We seek an Automotive Industrial Designer Expert
This is a 4-month contract with the possibility to be extended. Starting ASAP.
Position Description
Are you passionate about imagining and influencing the future through groundbreaking design? Do you want to bring the companys truck brands and our other business areas into the future? Would you want to be at the forefront of truly innovative, circular, modular, zero-emission, autonomous, and effortless vehicles and experiences? What will you do?
As Senior Advanced Designer, you will have the responsibility for designing tangible visions of vehicle exteriors and interiors based on future customer needs and engineering prerequisites, etc. 
You will be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary Design team together with relevant internal and external stakeholders as well as external partners.
The position has three principal areas of responsibility:
Advanced Vehicle Design - Explore various design concepts and the synergies and consequences given the defined design space and engineering prerequisites. This includes Exterior and Interior design as well as other parts of the entire vehicle.
Architecture and Platform contribution – Be part of a team whose overarching goal is to push the limit, set the agenda, and be very specific about what are the future platform ingredients and their relationships. This will cover areas such as versatility, modularity, circularity, and longevity.
Advanced Design communication – It’s of the highest importance to paint a larger picture of future customer contexts, use cases, future transportation solutions, business landscape, and larger ecosystems where the future physical vehicles on different horizons will operate.

You will also
Work integrated with the Chief Design Architect turning all stones and helping communicate Design intentions, Concepts, and Visions to engineering collaborators, CAST, and SPP.
Work closely with our truck Brand Design Directors to identify and secure future product needs and new possibilities.
Make occasional Advanced deep dives in other Business areas and Joint ventures.
Constantly inspire and challenge our global Design organization through daring and appealing vehicle designs and future transportation scenario visualizations.

Who are you? Are we a perfect match?
Bachelor's degree or higher in Design
10 + years of experience in Vehicle Design within Automotive or Transportation design departments
Your familiarity with tools like Alias, Blender, and Photoshop.
Interest and experience in VR/XR for collaboration and decision-making
Fluency in Swedish is a plus.

As an accomplished Industrial/Transportation designer, you bring an insatiable drive to innovate and create novel concepts. Your approach involves challenging the status quo, thinking beyond the obvious, and maintaining a positive "we-can-do-it" attitude.

We are looking for a Global Product Manager for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.
Purpose of Position
The Global Product Manager (GPM) is responsible for defined products within the conventional wound care product category including minimally required product life cycle management and support to markets with product information. This will be ~40% of their assignment.


Secondly, the role of the Global Product Manager will be to support the Global Marketing Manager for VLU solution to update the VLU strategy and roadmap, including the internal communication tools and communication plan to drive adoption and change at different stakeholder levels in the organisation. This assignment will involve coordination, structuring of communication, and marketing inputs involving ~50% of the assignment time. It may also involve preparation of business gate decisions and setting the user need specifications for a new product introduction within the VLU plan.


Lastly, this role will coordinate the development of a combination-use evidence plan across all relevant chronic product categories, needed for the VLU solution, to enhance our claims and ability to promote solution selling. This will be a project coordination assignment at ~10%




Key Accountabilities


Responsible for reporting and monitoring of relevant KPI’s for defined products with focus on Sales, GP, Pricing
Own CMM file (Clinical and Marketing messages) for defined products and responsible for keeping it up to date
Responsible for assortment analysis and management of the assortment
Monitor relevant KPI’s for the brand & portfolio's commercial performance and drive appropriate actions



Key Decisions
Portfolio management including product release, discontinuation decisions, product labelling management, and product information updates


Qualification and Experience:
A Bachelor degree in marketing, science, business, or a related field is typically the minimum requirement.
Substantial (+5 years) experience in both marketing and/or sales within the medical device industry, life science or IVD.
Experience from working in an international/global position
Experience working in a local market preferable
Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment
Relevant working knowledge of product development, operational & regulatory processes as related to GPM role

Assignment description
Financial Management: Oversee and manage the financial aspects of procurement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed product cost analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Reporting: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance procurement efficiency.


Skill requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, advantage if also previous experience within procurement.
Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large amounts of data, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other financial tools an advantage
Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.



This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 5 months limited contract to begin with. This role requires 100% on-site work in Gothenburg.

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in July, 4 months contract to begin with.
As a Digital Consultant in Special Projects, you will play a pivotal role in Foundational Products, driving cross-functional digital initiatives with strategic impact and special projects. You will be responsible to drive our special projects and define the problem, solve the problem, and communicate its findings. This includes alignment cross our organization and close collaboration with the leadership team and relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also encompass portfolio and financial management, ensuring the seamless execution of digital initiatives. Excellence in storytelling, communication, strategy creation, and presenting clearly to diverse audiences is critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive and execute special projects by identifying problems, developing solutions, and communicating results with clarity and impact.
Translate complex information into clear and compelling stories, presentations, and strategic recommendations for various stakeholders.
Collaborate with leadership to facilitate internal strategies.
Support alignment on departmental activities and contribute to the success of special projects by facilitating effective communication and coordination.
Manage ad-hoc tasks efficiently with a proactive mindset to meet deadlines and maintain operational excellence.
Conduct internal surveys, analyze results, and implement actions for continuous improvement.
Oversee portfolio and financial management within the Digital & IT department to ensure prioritization and successful delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business, IT or equivalent
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Structured and organized
Proficient in portfolio and financial management
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Understanding of software development and agile methodologies


Fluency in both English and Swedish is required.
