I rollen som ServiceNow-utvecklare kommer du att arbeta hos kunden med att utveckla och anpassa lösningar i plattformen, stödja effektiva ITSM-processer och bidra till framtidssäkra arbetssätt.
Det här kommer du att arbeta med
Utveckla, konfigurera och anpassa lösningar i ServiceNow
Arbeta med moduler som Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB och Service Catalog
Skapa och vidareutveckla workflows, business rules, UI policies och script
Implementera integrationer med externa system via API:er och REST-baserade gränssnitt
Felsöka, optimera och förvalta befintliga lösningar i plattformen
Delta i implementationer, uppgraderingar och vidareutveckling tillsammans med ITSM-, utvecklings- och arkitekturteam

Huvudkompetenser
Minst fem års relevant erfarenhet av ServiceNow-utveckling
God förståelse för ITSM-processer och ServiceNow-arkitektur
Stark erfarenhet av konfiguration och utveckling i plattformen, inklusive business rules, client scripts/UI policies, workflows och relaterade objekt
God förmåga att arbeta med integrationer, API:er och scriptning i JavaScript
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT eller motsvarande erfarenhet
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

Meriterande
Certifieringar inom ServiceNow, exempelvis Certified System Administrator eller Application Developer

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate product architecture activities for advanced engineering projects
Define and evaluate complete vehicle system architectures
Support the development of innovative vehicle concepts, including electrified and hybrid solutions
Plan, coordinate, and follow up field tests and validation activities
Analyze test results and drive engineering decisions using a data-driven approach
Create and maintain clear, structured, and traceable technical documentation
Collaborate closely with workshops, mechanics, technicians, and engineering teams
Manage multiple technical topics simultaneously and ensure timely closure
Interface with customers and stakeholders to capture requirements and communicate technical solutions

Required Qualifications
MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
7–10 years of experience in automotive, heavy vehicle, or complete vehicle engineering
Strong experience in mechanical design and system architecture
Good understanding of complete vehicle systems and interactions
Hands-on knowledge of vehicle functionality and operation
Experience working with technical documentation and engineering processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

We are looking for an experienced IT & Security Specialist to take full responsibility for Irisity’s tech and security environment. In this role, you will be the go-to person for IT and security matters, making sure that our systems, office environment, and employee equipment are reliable and well-protected.
Your scope will include managing IT infrastructure, supporting colleagues with technical needs, maintaining office security (such as access cards and alarms), and overseeing inventory management. You will work with cybersecurity tasks like penetration testing, vulnerability checks, and incident response, while also advising leadership on risk, compliance, and future improvements.
This is a broad and practical role without direct reports, where you’ll collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure both digital and physical security are in place.
Key responsibilities
Oversee IT infrastructure, end-user devices, access control systems, and office security solutions for both Sweden (headquarters) and Hungary (satellite office).
Maintain and improve cybersecurity posture, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with information security policies, GDPR, and relevant regulations.
Manage hardware and software inventory, including laptops, cell phones, licenses, and key cards.
Lead incident response and business continuity planning.
Support a part-time IT colleague in Hungary.
