Zinzino is growing, and we need to further strengthen our organization and are now seeking a Compliance Officer to join our Product Team.

As our primary compliance expert, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a compliant and responsible product journey. This role requires a broad skill set and is crucial for ensuring that all products, processes, and marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards. The Compliance Officer will work closely with product development, marketing etc. to ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to product safety, labeling, advertising, and consumer protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance

Monitor and interpret local and international regulations relevant to nutrition and FMCG products, including food safety, labelling, advertising, and claims.

Risk Assessment

Conduct compliance risk assessments for new products and marketing campaigns, identifying potential regulatory issues and working with teams to implement corrective actions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with product, marketing, supply chain and quality assurance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into product design and development.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities, including audits, approvals, and corrective actions. Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders.

Labelling and Claims Review

Review product labels, packaging, and marketing claims to ensure they meet regulatory standards for health, nutrition, and safety claims.

Regulatory Liaison

Act as the primary contact with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries, product recalls, and inspections, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Food Science, Nutrition, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the nutrition or FMCG sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations related to food safety, labelling, and advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound compliance recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with compliance for digital products or online marketing in the nutrition or FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of certifications and standards, such as FDA, EFSA, HACCP, or ISO.
- Familiarity with sustainability and ethical practices within the FMCG sector is a plus.

• Occasionally assist with support for other European markets.

• Resolve complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded individual to join our team at one of our office location in Västra Frölunda (Gothenburg), Sweden. While full training on our systems and products will be provided, we’re seeking candidates with the following background:

What You’ll Need:

• Native-level fluency in Swedish And/Or Danish & Norwegian (written and spoken).
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus, German & Spanish are particularly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to handle challenges with a smile.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with administrative and support-related tasks is a strong advantage.

What You Will Do

Create Local Relevance at Global Scale

• Lead the localization of all videos, digital, and printed materials in 25+ languages.
• Ensure every market receives content that feels polished, trustworthy, and culturally relevant.
• Work closely with our in-house design and content production teams, as well as external partners.

Bring Our Brand Stories to Life Through Video

• Project-lead new video productions from concept to global delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and suppliers - ensuring a smooth production journey for everyone involved.
• Deliver the English master and all localized versions on time for launches and campaigns.

Elevate Our Digital & Printed Assets

• Manage updates to global presentations, toolkits, and digital materials.
• Oversee the production of brochures, flyers, roll-ups, and printed marketing assets.
• Ensure all materials reflect our brand, our science, and our commitment to quality.

Strengthen Our Asset Ecosystem

• Upload and maintain videos, presentations, and printed materials in our digital asset systems.
• Act as the main contact for our DAM provider, ensuring the platform evolves with our needs.
• Support our global community with accurate, accessible, up-to-date materials.

Who You Are

You are calm, structured, and solution-oriented—even when juggling multiple deadlines. You love working across cultures and time zones, and you have a natural ability to keep people aligned and projects moving forward.

• A structured, solution-oriented project manager with 5+ years of experience in multi-language content production, ideally from an advertising, media, or translation agency.
• Skilled in using AI tools for content adaptation (voice-over, subtitles, localization workflows).
• A natural coordinator with strong communication, stakeholder-management abilities and a “we can solve this” attitude..
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines with precision and calm.
• Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are a plus.
• Skilled in MS Office and Acrobat; experience with InDesign or Photoshop is an advantage.

Zinzino is currently seeking an Associate to join the Payment Team in our Finance Department. As a Payment Team Associate, you will be a highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual with solid expertise in data analysis, invoicing, and various banking operations.

Responsibilities:

As part of our Payment Team, your duties will include:

• Commission Payments: Administering commission payments based on sales performance and commission structures to our Sales Partners globally.
• Refunds and Chargebacks: Managing refunds and processing chargebacks.
• Incoming Payments: Handling incoming payments across all markets.
• Analysis and Validation: Analysing and validating commission payments and accounts payable.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Support and Accounting Teams to manage internal emails and resolve payment related cases.
• Reporting: Preparing monthly commission reports for external offices and the Accounting Team.
• Administrative Tasks: Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing paperwork, and managing electronic documents.

Requirements:

• Economics background. Bachelor’s in accounting or related field is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing payment operations, accounting, or similar roles is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of commission structures and calculations.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and accounting software and/or various business systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
