Mission and context
Information Security  is a department within Group Security. We are responsible for the 2nd level of cyber security defense within the Volvo group. We are a growing global team of engaged and experienced people. We hope you will join us in creating an even more secure future for the Volvo Group.
You will work with analyzing incidents as part of our work to make our control work more efficient. Assessing business impact of historical information security incidents and risks is an important part of this role
In this role you will work across all businesses of Volvo Group to support  and develop the resilience and information assurance activities Together we will create an effective and comprehensive information security risk oversight and mitigation, so that Volvo Group can operate securely across all ecosystems (IT, OT, and Product).
The successful candidate reports directly to the Security Director Risk and Assurance.
Main Responsibilities
 Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
Analyze information security incidents and lead business impact analysis work to increase our ability to conduct oversight.
Develop assurance activities and support the development of our control framework.
Challenge 1st line teams on risk mitigations to ensure the most effective approaches are being taken.
Support business in control framework implementation.

Om tjänsten:
Vi söker nu en IT-säkerhetsspecialist för att stärka vårt team inom IT-säkerhet. Denna roll är central för att säkerställa att våra kunders IT-infrastruktur inte bara är effektiv utan även säker mot externa och interna hot.
Utveckla och implementera säkerhetsstrategier i våra kunders IT-arkitektur.

ISF söker it-ansvarig med goda kunskaper om informationssäkerhet

Inspektionen för socialförsäkringen (ISF) är en analys- och tillsynsmyndighet som granskar och utvärderar socialförsäkringsområdet. På ISF arbetar i nuläget ett 50-tal personer varav en majoritet är utredare i vår kärnverksamhet, med utbildning inom bland annat folkhälsovetenskap, förvaltningskunskap, företagsekonomi, juridik, nationalekonomi, statistik, statsvetenskap och sociologi. En tredjedel av utredarna är disputerade.

I stödverksamheten arbetar 10 personer med bland annat HR, kommunikation, ekonomi och juridik. Där arbetar också en it-ansvarig och en it-tekniker. Vi har en extern it-driftsleverantör och håller just nu på med ett avrop och kommer byta leverantör under hösten.

ISF är placerad i centrala Göteborg och erbjuder en kreativ och social arbetsmiljö. Vi sitter i ljusa lokaler med egna rum i Läppstiftet vid Lilla Bommen. För ISF är ett hållbart arbetsliv för våra medarbetare viktigt. Vi söker nu en it-ansvarig som vill arbeta både strategiskt och operativt med ISF:s it-miljö och som har goda kunskaper om informations- och cybersäkerhet.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som it-ansvarig på ISF får du ett spännande och brett uppdrag. Rollen innebär ett helhetsansvar för myndighetens it-miljö och du har ett arbetsledande ansvar för vår it-tekniker. Du ansvarar för den långsiktiga it-försörjningen och att stödja ledningsgruppen i frågor om vår it-miljö, it-säkerhet och informationssäkerhet.

Du ska samverka med verksamheten och agera verksamhetsstöd för att identifiera förbättringar, lösa problem, bidra till och säkerställa kompabilitet samt säkerhet för it-relaterade delar i olika projekt. Vi har extern support men i ditt arbete ingår också att utföra viss support för våra medarbetare. Det är du som driver it-projekt och ser till att vår it-miljö är anpassad för verksamhetens behov.

Du ansvarar för att utarbeta nya interna styrdokument samt att driva och genomföra arbetet med implementering av styrdokumenten och rutiner för it-miljön och informations­säkerhet. Du ansvarar för det systematiska informationssäkerhetsarbetet genom att bland annat genomföra och förvalta informationsklassningar, riskanalyser och se till att vi har lämpliga säkerhetsåtgärder för att skydda vår information. Du har också ansvar för incidenthantering.

I arbetet som it-ansvarig kommer du att genomföra upphandlingar inom it och stötta i andra upphandlingar med kravställning. En stor del innebär att du kommer samverka med våra externa leverantörer och säkerställa att avtal och tjänster uppfyller verksamhetens behov. Du blir kontaktperson för vår nya it-driftsleverantör och kommer få möjlighet att utveckla det samarbetet och agera beställare.

En mycket viktig del i ditt arbete är också att på olika sätt öka medarbetarnas medvetenhet om informationssäkerhet. Det handlar om utbildning och information, men också att se till att vi har rätt skyddsåtgärder så att det är enkelt att göra rätt.

Det är viktigt att du är lyhörd för och förstår verksamhetens behov. För att kunna utföra dina arbetsuppgifter behöver du känna till och hålla dig uppdaterad kring lagar och bestämmelser inom it-, informations- och cybersäkerhet. Du kommer att arbeta mycket tillsammans med vår myndighetsjurist då vi samordnar arbetet på myndigheten kring informationssäkerhet och dataskydd. Det finns flera nätverk som du har möjlighet att delta i.  

Kompetens

Vi söker dig som har:


• relevant akademisk examen, minst kandidatnivå, eller motsvarande kunskaper förvärvade på annat sätt
• mycket goda kunskaper i Microsoft 365

Flera års erfarenhet av:


• it-drift, nätverk, servrar och molntjänster på operativ nivå
• informationssäkerhetsarbete, som exempelvis informations-klassning, riskanalyser och säkerhetsåtgärder
• arbete med upphandling på antingen kund- eller leverantörssidan

Det är meriterande om du har:


• erfarenhet av motsvarande arbetsuppgifter inom offentlig verksamhet
• arbetat i en arbetsledande roll
• god kännedom om dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR), NIS2 (kommande cybersäkerhetslag) och MSB:s metodstöd.

About the Position

In the role of Information Security & Process Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our information security, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations. In your daily work, you will engage with both internal and external stakeholders around the world. * Experience from development within Electrical Propulsion System is a merit.

What you will do
As a business controller in this role, you will work with performance and financial follow-up for entire FCA operations. Main activities and responsibilities

Participate and drive networks within business control. Drive development and change initiatives within the controlling area and initiate and follow up improvement actions.
Secure that cost and headcount estimates are done for FCA, consolidated and reported
Participate and drive setting financial targets
Analyze and report on financial performance
Monthly reporting to different stakeholders and participation in operational and controlling forums.

Where you fit in


Treasury Control & Compliance (TCC) is a function within Volvo Group Treasury, responsible for Business Control, Risk Control and Compliance. TCC is a diverse team with highly motivated and skilled team members. Your areas of responsibility include

* Ensure policy adherence and monitor the Volvo Group’s financial credit risk exposure.
* Conduct financial counterparty rating analysis.
* Manage collateral in according with CSA agreements effectively and interact with banks.
* Oversee EMIR monitoring and compliance.
* Develop and utilize financial models to support risk management initiatives.

What you will do


Cab Engineering is responsible for developing advanced new cabs for our future Volvo Heavy Duty trucks.

Our team's responsibility covers End User Functionality for Passive Safety, Visibility and Comfort related functionality globally. We are continuously adapting our current products to different market demands, and you will be working in a tight team that is cooperating with the different sites globally.

The End User Function Owner/System Provider role enables global responsibility of end user functionality and offering across brands and products in terms of user/customer need and wanted system behavior and requires a broad understanding of truck vs traffic behavior and user needs. You are comfortable in taking ownership in a globally cross functional team whilst collaborating in a dedicated way. You have experience of user-centric development and have a genuine interest in traffic safety. You are self-directed, organized and have an analytical way of taking on tasks and driving them forward.  

To be successful in this position we think that you have experience of leading a team of experts, you possess solid communication skills and thrive in a multi-cultural context. As this is a technical position you need to enjoy understanding and analysing complex system behavior.

Task and Responsibilities:
* Identify scope for concerned EUF by input from; Competitor analyses, Project prerequisites, Feature requirements, Technology development, Legal demands, consumer ratings etc


* Break down EUF scope to EUF requirements in SE-tool


* Perform Functional Safety (ISO26262), Cyber security and Quality analyses such as HARA, FSC, TSC, TARA and S-FMEA


* Lead and coordinate integration activities for the EUF cross functionality across engineering departments in all product life cycle phases


* Document the EUF solution in the System Description


* Assist project manager with input for time plans and concept decisions


* Be receiver of and address issues in the distributed solution for the EUF System (quality reports etc.) 


Profile:

•    M Sc or equivalent.
•    8+ years of experience within Passive Safety work in the automotive industry. 
•    Good understanding of the tasks and responsibilities outlined above. 
•    Flexible, enthusiastic, and methodical individual who is self-motivated and able to work well under own initiative.
•    A strong end-user mindset
•    Excellent collaboration/communication skills
•    Experience in leading cross functional development is a merit.
