About this role
We are now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for our organization, someone with a deep interest in infrastructure and enabling fast feedback loops for developers by developing continuous integration capabilities. You will belong to a small and passionate team responsible for developing our infrastructure and related technology stack for on premise and cloud deployments; the foundation for our video analytics platform that thousands of cameras across the world are connected to.

Who we think you are
To be successful in this role, we expect you will bring experience of working with product development and/or solutions that leverage physical or cloud infrastructure. Experience with on premise deployments is a plus. You also need a good understanding of organizational aspects of software development and of how to collaborate efficiently with others.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience working with infrastructure and tooling for applications with high performance requirements.
Strong knowledge of multiple of the technologies we use, e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes, databases and messaging systems. Kubernetes administrator certificate is a plus.
Linux administrator knowledge, e.g., knowledge in kernels, different distributions etc.
General interest and knowledge in security.
A strong desire to collaborate with others and to contribute to team success.
Great understanding of both Windows and Linux build environments and toolchains.
Excellent communication and organization skills and great personal initiative and drive, with an ability to understand the requirements of different stakeholders, keeping things organized, and making things happen.
Proficiency in English. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.
A degree in computer science or software engineering. Alternatively, a combination of other relevant education (formal or self-taught) and experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT & Security Specialist to take full responsibility for Irisity’s tech and security environment. In this role, you will be the go-to person for IT and security matters, making sure that our systems, office environment, and employee equipment are reliable and well-protected.
Your scope will include managing IT infrastructure, supporting colleagues with technical needs, maintaining office security (such as access cards and alarms), and overseeing inventory management. You will work with cybersecurity tasks like penetration testing, vulnerability checks, and incident response, while also advising leadership on risk, compliance, and future improvements.
This is a broad and practical role without direct reports, where you’ll collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure both digital and physical security are in place.
Key responsibilities
Oversee IT infrastructure, end-user devices, access control systems, and office security solutions for both Sweden (headquarters) and Hungary (satellite office).
Maintain and improve cybersecurity posture, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with information security policies, GDPR, and relevant regulations.
Manage hardware and software inventory, including laptops, cell phones, licenses, and key cards.
Lead incident response and business continuity planning.
Support a part-time IT colleague in Hungary.
Advise management on IT investments, security risks, and digital workplace improvements.
Act as point of contact for external auditors, vendors, and security partners.

Who we think you are

Hands-on experience with penetration testing, security monitoring, and threat mitigation.
Hands-on knowledge of both Windows and Linux administration (Ubuntu & Red Hat),
Knowledge of identity and access management.
Experience with IT asset and inventory management.
Familiar with physical office security (access systems, surveillance, alarms).
Strong analytical skills and structured way of working.
Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage
Driven to stay up to date on security trends, and interested in ensuring compliance according to ISO and cyber security certifications

Nice haves
Knowledge in ISO / IEC 27001 standards and relevant certifications is highly meritorious
Experience with IP cameras and network devices including NVRs is meritorious
Experience with Kubernetes (K3s and OpenShift) is a plus

Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som ekonomiassistent kommer du att arbeta med bland annat:
Löpande bokföring
Fakturering
Leverantörsreskontra och kundreskontra
Uppläggning av nya kunder och leverantörer samt underhåll av befintliga
Rapportering av omsättning på kunder
Betalningar och bokföring av banktransaktioner samt avstämning av bank
Avstämning av vissa balanskonton
Kommunikation med kunder och leverantörer gällande fakturor
Momsrapportering
Kontorsansvar med inköp av kontorsmaterial, fika, frukost m.m.

Vi bedömer att tjänsten är ca 75% ekonomiassistent och 25% kontorsassistent.
Kvalifikationer
För rollen är nedan kvalifikationer meriterande, men det viktigaste för oss är en positiv och engagerad personlighet, så sök även om du inte uppfyller alla kriterier.
Erfarenhet av arbete som ekonomiassistent, gärna med liknande arbetsuppgifter
Grundläggande kunskaper i bokföring och ekonomiska system (vi arbetar i Fortnox)
God datorvana, särskilt i MS Office-paketet (Excel)
God kommunikationsförmåga och servicekänsla
Flytande engelska i tal och skrift

Group Accounting Manager
We are looking for a Group Accounting Manager to join our team in Lindholmen, Gothenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality reporting across the group and driving development of the groups financial reporting. You will work closely with senior management and business units and reports to the Group CFO.
To thrive in this role, you need to be proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You should be able to take initiative and drive process improvements and enjoy IT system development.

Key responsibilities
Consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensuring that financial reporting processes, financial regulations and accounting standards are followed and adhered to
Assessing financial and tax opportunities and risks
Driving improvements in financial processes, reporting, and internal controls
Collaborating with auditors, tax authorities, and external partners
Supporting mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence and integration processes
Drive development of the groups transfer pricing documentation and secure implementation
Ad hoc analyses

Desired qualifications and competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional experience from group accounting from listed company
Experience in process development and familiarity with Aaro or other group consolidation tools are advantageous
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvements
Strong MS Excel skills
Ability to communicate financial conclusions and recommendations to people at all levels in the organization
Self-driven, team-oriented and hands-on
Fluency in both English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
