Job summary
Thermal Management - Coolant Heating System - HW Engineer
• Minimum eight years of experience from development of thermal system hardware components within the automotive or transportation industry • SW and Electrical HW knowledge • Knowledgeable in automotive industry safety standards, including ISO 26262 (functional safety), and compliance with high voltage safety regulations. • Experience from Coolant heating system HW OR experience from working with complex components with development suppliers in other technical areas • Experience from supplier management and the APQP process • Structured way of working and ability deliver on complex tasks with excellence • Fluent in English, both written and spoken • Meritorious to have Process knowledge from our company

OM TJÄNSTEN: 
Friday söker för kunds räkning en testingenjör som vill arbeta med testning av hårdvara inom rymdindustrin. På testsektionen i Göteborg arbetar omkring 11 personer med att stötta hela verksamheten inom test och verifiering, primärt inom hårdvarutester med testning av prototyper och ny testutrustning.
I rollen som testingenjör arbetar du med tester innan leverans till kund men även med material- och processkvalifikationer för utvecklingsprojekt och framtida produkter. Du kommer arbeta i en renrumsproduktion och ingå i ett team med hög kompetens där ni samarbetar för att nå de gemensamma målen. Ditt huvudfokus är att testa och verifiera digitala- och mikrovågsprodukter för att säkerställa att de uppfyller kraven från kund.
Du kommer exempelvis att:
Testa och verifiera hårdvara, både digital och elektrisk samt RF-provning av kort och enheter
Analysera och rapportera testresultat
Arbeta för att kontinuerligt förbättra och effektivisera processerna
Supportera vid felutredning och avvikelsehantering

VI SÖKER DIG SOM:Har en YH-utbildning som elektronikingenjör, alternativt:
Har motsvarande erfarenhet av att arbeta med testning av kretskort
Är teknisk och uppskattar att arbeta hands-on med exempelvis lödning eller att plocka ihop och isär tekniska produkter
Talar och skriver flytande svenska samt engelska då båda språken används i det dagliga arbetet

Det är meriterande om du:
Tidigare har arbetat inom en liknande roll
Tidigare har arbetat i och har kunskap om SAP
Har kunskap inom Lean Production
Har hobbyprojekt inom elektronik med inslag av lödning och testning

Vidare kommer stor vikt läggas vid personlig lämplighet och vi tror att du som söker är en person med en hög teknisk förmåga som trivs att arbeta med många kontaktytor. Du är driven och engagerad med förmågan att dels vara självgående och ta stort ansvar för ditt arbete samtidigt som du gärna arbetar i ett nära samarbete med dina kollegor. OM ANSTÄLLNINGEN:
Detta är ett konsultuppdrag vilket innebär att du kommer vara anställd av Friday. Anställningen är tidsbegränsad och sträcker sig över 6 månader med möjlighet till förlängning.
Denna befattning kräver att du genomgår och blir godkänd vid var tids gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där vår kund har krav på säkerhetsklassplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.

Your Mission
GNSS Radio Occultation is a passive atmospheric sounding technique where GNSS signals are received by a low Earth orbit satellite. After ground processing to the so-called bending angle of the signal, these measurements go in to numerical weather forecasts and provides important data on temperature, pressure, and humidity. In the end leading to a more reliable weather forecast.

Beyond Gravity in Gothenburg has built the GRAS-2 instruments that perform these measurements on the MetOp-SG satellites, the first of which was launched in August 2025. After the launch, the instrument performance needs to be verified. For this reason Beyond Gravity has developed a Ground Processor Prototype where data is processed to the level of bending angle. The current implementation of the phase matching technique for calculating the bending angle in the troposphere suffers from rather slow performance making it hard to process data at the rate it is produced by the instrument.

The diploma job would be to speed up this algorithm. The most likely method for this would be to utilize the Fast Fourier Transform, which requires a substitution of variables in the fundamental equations. The thesis project will consist of a literature review, a study of our current implementation (in Matlab), mathematical derivation of the formulas for faster processing, implementation of the method in Matlab code, and verification of the results.

Mechanical Assembly Engineer
(1)Responsible for the design review, assembly, debugging, and trial operation of high-precision micrometer level mechanical equipment, and outputting installation and testing certificate;
(2)Familiar with the mechanical principles, structural tolerances, technical parameters. Familiar with installing & debugging way of commonly mechanical equipment;
(3)Proficient in the assembly process of various high-precision and high- level mechanical components;
(4)Proficient in identifying various mechanical drawings, maintenance various equipment and able to assemble mechanical components according to assembly drawings to ensure equipment assembly accuracy;
(5)Familiar with the structural principles and installation and debugging methods of various standard parts, proficient in using various fitter assembly tools and measuring tools to complete various production and assembly processes on time and in quantity;
(6)Highly willing to work as a team and complete the equipment and mechanical assembly plan with quality and quantity assurance.
(7) Familiar with the software, hardware and assembly standards of battery module PACK automated assembly line of various Oems;
(8) More than 1 year of experience in mechanical structure assembly of lithium battery module PACK non-standard automatic assembly line.

Project Manager
(1) At least 1 year of non-standard automation project management experience in the automotive industry;
(2) English ability for daily communication;
(3) Master the professional knowledge and tools of project management, and be able to deliver non-standard equipment projects;
(4) Responsible for the formulation and implementation of project plans, schedule control, and communication with customers;
(5) Responsible for the development of on-site installation and commissioning plans, tracking and handling problems, acceptance and handover work;
(6) Responsible for tracking and dealing with project problems, coordinating resources of all parties to solve various problems encountered in the project.

Electrical Assembly Engineer
1.Communicate proficiently in Chinese.
2.Understand electronic technology, electrical schematics, and PLC control principles.
3.Familiar with automation and electrical control assembly; proficient in wiring and inspecting automation equipment based on electrical drawings.
4.Establish electrical installation standards and inspection rules; review cable and wiring design processes; design and document electrical assembly procedures; develop process quotas, conduct reviews, and support process equipment design and application; provide technical support and quality management on production sites.
5.Lead equipment debugging and testing; inspect and analyze quality issues in components during assembly; suggest and implement improvements based on assembly needs.
6.Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment circuit faults.
7.Optimize wiring specifications and standards.
8.Execute and improve electrical safety procedures.
