About us
Safety, Quality and Regulations Team is a part of the Tactical Circle within Electromobility which is a part of Group Trucks Technology (GTT).
The Electromobility Quality Management System team in GOT is responsible to establish an industry leading QMS by defining comprehensive, highly effective, streamlined processes and successfully deploy robust quality assurance & controls that adhere to relevant automotive standards & regulations as well as foster a culture of continuous improvement, thereby enable Electromobility organization to seamlessly realize its vision and mission.  
We are now looking for a QMS Process Expert to join our team. 
Main responsibilities in this role:
We are responsible for defining the quality standards for the products that are being developed, and so key responsibilities lying within this role are as follows:
•    Engineering Product Development & Supporting functions process definition – documentation of process flow diagrams including process steps description, guidelines, templates & checklists.
•    Translate the theoretical process requirements into practical, implementable development steps which is right for our products and projects.
•    Collaborate with Engineering & Support teams to understand the current way of working, practical challenges, product use cases and there by arriving at optimal product development process with right balance.
•    Process Deployment - ensure ASPICE, Functional Safety & Cyber Security Process Compliance and deploy defined processes across projects.
•    Support feedback loops for implementing process improvement ideas from project teams.
•    Conduct / assist in ASPICE, Functional Safety & Cyber Security Process Trainings.
•    Support in achieving overall Electromobility Quality ambition via ensuring Process & Product Compliance.
•    Detail out robust quality assurance & quality control mechanisms. Add substantial value by finding relevant/consequential risks and issues.

Who are you?

As a QMS Process Expert you work closely with development teams and other functions to achieve the highest level of overall Quality & Safety for Electromobility system and components. 

We believe you have the following knowledge/experience: 
•    8 – 10 years of work experience in Automotive domain specifically quality, processes and standards.
•    Hands-on experience of ASPICE, Functional Safety process workflow in practical implementation scenarios.
•    Extensive experience applying (automotive) SPICE for software, electronics hardware and mechanical domains.
•    Thorough understanding of product development, verification & validation lifecycle and project management methodologies.
•    Experience in process areas based on business needs, tool/infrastructure considerations.
•    Experience in Quality Management practices supporting Automotive embedded mechatronics system projects and in multi-disciplinary projects.
•    Extensive experience in preparing process documentation.
•    Analytical skills to diagnose & resolve process issues as well as process improvements.
•    Experience auditing quality management system.
•    Independently interface with various stake holders.
•    Exposure to Product development with System approach.
•    Strong communication and facilitation skills. 
•    Ability to develop systemic and creative approaches.

Om uppdraget
Vi söker en engagerad och erfaren Quality Assucrance till vår kund Beyond Gravity för att säkerställa högsta kvalitetsstandard i deras projekt inom rymdindustrin. I denna roll kommer du att ansvara för att genomföra och övervaka Quality Assurance & Product Assurance-program enligt projektens milstolpar och kundkrav.
Vidare kommer du att metodiskt leda och dokumentera avvikelse- och felutredningar när produkt- och/eller processkrav bryts, och du tar ansvar för att lösa problem samt förbättra processer. Din uppgift är att säkerställa att kundkrav uppfylls genom att arbeta med Key Inspection Point (KIP) och Mandatory Inspection Point (MIP).

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
- Säkerställa att kundens, myndigheters och interna krav uppfylls genom hela projektets livscykel.
- Översätta kundens Critical to Quality (CTQ)-krav till interna specifikationer och riktlinjer.
- Leda rotorsaksanalyser (RCA) och undersökningar av kritiska kvalitetsfrågor både internt och tillsammans med kund.
- Moderera och genomföra Design FMEA och Process FMEA.
- Utveckla Process/Product CTQ och kontrollplaner i samarbete med kund och teknikavdelningen.
- Upprätta kvalitetsdokumentation för produkten.
- Stötta och säkerställa slutlig produktkvalificering.
- Delta i kund- och internrevisioner som kvalitetsrepresentant.

Du säkerställer att slutlig produktkvalificering uppfyller alla krav genom att leverera fullständig dokumentation. Dessutom upprättar du kundens rotorsaksanalyser (RCA) och avvikelserapporter samt ser till att MIP/KIP i produktionen följer gällande standarder, såsom ESA Cat.2-certifiering och/eller IPC.

Uppdraget pågår fram till årsskiftet, men med eventuell förlängning.

Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) is a global finance department within Group Finance, reporting to the Volvo Group CFO. FCA responsibility is to secure that financial performance is correctly reflected for Business Areas, Truck Divisions, Group Functions, and legal entities. FCA also provides local tax administration and compliance as well as global shared services through delivery centers in Accounting Services with quality focused and process efficient service deliveries. We are a global organization with 1400 colleagues in more than 50 countries. We are closely integrated with business operations.  What we are looking for
We are now looking for a new team member within FCA Business Control team to drive financial performance within the FCA organization and actively participate in digital transformation. In this role you will closely collaborate with the team of 11 great colleagues and finance professionals. Located in 5 different countries but having great connection. In this position you will report to the Director of FCA business control.
What you will do
As a business controller in this role, you will work with performance and financial follow-up for entire FCA operations. This includes follow-ups towards estimates, frames, key performance indicators as well as securing that precise estimates are in place. Your mission is to consolidate our entire team’s efforts in planning and follow-up. You are putting all pieces of puzzle into one unified picture and help drive lean FCA controlling agenda. This work gives you the opportunity to be involved in but also drive different improvement and development activities within the business controlling area. You will work in close cooperation with our business controllers’ team as well as FCA organization. In addition, your network with colleagues in business control teams within Volvo Group.

Main activities and responsibilities
Secure financial and operational follow-up with focus on efficiency, transparent structure, and high quality. 
Work closely with team of FCA controllers, FCA management and FCA organization in performing analysis, follow-up as well as supporting operational decisions
Participate and drive networks within business control. Drive development and change initiatives within the controlling area and initiate and follow up improvement actions.
Secure that cost and headcount estimates are done for FCA, consolidated and reported
Participate and drive setting financial targets
Analyze and report on financial performance
Monthly reporting to different stakeholders and participation in operational and controlling forums.
Contribute to team’s development

The right person for this position has a solid background in finance. You hold a strong analytical skill combined with data competence. You are action oriented and have good drive to deliver and get things done in an efficient way.  You enjoy continuous improvement of yours and your team’s daily work. You are a great team player working at ease in a global environment and with a management team.
We believe that you have the following knowledge and experience:

A relevant degree in Finance/Economics/Business
Experience from working with controlling/financial reporting/accounting.
Highly skilled in communication and management of relations with stakeholders on senior management level in a global context
Strong team working skills in matrix organizations and geographically diversified teams.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Good skills in Power BI developing Power BI and using other power apps, a plus.
Good accounting knowledge
Structured, well organized, good at prioritizing and with strong commitment to get things done. 
Strong analytical skills
Proactive, service minded and flexible. 
Excellent presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Where you fit in


Treasury Control & Compliance (TCC) is a function within Volvo Group Treasury, responsible for Business Control, Risk Control and Compliance. TCC is a diverse team with highly motivated and skilled team members. The responsibilities within the team are wide, ranging from derivative valuation, financial analysis, rating agency interaction and risk modelling. 

In joining our team you will be expected to assume ownership of all matters relating to financial credit risk. You will ensure policy adherence, interact with stakeholders and create data models. Together with other financial risk analysts you will create and develop financial risk models.

Your areas of responsibility include

* Ensure policy adherence and monitor the Volvo Group’s financial credit risk exposure.
* Conduct financial counterparty rating analysis.
* Manage collateral in according with CSA agreements effectively and interact with banks.
* Oversee EMIR monitoring and compliance.
* Develop and utilize financial models to support risk management initiatives.

Meriting qualifications


•    Previous experience in Treasury or the financial industry.
•    Knowledge of Wall Street Suite.

What you will do


Cab Engineering is responsible for developing advanced new cabs for our future Volvo Heavy Duty trucks.

Our team's responsibility covers End User Functionality for Passive Safety, Visibility and Comfort related functionality globally. We are continuously adapting our current products to different market demands, and you will be working in a tight team that is cooperating with the different sites globally.

The End User Function Owner/System Provider role enables global responsibility of end user functionality and offering across brands and products in terms of user/customer need and wanted system behavior and requires a broad understanding of truck vs traffic behavior and user needs. You are comfortable in taking ownership in a globally cross functional team whilst collaborating in a dedicated way. You have experience of user-centric development and have a genuine interest in traffic safety. You are self-directed, organized and have an analytical way of taking on tasks and driving them forward.  

To be successful in this position we think that you have experience of leading a team of experts, you possess solid communication skills and thrive in a multi-cultural context. As this is a technical position you need to enjoy understanding and analysing complex system behavior.

Who are you?

Task and Responsibilities:
* Identify scope for concerned EUF by input from; Competitor analyses, Project prerequisites, Feature requirements, Technology development, Legal demands, consumer ratings etc


* Break down EUF scope to EUF requirements in SE-tool


* Perform Functional Safety (ISO26262), Cyber security and Quality analyses such as HARA, FSC, TSC, TARA and S-FMEA


* Lead and coordinate integration activities for the EUF cross functionality across engineering departments in all product life cycle phases


* Document the EUF solution in the System Description


* Assist project manager with input for time plans and concept decisions


* Be receiver of and address issues in the distributed solution for the EUF System (quality reports etc.) 


Profile:

•    M Sc or equivalent.
•    8+ years of experience within Passive Safety work in the automotive industry. 
•    Good understanding of the tasks and responsibilities outlined above. 
•    Flexible, enthusiastic, and methodical individual who is self-motivated and able to work well under own initiative.
•    A strong end-user mindset
•    Excellent collaboration/communication skills
•    Experience in leading cross functional development is a merit.
•    Experience within Mechatronic systems.
•    Experience in working with ISO26262 process and its work products.
•    Experience in working with Cyber Security process and its work products.
•    Proficiency in the English language
•    Experience in requirement writing.
