In this role you will lead an experienced team of technology-, digitalization- and data experts and collaborate with a network of colleagues worldwide with the objective to support FCA’s journey to become a truly digital and data driven finance organization. 
You will develop and drive the implementation of FCA’s digital and IT strategies aligned with the Group finance and Volvo’s Digital & IT strategy and business goals. Collaboration with other Group Finance functions, business areas and IT departments will be key to be successful in this ambition.
You will also take a leading role in the future FCA data governance and data management set-up to ensure high quality and accessibility of our data.
Benchmarking technology applied in accounting and reporting environments to identify future needs for improving finance processes and procedures using technology will be highly important.

Who are you?
We are looking for a senior leader with several years of experience from the digital & IT environment, leading large-scale digital transformations and units within finance. You need to have broad knowledge about emerging technologies and their applications in Accounting and Finance. 
You are a collaborative team member proficient in understanding and translating others' needs into effective solutions, as well as sharing knowledge with colleagues. You exhibit excellent organizational and networking abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Business acumen combined with strong leadership skills are key to be successful in this role.
You are a proactive self-starter with a creative mindset, valuing strong collaboration with various stakeholders as a foundation for success.
You possess advanced knowledge typically obtained through education (Academic degree in Finance and/or IT) combined with relevant work experience on senior level (>10 years). An understanding and experience from IT tools and solutions is a requirement.
We are a truly global team and fluency in English as well as excellent communication skills (written and spoken) is key to this position.

Volvo Energy is providing a highly qualified digital platform, an Energy Management System (EMS), to control our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
 
We are now looking for Senior OT Network & Systems Engineer that will support in establishing cyber secure connectivity towards BESS units and the BESS digital twin using the appointed Volvo Energy Site Controller.
 
As the energy space rely on standards for interoperability between energy systems, like Modbus, IEC 60870-5, 61850 and DNP-3, you make sure that the IoT Edge solution is designed according to cyber security standards. You also ensure cyber secure connectivity to the Volvo Energy EMS solution via MQTT/OPC-UA as defined by the Volvo Energy target architecture.
 
You will work closely together with several different qualified teams to help design and build the solution and report functionally to the Volvo Energy Head of Enterprise architecture.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping the OT network architecture that powers our BESS units around the world. You’ll design secure, scalable network environments—everything from segmentation and VLAN structures to DMZ zones and redundancy strategies—both for our own products and for customer sites. As the technical owner of our OT networking landscape, you’ll create and maintain clear, high?quality diagrams and documentation that bring structure to complex systems and ensure smooth integration with cloud platforms and external SCADA/EMS solutions.
 
A big part of your work will center around cybersecurity. You’ll define modern firewall rulesets built on IEC 62443 and zero?trust principles, validate safe communication paths for industrial protocols like Modbus, and take full responsibility for the lifecycle of our OT firewalls. That includes firmware updates, patching strategies, redundancy testing, vendor coordination, and the automated deployment of configurations across our global BESS fleet using FortiManager.
 
You’ll also play a hands-on role in our production environments—diving into troubleshooting, leading root?cause analysis, and contributing to cybersecurity assessments and audits that strengthen our defenses. Collaboration will be at the heart of your everyday work. You’ll partner with engineering teams at our assembly plants to ensure firewalls are configured correctly from the moment a unit is built, and you’ll work with Digital/IT teams to define secure, future?proof IT–OT demarcation points. Along the way, you’ll also share your expertise with junior engineers and project teams, helping them grow while raising the overall technical bar.
 
Required Qualifications
7+ years in OT networking, industrial networking, or cybersecurity engineering roles.
Strong experience with L2/L3 switching, routing, and industrial network design.
Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus/TCP, IEC 61850, 60870-5, DNP3, MQTT and OPC-UA).
Experience with network automation or configuration as code approaches.
Familiarity with NERC CIP, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or comparable cybersecurity frameworks.

Experience and deep knowledge in developing IoT edge (ARM based) communication applications

As Head of Design & Development, you are leading leaders. You are empowered and accountable to lead the organization that delivers digital capabilities in PLM, PDM, CAD and product configuration for Volvo Group. About the role

Lead a large improvement project focused on product development flow, including governance, prioritization, training och coaching to ensure it delivers measurable business outcomes and aligns with our long-term strategic goals.

Lead other selected improvement initiatives across Global BusTechnology.

Job Summary:
We are strengthening our analytics capabilities within the Cyber Defense Center (CDC) to better detect and respond to cyber threats. In this role, you will lead the development of analytics solutions that turn complex security data into actionable insights, supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.
You will act as a senior hands-on expert, shaping our analytics platform, guiding machine learning initiatives, and ensuring our data tells a clear and impactful story.
Main Responsibilities:
•    Design and evolve our Azure-based analytics platform, including data lake architecture, data pipelines, and modelling environments.•    Lead and guide machine learning initiatives, focusing on practical use cases such as anomaly detection and pattern recognition in cybersecurity data.•    Support and enhance existing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, with a focus on data modelling, visualization, and clear storytelling (e.g. Power BI).•    Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across analytics processes and datasets.•    Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and security teams (e.g., Security Operations, Threat Hunting, Engineering) to define analytics use cases and integrate diverse data sources.•    Drive automation and scalability of analytics and reporting pipelines.•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
•    5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science roles, with hands-on involvement in applied machine learning.•    Experience working with cloud-based analytics environments, preferably within Azure.•    Strong experience in data ingestion, transformation, and data modelling best practices.•    Experience with BI dashboards; ability to translate data into clear insights and narratives.•    Proficiency in Python, , and PySpark; experience with DAX or similar is a plus.•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.•    Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.•    Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.•    Ability to collaborate across teams and guide others.
