Din roll och ditt ansvar
Som projektledare hos oss på Energy Industries får du möjlighet att vara en del av en innovativ och hållbar framtidsbransch som gör skillnad och hjälper till att optimera och effektivisera processerna hos våra kunder inom energi, vatten, kemi, livsmedel och läkemedel. Du är involverad från anbudsfas till avslutad garantiperiod i våra leveransprojekt och ansvarar för att planera och leverera kundanpassade lösningar som utgår från ABB produkter och styrsystem där du tillsammans med ditt team säkerställer att målen nås och att kunderna är nöjda. Du leder flera projekt parallellt och driver aktivt dessa med fokus på bl.a. tidplan, ekonomi, HSE och kvalité, vilket ger dig en bred och varierande arbetsdag.

Du kommer att arbeta nära andra avdelningar och bygga starka relationer med våra kunder och blir en viktig del i ett engagerat team som tillsammans tar fram lösningar som påverkar hela samhället. Kvalifikationer för rollen
Teknisk utbildning på högskolenivå med inriktning mot el, automation, data eller motsvarande alternativt gymnasienivå med tillhörande yrkeslivserfarenhet.
Du har tidigare erfarenhet och kunskap om 800xA eller andra styrsystem och vi ser positivt på om du även haft en tekniskt ledande roll tidigare i din karriär.
Som person är du nyfiken, öppen och social med en naturlig förmåga att bygga goda och långsiktiga relationer.
För att passa i rollen är det även viktigt att du är en förtroendeingivande lagspelare som trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med andra, både internt i projekten och med våra kunder och leverantörer.
Du har starkt eget driv och gott ordningssinne tillsammans med stort businessfokus och god förståelse för entreprenadjuridik.
Du är en god kommunikatör som behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift.

Drive quality to make it stick:

Manage and evolve our quality management system (ISO 9001 certified)

Contribute to environmental (and social) thought leadership in the field of material/product quality, accreditation for LCA (AVCP3+, CPR/DoPC, ESPR), a.s.o.






Qualifications

To succeed in the role you have:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, environmental science, engineering, or a related fiel

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ Accreditation expert, or similar role

Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, ISO 17029, etc.)

Familiarity with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies is advantageous

Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues while working in high-pressure environments



Soft skills


Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous

Promotes a culture of trust, collaboration, feedback and speaking up by modeling desired behavior.

Proficient in negotiation and interpersonal skills.

As CAD Engineer at Cab Body group, at Cab engineering department, you will be a key contributor to the success of our customers. Cab Body team are responsible for the BIW (Body in White), Door cpl, Roof hatch, Luggage lid, Glass & Sealants and Surface Treament. We are now looking for a Senior CAD Engineer to strengthen the Cab Body team in BIW (body in white) and door CAD design.

Tasks and Responsibilities
* You will design BIW and door structures, from early pre-studies through to the different design phases in projects
* You will create technical drawings to define the product
* You will participate in a global network of BIW engineers and be part of the development of roadmaps and other strategies as well as proposing and executing the Advanced Engineering studies needed to support them
* You will contribute to Method development and share knowledge with the team

Profile and Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of experience in BIW/DIW CAD design from trucks or cars, with at least 5 years working with concept and feasibility
* Excellent skills in Catia V5 surface design
* Good knowledge in Kola or similar PDM (Product Data Management) Systems
* Leadership experience is an advantage
* Good knowledge in written and spoken English
* M.Sc. degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience

What you will do

As our new Passive Safety Test Engineer, you will be an important stakeholder for securing the the planning and execution of tests to support passive safety development, including verification activities on component-, system- and complete vehicle level. As part of your job you will report identified concerns and work in close cooperation with design engineers and feature leaders to improve the vehicle safety system performance.
The work is varying and interesting, so a flexible mindset is very valuable. As our test engineer you will perform tests at our internal premises as well as in external test labs. You will manage the relationship with our external test labs and ensure that our tests are planned, performed and reported in a correct and timely manner.
You will also support us in our work to become even better, this by improving our test methods and test codes and identify verification needs for new technologies.

Our team consists of two passive safety test engineers, twelve durability test engineers and one measurement engineer. We are all working towards the same goal – to make our customers satisfied. THE POSITION 
Our global team works in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and assess new opportunities, design new business model and drive negotiation with potential partners to establish future cooperation and/or strategic alliance. We are now looking for Business Development Manager to join our Partnership product strategy team.
