Who We Are

In the AD and ADAS Functions Department, we are responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge Collision Avoidance functions. We continuously improve these functions to maintain our leadership in automotive safety, ensuring the best possible experience for our customers.

What You'll do

As a Function Verification Engineer, you will work within a cross-functional team to develop and launch Collision Avoidance features. Your key responsibilities include planning, designing, implementing, and reporting on verification activities that support feature integration and deployment. This involves developing test cases, primarily collecting but also analyzing the collected data by participating in test and verification activities on test tracks or on expeditions around Europe, and finally, participating in certification and rating activities, fault tracing, and system tuning.

You will contribute to testing in virtual environments as well as real-world testing at Hällered Proving Ground and other test tracks across Europe. By collaborating with various teams involved in function development and verification, you will enhance test automation and improve continuous integration processes, ultimately increasing the quality and efficiency of the testing cycle.

Who You Are

You have a background in ADAS and thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment, where achieving high-quality results on time is key. You are a trusted team player with a positive attitude and effective communication skills. You work well in small, tight-knit teams where collaboration is critical, and you are always eager to take on new challenges and learn.

You hold a B.Sc. degree (an M.Sc. degree is meritorious) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Fluency in English and a B driver's license are required, as you will be involved in on-road testing. Your experience spans function development and verification in a complete vehicle verification environment, and you are passionate about developing virtual test scenarios through HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) methods. You are also proficient in Python programming and tool development for verification processes.

We would also like to communicate that if you find yourself less experienced in one or a couple of the areas mentioned above but still have a passion for ADAS systems and a strong interest in “vehicles” as a product, your application is still most welcome.

Merits and Additional Skills
In addition to your experience in the automotive industry, driving experience in complex situations is highly valued. Familiarity with ISO 26262 and communication protocols such as CAN or Ethernet will be beneficial. Exciting roll as software developer developing software in C/C++ for active chassis functions. We are now looking for a Embedded Software Developer to strengthen our team. The Suspension Software and Function teams are cross functional teams working with the full software stack development, developing control algorithms for our functions and all tool chains needed for our development to achieve the best active chassis functions for our vehicles.

What you will do

Working in our in-house software team that develops software for Suspension system in both Suspension ECU and Central ECU of the vehicle.
You will work closely with other developers, test engineers, system engineers, safety engineers and may take cross-function tasks depends on the need of the project.
Your main responsibility is to develop application software in C++ and middle ware in C.

Competence profile:
- At least 5 years experience in C++ (11 or 14) and/or C(90 or 99)
- At least 5 years experience in real time embedded system development
- Having experience in Automotive industry
- Having experience working with Autosar
- Having knowledge of Automotive communication protocol: Can, Automotive Ethernet
- Having knowledge of UDS(Unified Diagnostic Service)
- Have experience working with Vector tool: CANOE, CANalyzer, VTEST
- Have knowledge on low level protocol firmware development: SPI, UART, PWM, DIO, PSI5
- HIL systems and real-time simulation
- Having knowledge of System Safety Implementation compliant with ISO26262
- Familiarity with cyber security standards in Automotive
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
- Good at initiating communication when needed

We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to lead our work on Sustainability due diligence in our battery supply chain. What you'll bring

We believe you have a university degree in a relevant area, and more than five years relevant work experience.
Knowledge about and working with batteries, battery chemistry or the battery industry is highly valuable while basic understanding of Human Rights Due Diligence and related responsible sourcing standards, frameworks and regulations is important. We are therefore looking for someone with a combined skill set who is comfortable in dialogues both with battery engineers as well as with Sustainability experts and suppliers. Experience with supply chain traceability such as Blockchain is considered an extra merit. 

As a person, the most important thing is your passion and your belief in making this world a better place. 
You enjoy working as a team but also are self-motivated believe in yourself and can work and deliver without constant supervision. 
We need to lead both our own organization as well as our supply chain partners into sometimes unknown territory, building trustful relationships will therefore be key to success.
You are structured person who can shift gear and re-prioritize with short notice and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and aptitude for creating engagement for effective due diligence in the organization.

What you will bring

In general, we are looking for Mid- Senior Embedded Software Engineer with Android, C++ and Python as their main language as well us an understanding of system architecture.

To be successful in this role, your experience must include:

* Embedded Software Development of complex software products using C++ and Python.
* Embedded OS or Linux experience.
* Development within android platform
* Working experience in a CI environment.
* Development, improvement, test and maintenance of the new hardware platform.
* Coordinate and communicate with the CI teams to enable the new hardware support quickly and smoothly.

We'd also prefer if you have:

* A Driver’s license (B-level) will also be ideal.
