The office in Gothenburg is our default workplace, but we stay flexible when working from home makes sense for the team or the project. We trust each other to coordinate and keep things professional.
Most of our work is built in Kotlin, Go, and TypeScript, and we aim to pick the tools that best fit each project so our teams can focus on delivering the right solution.
The role is broad but centered on backend. You'll work on projects for both Swedish and international companies, including systems that integrate external services, automation, and frontend clients.
As a Senior Backend Developer, your role will involve:
Building high-performance, and scalable systems in modern stacks that suit the project.


Designing cloud-native systems with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) across AWS, GCP, and Azure.


Developing robust data models and database architectures to support application requirements.


Building observable systems with the right metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting to understand and operate what we ship.


Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with containerized deployments and scaling strategies.

Who You Are:
5+ years of experience building and running backend services in production.


Comfortable owning a system end to end, from API design to deployment and operations.


Strong in at least one of our core languages (Kotlin, Go, or TypeScript), and willing to pick up others as projects demand.


Experience making technical decisions on a team: weighing tradeoffs, reviewing code, and mentoring peers.


A product mindset: You think about maintainability, user impact, and long-term health, not just the ticket in front of you.


Familiar with agentic development tools

? Minst 5 års erfarenhet av mjukvaruutveckling i professionell miljö
? Stark kompetens i .NET och C#
? Erfarenhet av molnutveckling, helst Microsoft Azure (Container Apps, Functions, IoT Hub m.m.)
? Vana vid mikrotjänster, distribuerade system och arkitekturdesign
? Du skriver kod du kan visa upp — och du vet varför det spelar roll (clean architecture)
? Systemtänk: du ser helheten, inte bara din egen ticket
? Du behöver förstå svenska (helt okej att prata engelska men vi pratar svenska i vardagen)

About the assignment
For our client we are looking for a ADAS Validation Engineer.

Description of the assignment
In our Intelligent Drive department our main goal is to launch our ADAS functionality to the European market. As ADAS Validation Engineer this is what you will do most of the time:

- Verification of your functions in our Vehicles, both on test track and public roads both in Sweden and rest of Europe
- Validate your functions to ensure that they meet the expectations from the European customer
- Analysis of test results and Issue management based on needs for European market and regulation, towards our Chinese counterparts and suppliers
- Support activities connected to homologation and EU-NCAP together with project and external test partners

Qualifications and skills required for the role
• Minimum 3 years of experience within ADAS including vehicle testing on European market
• Driver license valid in Sweden is a must
• Good knowledge of ADAS behavior in complete vehicle
• Knowledge of Canalyzer, Canoe and Systemweaver
• Experience of ADAS HW and log equipment are merited

About the Team
You will be part of a Wireless Hardware team responsible for developing connectivity products that enable an always-connected vehicle experience. These technologies include 5G communication, telematics, BLE, GNSS, SDARS, and TPMS.
This team contributes to the development of premium connected vehicles and works in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and global partners.
Role Overview
As Lead Engineer / GDL, you will oversee hardware development for connectivity systems and manage supplier collaboration to ensure requirements, timelines, and cost targets are met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading a cross-functional team of hardware engineers and software responsible
Managing technical development activities at suppliers
Gathering and defining technical requirements from multiple stakeholders
Ensuring that suppliers accept and deliver on agreed technical scopes
Reviewing test and validation results in cooperation with suppliers
Coordinating internal interfaces such as attributes, mechanical integration, and software development
Creating and following up on project plans to ensure delivery to production and aftermarket
Who You Are
You are a proactive and structured engineer with a background in product development within the automotive industry. You thrive in a collaborative environment and take ownership of your work. You are passionate about technology and motivated to drive progress in connected vehicle systems.
Qualifications B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field
Experience in automotive product development (hardware/software/integration/testing)
Experience with diagnostics, component ownership, or release to production is a plus
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to team success
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
