Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and structured project manager who can take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. You will play a central role in our operations by maintaining administrative routines, managing contracts and invoices, and reporting to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain responsibility, structure, and administrative routines, including document management, contracts, invoice handling, and supplier management.



Be responsible for reporting to clients and ensure high-quality communication.



Plan, organize, and analyze your projects.



Independently manage reporting, follow-ups, invoices, contracts, and general project administration.



Drive business development towards our clients.


Requirements:

Experience working independently with and driving projects, including follow-ups, reporting, invoicing, reconciliations, contracts, and project administration.



Proficient in computer skills; experience with Office 365, reporting tools, and financial systems is a requirement. Experience with case management systems is a plus.



You have a strong drive, are technically inclined, and have a good understanding of costs and revenues.



Previous work in the maintenance or construction of electrical installations is advantageous.



Experience in the contracting industry, service agreements, and contract interpretation is a benefit.


Key Responsibilities:

You are a structured, service-oriented problem solver who takes initiative.



You have good social skills and can collaborate effectively with others



You are meticulous and clear in your communication, both written and verbal.



Swedish language is mandatory

Skills and Experience

Skills and experience that would help you succeed in your duties:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant area
5+ years of experience of global corporate network design, hardware and software
Expert knowledge of SDWAN, routing, and network Security technologies and standards
Experienced at producing multi-tier, high-availability infrastructure architectures in an Enterprise & cloud environment adhering to DR, Business Continuity and availability best practices
Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring tools

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and visionary IM Infrastructure & Technology Architect to strengthen our MacGregor IM Services & Infrastructure team and secure the future needs of the MacGregor businesses. Vem vi söker

Teknisk universitetsutbildning eller motsvarande
Minst 5 års erfarenhet som chef för ett Infrastructure team eller liknande
Erfarenhet av verktyg som Ansible, Netbox, Proxmox, DNS, Grafana, LibreNMS, CI/CD, Hashicorp Vault och open source-projekt är meriterande
Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

Are you ready to take on the role of Component Responsible for Pipes, Hoses, and Brackets? In this position, you will oversee and manage the development of newly designed components from conception to implementation, including ongoing maintenance.
Location:Gothenburg
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical development of pipes and hoses for oil, CCV, and coolant, as well as brackets mounted on engines.
Manage in-house development of new components, ensuring adherence to product development processes such as FMEA, DFA, DFAM, drawing standards, and tolerance chain evaluations.
Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
Provide input to the roadmap, create technical requirements, and influence future development plans.
Take charge of activities within a global cross-functional team across all business areas, ensuring overall delivery responsibility for components.

Requirements:
Experience in product development processes including FMEA, DFA, DFAM, drawing standards, and tolerance chain evaluations.
Familiarity with in-house development and cooperation with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
Experience working with Creo is highly favorable.
Proven track record in developing components for combustion engines, specifically pipes, hoses, and brackets.
