Om rollen: I rollen ansvarar du för att bygga, underhålla och optimera CI/CD-pipelines samt säkerställa stabila och effektiva utvecklingsmiljöer. Du kan även komma att arbeta med säkerhetskritiska system, support och problemlösning. För rätt person finns möjligheten att utvecklas vidare som teamledare, produktägare eller Scrum Master. Du kommer att designa, implementera och underhålla CI/CD-pipelines, arbeta med Jenkins och Linux-baserade miljöer, delta i projekt inom säkerhetskritiska system samt stötta utvecklingsteam med automatisering, integration och releasehantering. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med teamet och fokus på kunskapsdelning.

Vi söker dig:
Vi söker dig som är flexibel och anpassningsbar, gärna med erfarenhet från konsultarbete eller liknande miljöer, och som har ett genuint intresse för säkerhetskritiska system och vill vara med och skapa robusta, högkvalitativa lösningar. Du har en relevant kandidatexamen inom datavetenskap, elektronik, mekatronik eller liknande och minst tre års erfarenhet i en liknande DevOps-roll. Du har erfarenhet av CI/CD, DevOps-verktyg, testautomation samt integrations- och automationskedjor, och har kunskap om eller erfarenhet av språk och verktyg såsom JavaScript, Python, Bash, Java, Git, Jenkins, Docker och Kubernetes. Du har också god förståelse för och praktisk erfarenhet av Linux, antingen från yrkeslivet eller genom egna projekt.
Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Bash och Python samt ledarerfarenhet eller ambition att ta en roll som teamledare, Scrum Master eller produktägare.

We are looking for a senior UX/UI designer with a strong focus on UI to collaborate on an exciting project of developing our next generation of condition monitoring solutions.

Your responsibilities and day-to-day tasks:
We are recruiting an additional member to our UX/UI design team, and your day-to-day tasks include;
• Cooperating closely with our UX/UI Lead, product owners and chief product owner to suggest different solutions to defined needs.
• Initiate, participate and contribute to design reviews frequently.
• Driving standardization and inform/educate development teams on design rules.
• Testing/verifying the UI design that our developers have implemented.
• Working with stakeholders to understand needs.
• Participating in scrum ceremonies.
• Brainstorm, share insights, and collectively create something impactful.

Requirements:
Senior Figma user, i.e. you need deep knowledge and understanding of working with Figma and design systems, especially working with component-based web design (auto-layout, variables, design libraries, responsive design, prototyping, interactivity).
Proficient in applying web and Document Object Model (DOM) principles to enhance UI design—ensuring responsive layouts, consistent spacing, and intuitive element behavior across platforms.
Comfortable with an iterative working process, meaning that you share your designs at an early stage to allow feedback.
Strong communication skills, i.e. having the ability to describe & explain the rationale behind your design decisions.
Solid understanding of design systems as a concept and experience in the underlying factors of scalability and compliance within design.
Strong personal drive to get things done in an environment characterized by autonomous teams and high trust in the individual.?
Preference towards collaboration and teamwork. Ask for help when needed and help others when being asked to support.
Curious and a strong willingness to learn our domain, the products we build and the environment we operate in.?
Experience with agile development methodologies is required.

Erfarenhet från utvecklingsprojekt med krav på robusthet, spårbarhet och testbarhet
