As an Order Administrator, you will manage and administer customer invoices, primarily in SAP and other ERP systems. You'll play a key role in processing large volumes of data at month-end, ensuring accurate and timely billing. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with SAP, working closely with Key Account Managers and Business Controlling.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Orders & Invoicing: Ensure timely, quality invoicing and account follow-ups.
SAP Billing: Oversee billing proposals, review data, and ensure accuracy before invoices are sent.
Data Analysis: Identify and correct discrepancies in billing processes.
Coordination: Collaborate with finance to align invoices with accounting records.
Customer Contact: Handle inquiries and resolve billing issues.
Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to streamline billing and reduce errors.

Qualifications:
Strong experience with SAP, particularly in order handling and invoicing.
Knowledge in finance and accounting, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume data.
Customer service experience, with excellent communication skills.

Vi söker dig som har:
Gymnasieutbildning med ekonomisk inriktning eller motsvarande utbildning
Några års praktisk erfarenhet som ekonomiassistent eller motsvarande
 Du behöver ha god ekonomisk och administrativ kompetens, samt ett utvecklat siffersinne
Erfarenhet av leverantörsreskontra och att hantera flödet för leverantörsfakturor, inklusive matchning mot inköpsorder
Erfarenhet av kundreskontra, inklusive hantering av kravbrev, räntefakturering och avstämningar
God företagsekonomisk förståelse och grundläggande kunskap i bokföring
Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och vana att arbeta i moderna affärs- och beslutsstödsystem
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska både muntligt och skriftligt

We are currently seeking a Controlling Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities of this position are:
· Lead and perform financial management & cost control
· Manage controlling owned master data
· Supporting the closing process from a controlling perspective
· Financing and banking
· Ensuring on time financing through financial relationship management
· Deriving annual report, providing required material to auditors with support from accounting team
· Provide audit support
· Set up transfer pricing agreements with support from Tax team
· Creating group internal financial executive reports and ad hoc reports
· Supporting assessment of financial profitability of business models, customer offers and investments
· Develop analytics capabilities supporting controlling and business decision information needs
· Establish and follow-up on key operational and financial KPI:s

It’s all about you
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience from the Finance sector.
Other qualifications are:
· Experience from financial manager work in general
· Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
· Preferably education at Economic, Business or Financial University level
· Leadership attitude (accountability) with proficient communicative skills
· Well structured and good at team work
· Measuring, evaluating, correcting and reporting management areas (KPIs of time, cost, scope, quality)

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Strong background in working with HCM Systems
Strong technical background and knowledge of IT.
Demonstrated people management and leadership skills
Strong and disciplined organizational skills.
Ability to act as a change agent when necessary.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English (business fluent), written and spoken
