure that Polestar projects are qualitatively aligned with our sustainability-thinking and our goals.

This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. The responsibilities
To comply and improve how we work at Polestar, you will lead, drive, and improve ISO and Audit performance as part of our Quality team. In this role, you will be the process owner of the QMS/EMS with an overall responsibility over the management system, internal & external audits as well as renewal of audits and training/communication related to the system. You will be managing a core team and ensure that the IT solutions meet expectations and provide system administration and technical support. The responsibilities

In this role, your main focus will be the ongoing management of inventory funding, retail financing, and retail insurance products and related services with a primary focus on retail finance. Combined with this you will be the key interface and go-to person in between headquarters, market teams, and external financial services partners, including:

- Develop, maintain, and improve the overall governance model.

- Manage ongoing operations which include process improvement, customer journey refinement, coordination of reporting and pricing activities as well as periodical marketing and campaign actions.

- Support markets to achieve their business performance targets (volume growth, penetration levels, renewals, commission income) both for retail finance and insurance by analyzing performance metrics, and developing and executing jointly agreed action plans.



The ideal candidate

In this role you will develop and manage product data from External Quality Surveys, making sure our quality targets are met enabling an efficient Lessons Learned in our car programs.

This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. The responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will a part of our Quality Management & Business Assurance team, where you will be responsible for develop and manage product data from External Quality Surveys. You will give input to FMA work to secure quality targets are met and avoid reoccurrence of customer dissatisfaction and provide information to line and business operation to take informed and data driven decisions. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:

- Collect, integrate and manage data from various sources within and outside the organisation for analytical use. Produce and manage data products for quality matters, following the data governance and architectural standards.

- Analyze data to uncover meaningful patterns, trends and relationships. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Future OS, Programs and Line organisations. Create and manage analytical products, such as dashboards, reports and visualizations to support business decisions.

- Develop, implement and maintain customer surveys for the business area and its related responsibilities. Collect, analyze and interpret data to extract actionable insights and prove recommendations or decision making.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards. Establish data owners and data stewards to manage data assets, following data governance.

- Understand business requirements, manage the backlog and the prioritization process.

- Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and address specific data and analytics needs.

Furthermore, you will be the trusted advisor and representative for data and analytics for the Quality Management area, working closely with different internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do
In this role you will be fully focused on the quality of Polestar products. You will assure that Polestar have the right focus to immediately identify any potential quality defect by using all possible sources of information and secure fast solutions.
