Job Summary
· As a CMF Designer for our Client, you will support CMF development for one or more vehicle programs, translating strategic direction into production-ready design solutions.
· You will create creative proposals, support and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
· Support on CMF development for assigned vehicle programs from concept (DSM0) to launch (J1)
· Assist in delivering complete CMF proposals including colour, material, and finish specifications incl. technical drawings for quilt and perforation patterns
· Translate CMF strategy into feasible and production-ready design solutions
· Collaborate with designers, engineers, modelers, visualization experts, trimmers, and painters
· Coordinate with suppliers for exterior paint, soft trim, and decorative materials
· Develop macro-level CMF themes and detailed design elements (quilting, textures, mesh patterns)
· Produce high-quality visual presentations, renders, and storytelling materials
· Support sustainability initiatives and material innovation exploration
· Mentor CMF designers and support team knowledge sharing
· Present CMF proposals confidently to internal/external stakeholders and leadership
Experience:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or related field
· 2-5 years of CMF experience, preferably within automotive industry
· Proven experience delivering production-ready CMF programs
· Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
· Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Competence:
· Strong creative vision and CMF storytelling capability
· Ability to independently lead CMF programs
· Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing feasibility
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
· Ability to create high-quality renders in VRED or Blender
· Familiarity with Rhino or Blender is a plus
· Knowledge of generative AI tools is an advantage

The overarching role and objective for Innovation & Product Development (I&PD;) is to develop competitive Innovations that support sustainable and profitable growth in line with Commercial and Brand strategies, meeting Category objectives.
As a Product Development Stream-Lead, within the Category Innovation Team – Nicotine pouch products, a part of I&PD;, you will have a central role to design and support the future competitiveness and success of the oral nicotine pouch portfolio. A key responsibility in this central role will be to spearhead innovation projects from early ideation to launch, leading cross-functional teams. The role comes with a wide visibility and network internally and externally, including Business Units, Product & Technology development team, Operations, as well as the senior leadership team. The role is based in Gothenburg.


More specifically, you'll
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Innovation strategy and plan that delivers on our business objectives
Lead Innovation projects or the technical stream of Innovation projects through the innovation process stage gates, i.e. from consumer insight to launch ensuring alignment with stakeholders and proper management of risks
To fuel the innovation pipeline, translate consumer insights and market needs to product requirements and connecting technical solutions with relevant consumer needs, proposing new innovation projects and development initiatives
Drive cross-functional ideation sessions by mining of consumer insights, market trends and technical possibilities
Together with expertise explore development opportunities utilizing external and internal technology and product development
Secure alignment and work closely with Business units, the wider R&D and technology community where one big hub is located in Neuchatel, Switzerland as well as the Product Development teams in Sweden and Operations to prepare for successful launches


Who we’re looking for
University degree with MSc in Chemistry / Biotechnology / Food Science or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience from innovation / product or technology development preferably within FMCG industry sector or other industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, material development in a multinational environment
Sound experience from project ownership and/or in leading complex multi-functional projects
Demonstrated strategic and analytical mindset, open and creative approach, that goes from word to deed
Good understanding of commercial aspects of innovation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English, Swedish is an advantage

The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical maintenance and oversight of training courses and related deployment and infrastructure. This will include course alignment, modernization and migration, along with roadmap development in collaboration with the Solution Offer Manager to ensure solution capabilities align with market demands. The candidate will be responsible for planning and supporting the course platform used for course training and delivery of our Crew Academy training offerings.


Position Responsibilities:
- Transition Management: Plan and execute on the transition of existing courses from on-premises hosting to cloud-based solutions, including Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms
- Support and Implementation: Support course instructors in course migration and modernization, along with error correction
- Execution and Delivery: Ensure the execution of the roadmap, delivering on required capabilities and timelines while managing any associated risks
- Course Updates Coordination: Coordination of course updates in response to new major versions of underlying products, ensuring that all content remains current and relevant
- Technical Information Provision: Provide detailed technical information regarding course capabilities, capacity, and licensing of vendor software to Academy Crew management, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate technical personnel when necessary

IT End User Support Specialist –Europe
We have an opportunity for an IT End User Support Specialist (ITEUSS) to join The Company's DAS group to provide real-time IT operational support to end users, programs, and projects.
Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, the role will be responsible for performing a multidisciplinary range of technical systems and application activities. The ITEUSS will install, configure, and maintain multiplatform systems, hardware, software, and components. The specialist will also be responsible for delivering IT services, supporting end users, and contributing to IT projects within the assigned region or, as needed, occasionally in other regions. One of the key elements of the job will be the ability to optimize and automate tasks for IT technicians.


Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

Special project assignments, backfill requirements, or rotations may necessitate short-term assignments to other sites and regions. Significant flexibility is expected to perform off-hours activities, both on-site and remotely.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
? At least 5 years of total IT experience with hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support and service delivery, both onsite and remotely.
? Previous experience working in a global IT team is highly desirable.
? A computing background and at least one or more professional technical certifications are highly desired (ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco).
? Extensive IT technical support skills with superior knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware.
? Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including server and network administration.
