We are looking for a Technical Application Owner
This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for someone eager to make a real impact by managing cutting-edge systems. We’re looking to strengthen our Digital Workplace Team (DWP) with expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure, and Intune. As part of the Workplace Experience department, you’ll help enhance our digital workplace and make meaningful change. In this role, you’ll be in charge of administering and maintaining these services.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing security, access control, and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Collaborating with our IT supplier to coordinate system upgrades, troubleshooting, and support.
Optimizing system architecture and implementing best practices.
Driving automation and integration initiatives to improve efficiency.

Fluent in English, with advanced skills in both speaking and writing.

The team works broadly within AI security and advanced machine learning, including privacy-preserving ML, AI Security, computer vision, multimodal learning, and the interplay between algorithms and infrastructure.
About the position
As a Senior ML Research Engineer at AI Sweden, you will contribute to research, experimentation, and development at the intersection of safe, trustworthy, and high-performance AI.

Through LeakPro and related efforts, we explore questions such as:

How can we systematically measure and reduce unintended information leakage in ML models?


How do we build open, reproducible tools for evaluating model vulnerabilities and attack vectors?


How can we design and train generative and multimodal models with privacy, integrity, and security at their core?


While privacy-preserving machine learning is an important initial focus, the role can be broader. We seek candidates who want to contribute across several of our current and future research and innovation projects in ML.
Typical tasks may include:

Reviewing and implementing cutting-edge ML research


Developing and evaluating ML models, attacks, privacy enhanching technologies and defenses.


Designing and maintaining open-source tools, benchmarking frameworks, and pipelines


Supervising MSc thesis students and collaborating closely with partner organizations


Contributing to new project proposals and research/innovation initiatives

Technical qualities
Fast Experimenter – adept at prototyping and evaluating new ML methods.


ML Systems Thinker – experienced in building reproducible, robust, and scalable ML pipelines.


Data Versatile – hands-on experience with at least two data modalities, e.g., images, text, tabular, or time-series.


Ethics- and Security-Aware – strong interest in privacy, model safety, and secure deployment practices


Strong debugging and refactoring skills in large research codebases.


Familiarity with differential privacy is a plus.


Requirements
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a proven applied or research-driven focus OR at least 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning development and research engineering.
Ability to work independently on complex ML projects and contribute to research-driven development. Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing ideas from research papers. Experience working in collaborative codebases and contributing to shared tools or open-source projects. Strong written and spoken English, highly desirable is also fluency in Swedish
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred; TensorFlow also relevant).
Experience with generative models (e.g., Transformers/LLMs, diffusion models)
Strong understanding of optimization and training dynamics
Ability to implement ML research papers from scratch
Experience building reproducible ML pipelines and benchmarking frameworks

Jobbeskrivning
Till följd av en ökad efterfrågan från våra kunder söker vi nu fler Testingenjörer för att stärka vårt team i Göteborg! Du kommer att arbeta med manuell och/eller automatiserad testning av komplett mjukvaru- och el-integration för att säkerställa robusta systemlösningar inom fordons- eller försvarsindustrin.
Som testingenjör kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i utvecklingen och valideringen av komplexa system. Arbetet omfattar både xIL-baserad testning och verifiering i fordon, med fokus på att säkerställa funktionalitet och säkerhet i både mjukvara och hårdvara.
Dina arbetsuppgifter:
I rollen ingår att samarbeta nära med mjukvaruutvecklare, systemingenjörer och externa leverantörer för att säkerställa att både funktionella och säkerhetsrelaterade krav uppfylls. Arbetet omfattar planering, genomförande och dokumentation av testfall i såväl simulerade miljöer som i verkliga fordon. En viktig del av uppdraget är att analysera och felsöka beteenden i system, funktioner och styrenheter. Vidare bidrar du aktivt till den kontinuerliga förbättringen av testmetoder och processer samt förbättring av testmetoder och processer.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har en stark teknisk bakgrund och ett genuint intresse för testning och fordonsutveckling. Du är strukturerad, engagerad och trivs i en miljö där samarbete och problemlösning står i fokus.
För att trivas och lyckas i rollen har du:
Civil- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen inom mekatronik, elektroteknik eller motsvarande.
Minst 4 års erfarenhet av testning i fordon
Goda kunskaper i verktyg som SIL/HIL-system och CANoe samt kravhanteringsverktyg
Kännedom om kommunikationsprotokoll som CAN, LIN, Ethernet och FlexRay.
Erfarenhet av automatisering med t.ex. Robot Framework, Python och Jenkins.
B-körkort och erfarenhet av testkörning.

Meriterande:
Kunskap om elektrisk arkitektur, signalhantering, kommunikation, diagnos och mjukvarunedladdning.
Erfarenhet av MATLAB, Simulink, Python och C++.
Erfarenhet av funktionell säkerhet (ISO 26262).
Innehav av T1/T2/T3 testbanekörkort är meriterande.
CANape och/eller INCA

Då rollen innebär både interna och externa kontakter är god kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska avgörande. Vissa uppdrag kan också vara säkerhetsklassade, vilket innebär att du behöver inneha ett medborgarskap från en nation ansluten till NATO.

We are seeking a highly experienced SOC Architect to guide and grow our Security Operations Center capabilities. In this role, you’ll design and optimize SOC processes, share expertise with a skilled and motivated team, and support detection and response across cloud and automotive environments.
