What You'll Do
At our department of AD and ADAS Functions, we design, integrate, and verify the complete vehicle solution for autonomous cars and active safety functions. We collaborate with some of the most innovative industry partners to reach our future visions of safety, convenience, and mobility. As an experienced Function and System design engineer for Pilot Assist, you will be part of a team with competences in Function & System design, Integration, Verification, and Validation (V&V). You will use your experience and competence to define robust system designs and technical solutions to secure complete customer function behavior and attribute experience. It’s highly meritorious if you have previous experience from defining test methods and performing function testing, tuning, and analysis using various test environments such as vehicle and/or HIL and SIL. The Pilot Assist team takes full responsibility for the development of the Pilot Assist function, and this will require close collaboration with our SW supplier and interfacing teams.

Who You Are
We are looking for a person who is an engineer with 3-5 years of experience in function/system design and/or test and verification, preferably from ADAS/AD. You are a person who sees details but also the complete picture. You have feet on the ground, but you also dare to think big. You get things done. You love to learn but you also enjoy sharing your knowledge, and supporting others with your experience. You have a strong interest and curiosity for the tech area and look forward to being part of the shift into autonomous vehicles, and its new customers. Som mjukvaruutvecklare kommer du att arbeta i ett agilt team på ca 5-6 personer. Ni ansvarar tillsammans för design, utveckling, optimering och test av mjukvaran. Du kommer att få använda de senaste metoderna inom mjukvaruutveckling.
Automatiserad testning ingår ofta i projekten. Därför är det bra om du har god kunskap om mjukvarutestning och testdriven utveckling.
Vi och våra kunder samarbetar med flera av de mest attraktiva företagen inom teknikbranschen. Tillsammans med dem kommer du utveckla i olika programmeringsspråk samt även olika applikationer och GUI (i Android Java).

Vad kommer du att utföra? 

Som Supervisor inom Underhåll kommer du att vara operationellt delaktig i det förebyggande och avhjälpande underhållet inom produktionen, samtidigt som du kommer arbeta strategiskt mot företagets uppsatta mål. Förutom ett team av duktiga mekaniker och elektriker, kommer det finnas två lagledare till din support.  

Rollen erbjuder dig att vara med på en spännande resa i Batterifabrikens fortsatta utveckling där du kommer ha ett viktigt arbetsmiljöansvar.  
Du kommer att arbeta med kompetensutveckling av dina anställda, planering och uppföljning av aktiviteter samt analys av nyckeltal för att vi ständigt ska ligga i framkant.  

Arbetstider 

Som Supervisor inom Underhåll i Batterifabriken, arbetar du 4-skift. Helgövertid kan förekomma beroende på produktionens efterfrågan. 


Du och dina färdigheter 
Vi ser att du som söker har tidigare beprövad erfarenhet att leda människor inom underhåll samt är van att arbeta i ett högt tempo och är kunnig inom praktisk problemlösning. Du kanske till och med i dagsläget är produktionsledare eller driftledare inom underhåll eller inom en annan bransch som bedöms likvärdig. 

Vi tror att du har en universitetsutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet i en ledande befattning. Meriterande är om du har tidigare erfarenhet från tillverkningsindustrin. Du har en god förmåga att formulera dig i både tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska samt goda kunskaper i MS Office 365. Ditt arbetssätt är strukturerat och du säkerställer att vi tillsammans håller en hög 5S-nivå.

We are the Platform organization within Digital Core. In the Digital Core Platform organization part of our goal is to enable application teams to develop, deploy and operate their software in an efficient, inspiring, and safe manner. What’s in it for you?
We are currently building a battery assembly factory that will be completed by the end of 2025. This creates an interesting and exciting workplace with great opportunities that require knowledgeable and committed Process Specialist within Utilization & improvement. 
When the organization is completed in 2025, the Maintenance & Shop Engineering department will consist of about 75 people divided into different roles and shifts. For the most part, the department will consist of technicians with direct responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the factory. What you’ll do 
The Coating Systems Process Specialist is tasked with overseeing and improving the coating processes within the factory. This role focuses on the development, implementation, and enhancement of various coating systems, ensuring they meet production efficiency, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
This role balances office-based work with active engagement on the factory floor, focusing on the coating process. The position may involve cross-departmental collaboration and occasional overtime to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Development and Maintenance of Coating Systems: Develop and maintain sophisticated coating systems, ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability in the production process.

Continuous Improvement in Coating Processes: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in coating technologies and processes, focusing on enhancing performance, sustainability, and environmental compliance.

Coating Process Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for issues related to coating systems, reducing downtime, and optimizing system performance.

You and your profile
We are looking for a committed Process Specialist for Utilization & improvement within Coating, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in a completely new plant in Torslanda.
We believe you have a Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in coating technologies.
To be successful in this role, you have proven experience in the development, application, and improvement of industrial coating systems. You also have knowledge of the latest advancements in coating technologies and environmental regulations.
Additionally, we see that you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on enhancing coating processes and environmental sustainability. You are familiar with safety, health, and environmental standards in the coating industry.
Flexibility is required to address both improvements and urgent troubleshooting tasks. The position may require cross-departmental collaboration and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines or resolve operational issues. Furthermore, we see that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

We are looking for several Equipment Engineers to join our team.  

What you’ll bring  

This position is for you with previous experience in manufacturing engineering working on equipment projects (project lead/installation/commissioning). You also have experience with sourcing process (internal & external relations in sourcing). We see that you are detail oriented, have quality focus and a good communicator. We believe you have high aspirations, self-motivation and you are curious to learn new technologies. You are a cooperative person and have great collaboration and communication skills. 

You also have 
* Bachelor’s degree within Automation, Mechanical Engineering or similar 
* Project management experience 
* Experience of equipment in  automated processes 
* Problem solving DMAIC knowledge 
* FMEA experience 
* Good understanding of CATIA V5, Auto CAD, preferably also Teamcenter 
* Fluent in English, spoken and written.   


Specific competence for some of the roles:  
* Joining/ Laser treatments, good understanding of joining standards, Friction stir welding knowledge is an advantage  
* Geometry assurance experience, Geo measurements, experience with geometry demands  
* General experience of automatic applications such as handling of components, screw tightening, automatic assembly.

What will you do
You will be responsible to set the overall strategic direction for the Revenue Management and Price area. In this role, you will be part of the Car Service Commercial Management Team, where you not only provide input on your own direct area of responsibility, but the complete scope of Car Service Commercial. 
You will lead a team, also including a manager with an own team, with a diverse range of commercial support functions. The main part of the team is responsible for the pricing of our Spare Parts. Also setting the overall price strategy and securing benchmark data for a fact-based pricing.  
The team is also supporting the Business Owners in the neighbouring teams with analytical support regarding the sales and profitability, as well as car parc development. 
Other responsibilities will include Retailer remuneration, Cost reduction initiatives, Business Plan work and business case calculations for new initiatives. 

What you’ll bring
You have a great financial and business understanding, previously worked in a commercial environment and are dedicated to creating hands on customer value in everything you do.  
In addition, we believe you have… 
•    Proven leadership capabilities, preferably from a commercial setting.
•    Experience to drive strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders. 
•    Proven experience from commercial analytics of complex business models.
•    Experience from price management (both operations/strategy).
