Produktionschef med helhetsansvar för två anläggningar i Göteborg

Om rollen
Som Produktionschef har du ett helhetsansvar för våra två siter i Göteborg – Göteborg Nord, med fokus på lagerhållning och distribution, och Göteborg Syd, som är specialiserad på ombyggnation och anpassningar av utrustning och fordon. Du driver både den operativa och strategiska utvecklingen av verksamheten och ansvarar för ekonomi, arbetsmiljö och organisationsutveckling. I rollen ingår också att leda den kommande sammanslagningen av de två enheterna.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
P&L- och arbetsmiljöansvar för båda anläggningarna
Operativ och strategisk ledning av verksamheten
Kommersiellt ansvar för befintliga och nya kontrakt, inklusive kundrelationer och Account Management
Uppbyggnad av en ny organisation och teamledning
Driva och leda förändringsarbete, inklusive sammanslagning av verksamheter
Arbeta med utveckling och digitalisering av processer

Vi söker dig som har:
Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda organisationer i förändring, gärna med ansvar för omstrukturering eller uppbyggnad av nya team
Vana av att fatta tuffa beslut, inklusive hantering av personalfrågor såsom uppsägningar
Förmåga att kombinera ett långsiktigt strategiskt perspektiv med ett operativt driv
Erfarenhet från logistik eller annan bransch med flera intressenter (kund, personal, ledning) är meriterande
Akademisk examen, exempelvis inom industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande
God förståelse för processutveckling och digitalisering

Om verksamheten i Göteborg
Göteborg Nord erbjuder moderna lösningar för lager och distribution, medan Göteborg Syd är ett specialiserat nav för ombyggnation av utrustning och fordon – en så kallad heavy conversions centre. Totalt omfattar verksamheten idag ca 35 medarbetare, varav 7 tjänstemän. Inhyrd personal förekommer inte för tillfället. Rollen innebär ett tydligt ansvar för att forma framtidens organisation och skapa långsiktig stabilitet och effektivitet.

Vad innebär rollen som Produktionschef? Här är du den som styr och optimerar hela vår produktionskedja. Bakom varje inköp startar en grundlig process där vi hanterar allt från testning och dokumentation till beslut om åtgärder, exempelvis service, reparationer, däckbyten, lackarbeten och annonsering. Ditt ansvar är att utveckla och effektivisera hela processen, vilket innebär att säkerställa att varje bil snabbt och effektivt uppfyller kraven för vår standard samt är redo att publiceras till försäljning enligt våra mål. För att lyckas arbetar du nära både interna team och externa leverantörer, skapar tydliga rutiner och säkerställer att systemen stödjer våra mål om effektivitet och kvalitet. Därför ser vi att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i olika system samt förmågan att inspirera och utbilda kollegor. Kort sagt: du sätter standarden och ser till att produktionen håller en hög växel genom hela flödet.
Vi söker dig som… …har ett skarpt öga för detaljer och är ett proffs på att organisera, optimera och engagera. Med flera års erfarenhet av produktionsledning och processutveckling, gärna från bilbranschen, är du den som ser hur kugghjulen kan rulla smidigare. Och ja, du har:
Vana att arbeta i Microsoft Office, främst Excel och PowerPoint.
Erfarenhet att hantera avancerade system och vet hur man anpassar dem för bästa flöde.

As a Senior Maintenance Manager at the body shop, you will lead and manage our maintenance organization during our transformation journey.

You will focus on strategic roadmap, continuous improvements, problem solving and act as a role model to develop our people. You shall love technology but above all, the technique of developing people.

You will be part of our transformation journey in the car manufacturing industry and a member of the Body Shop management team, reporting directly to the Head of Body Shop VCT. What you'll do

As our Senior Maintenance Manager, you’re responsible for setting business targets for performance in line with Volvo’s vision and mission. This is done together with the Supervisors and teamleaders for the shop.

You’re also responsible for coaching, support and challenge Supervisors by developing, maintaining and following up to improve the quality, as well as participating in strategic work to bring out new activities for the short- and long-term goals.  


What you'll bring

The right candidate has a technical degree or equivalent work experience and technical knowledge, preferably within the area of maintenance. You have broad experience from manufacturing and/or quality within Volvo Cars or relevant industry.

You must have strong leadership experience from development of functions, systems, attributes and components in automotive engineering. The position requires good oral and written communication skills in both English and Swedish.

We do think you have experience as a leader and are looking to inspire leadership which has been shown through coaching skills. You are highly interested in individual development with the ambition to grow the employees’ mind-set and behaviour.

We are looking for a Sustainability Data Expert to help us make a difference! You will be part of the sustainability team within the cluster of Workplace. The team is responsible for shaping the global workplace, building the sustainability strategy, and guiding its implementation, by focusing on cross-functional alignment and raising the ambition level in line with decided strategies. 

What you'll do

You will be working with our facility sustainability data which is being collected in our  internally developed IT support tool FEST (Facility Environmental and Sustainability Tool). You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting the data to internal and external reports as well as add new requirements on FEST and other relevant systems/tools when additional data or analyzes is needed. You will also be responsible for setting new targets when relevant as well as working with our global colleagues to set up action plans on how to reach the targets and follow them up. Main areas of interest are likely connected to water and pollution. 


What you'll bring

You have a university degree in a relevant area, e.g., industrial ecology, environmental engineering or similar and a few years relevant work experience. We see that you are a collaborator who builds trust to drive results in a good way. Communication skills are important to create engagement around the topics. At the same time, you really enjoy data handling and structure as a lot of data needs to be handled, analyzed, and reported on a regular basis.

We are looking for a Performance & Drivability Analysis Engineer as a part of the Longitudinal Dynamics Team within Engineering at Volvo Cars. The job will also be supporting the other attributes within the team.

The Longitudinal Dynamics Team is part of the Vehicle Attributes department at Volvo Cars Headquarters in Gothenburg. The department supports the strategic direction of “For life. Freedom to move in a Personal, Sustainable and Safe way.” We organise attribute competence in dynamic attributes such as vehicle dynamics, drivability, charging performance, braking, body structure dynamics, road noise, wind noise, propulsion NVH, climate & thermal NVH, solidity, component NVH and active sound experience. In close collaboration with the design and release teams we take responsibility for a great driving experience for our end users.

You will get the opportunity to be involved in all project phases, from Advanced Engineering to production start with a focus on power certification. You will get a varying role where you work with testing in complete vehicle and program management securing and reporting the attribute performance contributing to the world’s most inspired and confident driving experience. We can offer state-of-the-art equipment and test facilities and the opportunity to build an extensive network with other internal design areas, suppliers, and our development center in Shanghai.


What you'll do

As a Performance & Drivability Analysis Engineer, you will support the delivery of the teams attributes. You will plan, perform, analyze and report test results from complete vehicle testing and homologation during concept, prototype and industrialization verification phases. Some focus will also be on project management and support for other attributes in the team. Most of the testing will be performed at chassis dynos in-house and at test tracks close to Gothenburg, but the position also involves leading testing activities at different tracks in Europe and expeditions on public roads.

You will also support in the requirement setting, communicate analysis results and support the design work from an attribute perspective. You will participate in the development of improved or new methods and measurement capabilities. Some of your responsibilities will be to lead assignments dependent on your experience and knowledge.

What you'll bring

We see that you have a BSc or MSc in mechanical engineering or similar and that you have an understanding of complete vehicle testing.

You are curious to develop, learn new things and grow to be a part of bringing the attribute into the age of electrification. Understanding of the customer expectations & experience and the importance of official data in the overall refinement of vehicles will be highly valued. Beneficial is also hands-on experience working on vehicles, measurement systems and test planning.

On a personal level, you are a curious, outspoken and brave person known for your ability to synthesize data, transforming complex analysis into simple and effective recommendations. You are customer-focused and results-oriented with a sense of timing. You possess good interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable to present and discuss results at different fora and levels. You are a team player with a sense of accountability, also comfortable working independently.

Required qualifications:
* BSc or MSc within related engineering areas
* Ability to both work hands-on in vehicle and plan, perform, analysis and reports testing
* Driver’s license, Swedish B-level
* Experience from complete vehicle testing is meritorious
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
