We are looking for a Technical Application Owner
This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for someone eager to make a real impact by managing cutting-edge systems. We’re looking to strengthen our Digital Workplace Team (DWP) with expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure, and Intune. As part of the Workplace Experience department, you’ll help enhance our digital workplace and make meaningful change. In this role, you’ll be in charge of administering and maintaining these services.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing security, access control, and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Collaborating with our IT supplier to coordinate system upgrades, troubleshooting, and support.
Optimizing system architecture and implementing best practices.
Driving automation and integration initiatives to improve efficiency.
Potentially expanding into governance frameworks and strategic IT development over time

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Quality Assurance Lead to join our QA function and play a key role in driving excellence across the organization. About the Quality Assurance function
As a QA Lead at WirelessCar, you’ll join a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The QA function is key to ensuring excellence across the software development lifecycle, fostering a quality-first mindset, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll empower teams to deliver results efficiently, predictably, and with confidence.

Key responsibilities
As a QA lead, you act as a catalyst for process improvements, always striving to enhance way of working that leads to the right quality delivery.
Perform quality assurance independently and objectively without conflicts of interest.
Drive audits and assessments to assure conformance to the defined way of working and quality strategy is part of your role.
Drive change that empowers teams by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the way of working.
Coach teams to see beyond the immediate task and recognize the importance of quality across the software development and operation lifecycle.
Apply risk-based thinking and use quality assurance insights to analyze situations and trigger timely reactions.

We believe that you bring
We are seeking someone has experience in functional leadership roles and who is curious, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and self-motivated. You excel in collaboration through clear communication, foster a strong quality mindset within teams, and actively contribute as a team player, unafraid to bring facts into discussions to guide sustainable decision-making.
Additionally, we require:
An educational background in computer engineering, IT or equivalent.
Background as a Quality Assurance professional in a software organization.
Strong understanding of agile software development, CI/CD, DevOps.
Experience in audits and assessments.
Basic knowledge of the Automotive SPICE model or other process assessment models.
Fluency in English, with strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

Advantageous:
Experience working with software development metrics and analysis.
Certified ASPICE assessor (provisional or above).
Understanding of Connected Cars services domain.
Knowledge of cloud-based software application development.
