Vi söker en System Safety Specialist till en global kund inom fordonsindustrin, för arbete med utveckling av säkra produkter och tjänster inom avancerade elektriska och mjukvarubaserade plattformar.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
I den här rollen ingår du i teamet för System Safety och arbetar med säkerhetsaktiviteter som spänner över hela utvecklingscykeln. Du ansvarar för att leda och genomföra arbetet enligt ISO?26262, inklusive hazard- och riskanalyser, funktions- och tekniska säkerhetskoncept samt verifiering och granskning av säkerhetslösningar. Arbetet innebär nära samarbete med utvecklingsteam både i Sverige och internationellt och kan periodvis kräva resor till Kina.

Du leder och utför funktionella säkerhetsaktiviteter på fordon- och plattformsnivå, inklusive HARA,?FSC,?TSC?och säkerhetsanalyser?(FTA,?FMEA). Du utvecklar, underhåller och försvarar Safety?Case med spårbarhet från säkerhetsmål till verifierad implementering, samt deltar i verifierings- och granskningsaktiviteter av säkerhetsrelaterat arbete. Rollen innebär också att du driver ASIL-dekomponeringsstrategier, deltar i Joint?Reviews med leverantörer och bidrar till förbättringar av processer, riktlinjer och mallar inom funktionssäkerhetsområdet.

Din profil
Vi söker dig med minst fem års erfarenhet av funktionssäkerhet inom fordonsutveckling, inklusive arbete på fordon- eller plattformsnivå. Du har beprövad förmåga att leda ISO?26262-aktiviteter självständigt och erfarenhet av att bygga och försvara Safety?Case-argumentation inför interna granskningar och leverantörer. Du har en solid teknisk förståelse för moderna E/E-arkitekturer och mjukvaruintensiva system, och vana att ta fram säkerhetsmekanismer i både hårdvara och mjukvara.

Vi ser gärna att du har en civil- eller högskoleingenjörsutbildning inom?elektronik, datateknik, mjukvaruteknik eller motsvarande.

Meriterande
Det är meriterande om du har haft en säkerhetsledande roll i fordons- eller plattformsprojekt, erfarenhet av ISO?21448?(SOTIF) samt kunskap om samspelet mellan funktionssäkerhet och cybersäkerhet. Erfarenhet från ADAS/AD-system, elektrifierade plattformar eller samarbetsprojekt mellan?Europa och?Asien är också värdefullt.

ALTEN is now looking for a 
SYSTEM VERIFICATION ENGINEER for an assignment with one of our clients within the automotive industry in Gothenburg. In this role, you will work with verification and testing of vehicle connectivity systems, ensuring robustness, quality, and readiness before release.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a System Verification Engineer, you will work with end-to-end verification of vehicle connectivity solutions, both onboard and offboard. The role includes hands-on diagnostics and fault tracing in vehicles and system rigs, as well as development and execution of test cases based on system and vehicle requirements.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams as well as workshops and service organizations to coordinate and perform testing activities. The assignment combines structured verification work with practical, hands-on troubleshooting in complex automotive environments.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform vehicle diagnostics and fault tracing in rigs and vehicles
Execute end-to-end testing of onboard and offboard connectivity solutions
Develop, execute, and report test cases on system and vehicle level
Verify functionality according to requirements and quality targets
Secure quality and readiness before release
Contribute to continuous improvements of test methods and processes

YOUR PROFILE

You are a structured and analytical engineer who enjoys hands-on verification work and system-level problem solving. You are curious, proactive, and comfortable working across different technical domains.

We see that you have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in system verification within automotive environments
Experience from verification in vehicles or system rigs (manual testing)
Experience from working with connectivity
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Experience with vehicle diagnostics and fault tracing
Familiarity with requirement and system tools such as SystemWeaver
Experience with Vector tools (e.g. CANalyzer, CANoe)
Very good communication skills in English

Meritorious:
A solid network within the automotive industry and understanding of development processes
Experience working close to dealers or workshops
T-shaped mindset with interest in learning new technical areas

We are looking for an Virtualization Test Engineer to join our virtualization test team. In this role, you work with HPC?based virtual execution environments, focusing on how software behaves, integrates and scales when running virtually.
You will test Classic AUTOSAR in a virtual software environment, verify integrations, and ensure that Linux, containers and AUTOSAR?based components run correctly together. Your work helps the team understand whether a delivery works as intended — and why.
