Background:
The Fiber Optical Sensing (FOS) project aims to develop intelligent bearings integrating fiber optic sensors, capable of measuring critical mechanical quantities directly at the core of the bearing—such as loads, stresses, vibrations, and temperatures—with very high resolution.

Main mission:
An engineering service is required to be part of our mission to maintain and continually improve our existing edge-to-cloud data architecture. Ensuring the robustness of our end-to-end stack; from edge computing device at our customers through cloud backend and front-end. This role will focus on the development of the edge computing module.
The Software Engineer will be part of a project team including different roles (Program Manager, Business Manager, Solution Owner, Data Scientist, Software System Engineer, Industrialization Engineer). The main purpose is to deliver robust and high-quality software modules that enable various product features and functionality.

Main activities will be:
- Understand and integrate the principle of the Insight solution.
- Designing and implementing of code for Insight product in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, test and delivery.
- Define and execute system testing across multiple configurations, including full real systems, simulated data, and staging and production environments.
- Ensure maintenance and support problem solving if needed across the entire production lifecycle, including bug resolution. Contribute to software risk and failure analysis.
- Support the project’s technical validation process with the appropriate documentation (software justification document, system documentation, and maintenance of software application).

Knowledge required:

- Several years of experience in software development is required.
- Experience taking technical ownership of a solution or subsystem.
- The ability to challenge requirements and propose better alternatives.
- Familiarity with security best practices, data encryption, and authentication methods relevant to web applications in industrial settings.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their application in web development.
- Knowledge of version-control and code review software processes (e.g. Git).
- Fluent in English.

Expected capabilities:
- Has strong hands-on development experience and still codes regularly.
- Is comfortable working independently and driving work forward without detailed instructions but still preference towards collaboration and teamwork. Ask for help when needed and help others when being asked to support. Capacity to collaborate with suppliers and customers.

Verksamheten i det svenska bolaget startade 1 maj i år då även vårt nya affärsystem Microsoft D365 lanserades. Det börjar med dig!

Vi söker dig som har god redovisningskunskap och är van att arbeta med hela redovisningsprocessen. Troligtvis har du tidigare hanterat ekonomin på mindre och medelstora företag och i detta arbetat både högt som lågt med ekonomifunktionens alla delar. Du har minst 3 års erfarenhet av kvalificerat redovisningsarbete och finansiell rapportering.

Du har god systemvana, mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och erfarenhet från affärssystem, gärna Microsoft D365.

Du har ekonomisk eftergymnasial utbildning eller motsvarade förvärvad kunskap.

Förutom din ekonomiska kompetens söker vi dig som är flexibel och självgående samt motiveras av att skapa och effektivisera rutiner och processer. Du är strukturerad, ansvarstagande men också nyfiken att utvecklas och ta ansvar. Du är kommunikativ och har en öppen framtoning samt är en lagspelare som får saker och ting att hända.

Your focus on operation technology within industry 4.0

As an Automation engineer in our R&D department, you will be part of a team of currently 35 people and be involved in driving process engineering solutions in projects of varying size and complexity. You will be the technology owner in projects working with early project phases, design and implementation of both small and large development projects within our facilities.

You will work with everything related to any area of Industi 4.0. Such as technology development, design, procurement and commissioning. 

You will also have a role where you expertice will be used to train and develop our team as the department grows.

Your time will be divided between work from our office, working from home and at our facilities both in Sweden and Europe.

You are an experienced engineer with a broad background in the process or production industry and many years of experience working in projects and development and streamlining of production. To succeed in the role, you have a technical interest, solid knowledge and are curious. As a person, you are communicative, responsive, relationship-building and take your place in a humble way both on our facilities as internally in the office.

You need to be a flexible person who thrives in a changing environment and wants to be involved in developing the internal work in the R&D department as well as at our facilities.

It is preferred if you have experience from programming and deploying OT-systems such as PLC and SCADA. It is a bonus if you have worked with kepserver implementations or other object-oriented programming software.

You will be working in cross-functional and international teams including external stakeholders. Therefore, spoken and written Swedish and English on professional level is necessary.

If you have previous experience linked to Recycling industry and Automation this is a merit.

Driver license is a requirement.

Your expertise in Material and Analysis

As an expert in our R&D department, you will be part of an experienced and curious team with both broad and deep competence in recycling. You will be one of our experts to advise, for example, on which analysis method is appropriate for any material flow and be a part of a team to develop production processes at our recycling plants.

You will develop methods to analyze both incoming and outgoing materials or advise how to classify material from our different production streams. Sometimes, you will collect samples from new material flows and do the analysis in our Recycling Lab.

You will also train people in the production organization to use state-of-the-art analysis methods and train our sales organization in understanding analysis methods and materials.

We have production operations in recycling of materials in seven countries, and you will work with our local experts across Europe.

You have an MSc/PhD PhD in chemistry or Environmental Science and 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.

You will be working in cross-functional and international teams including external stakeholders. Therefore, spoken and written Swedish and English on professional level is necessary.

It is preferred if you have experience from laboratory work, process industry, within the environmental field or quality assurance.

To be successful and thrive in this role, we believe you have strong curiosity and drive with the ability to operate independently.

Drivers license is a requirement.
