Right now, we’re looking for an experienced HIL Engineer for one of our clients in the autonomous vehicle industry.

About the Role

Together we are breaking new ground and developing autonomous solutions for a sustainable and safe future. HIL testing is a crucial step in continuous integration, verification, and validation to ensure quality, speed, and safety in the development of autonomous systems.

As a HIL Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing HIL equipment, with a strong focus on sensor simulation and protocol integration. In a complex and evolving environment, you will ensure that the HIL systems and surrounding toolchains remain compatible with development needs. This role involves close collaboration with development, test, and verification teams to stay aligned with the latest software and hardware demands.

Your work will include:

• Architecting and designing HIL rigs and their components.
• Simulating sensors and implementing new communication protocols.
• Ensuring maintainability and configurability of HIL systems over time.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and applying them effectively.
• Close collaboration with AD development and V&V teams to identify current and future HIL requirements.
• Supporting testing of in-house developed software, both in ongoing development and in production.

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Solid experience in HIL development for real-time systems, including architecture and design of HIL rigs.
• Strong knowledge of sensor simulation and communication protocols such as CAN (J1939), DDS, or REST API.
• Proficiency in software development and toolchains, with hands-on experience in CI/CD environments (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Docker).
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., pytest, Robot Framework) and simulation tools like Carla, dSpace, or Vector.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive technical decisions, and collaborate across teams in a fast-evolving environment.

Bonus: Experience with perception sensors (lidar, radar, camera), DevOps practices, and large-scale simulation environments.

What you'll bring

About the Role
As Electrical System Architect, you will lead the strategic design and development of electrical and electronic systems for our products. Key Responsibilities

Vi söker nu en Teknikinformatör / Teknisk skribent som vill arbeta nära tekniken och bidra till att avancerade försvarssystem blir begripliga, användbara och tillförlitliga för fältpersonal.
OM ROLLEN:Som teknikinformatör arbetar du med att ta fram och strukturera teknisk dokumentation för radarprodukter som används i krävande miljöer. Dokumentationen är systemnära men riktar sig inte till utvecklare – utan till tekniker och användare i fält som behöver tydliga, korrekta och tillförlitliga instruktioner.
Du blir en del av ett team om 7 personer och samarbetar nära objektledare, analysingenjörer och tekniska specialister. Rollen kräver teknisk förståelse, kommunikativ förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt – men du förväntas inte själv utveckla systemen.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER:I rollen arbetar du med underhålls- och systemdokumentation där fokus ligger på hur systemen fungerar i praktiken. Du är med i dialogen tidigt för att förstå funktion, beroenden och begränsningar, och omsätter detta till tydlig dokumentation.
Det innebär att du bland annat:
Tar fram bytesanvisningar och utbytesinstruktioner
Skapar funktionsbeskrivningar på system- och delsystemnivå
Dokumenterar förebyggande underhåll och felsökning
Arbetar med dokumentation kopplad till automatiserade tester, felkoder och systembeteenden

Om rollen
Som System Design Engineer ansvarar du för den övergripande systemdesignen i kundens produkter. Du säkerställer att lösningar är tekniskt robusta, kostnadseffektiva och möjliga att industrialisera.

Assignment description

Our customer is running the world’s first fully automated electrode production line in Norway producing 500 MW of electrodes. The hydrogen market is developing rapidly, our customer is increasing its capacity to meet the needs. They are currently building their second production line of 500MW and are planning to expand even further to become the market leader in producing electrodes.

Next step is to industrialize a new technology of electrolyzer and therefore we are looking for a Senior Technical Lead within Assembly - a project manager who is a safe and strong driver of technical solutions and experienced in taking ownership for a  production assemly solution.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled person with a background in Automotive Industry (Assembly) or similar to support the growth. The position reports to the Manufacturing Expansion Director and will be localized approx. 3 days/week in Porsgrunn/Norway and 2 days from office/home office.

Assembly lead for India project supporting Reliance setting up an assembly line

Technical lead of industrialization of PE (Pressurized Electrolyzer)



Tasks and responsibilities


Technical lead of PE (Pressurized Electrolyzer) – Lead/support/coordinate industrialization engineers

About the Role
We are now looking for a Driver Simulation Engineer with strong experience in open?standard driving simulation to support one of our automotive customers.
You will work close to ADAS and autonomous driving development teams, focusing on virtual testing, scenario creation, and simulation integration using ASAM Open Standards. The work spans from scenario design to tool integration and automation, often in complex simulation environments.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain simulation environment and scenarios using
ASAM OpenDRIVE, OpenSCENARIO, and OpenCRG etc.
Build and execute virtual driving scenarios for ADAS and automated driving validation
Implement supporting tooling and automation in Python and C++
Integrate simulation environments via ASAM OSI (Open Simulation Interface)
Support Driver?in?the?Loop (DIL) and Software?in?the?Loop (SIL) setups
Collaborate with perception, vehicle dynamics, and system engineers
Analyze simulation results and contribute to improved test coverage and realism

Who You Are
You enjoy working close to both software and vehicle behavior, and you value clean, reusable solutions built on open standards.
We believe you have:
Experience within automotive simulation or virtual vehicle testing
Hands?on knowledge of ASAM Open Standards, especially:
OpenDRIVE & OpenSCENARIO
Strong programming skills in Python and C++

About the RoleAs a Diagnostics Design & Verification Engineer you will play a key role in shaping system reliability, safety, and serviceability throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with system architects, embedded engineers, and product owners to design, implement, and verify state?of?the?art diagnostic solutions.Responsibilities
Analyze system architectures to identify failure modes and diagnostic needs.
Define diagnostic concepts, monitoring strategies, and mitigation mechanisms.
Develop detailed system and software diagnostic requirements in accordance with ASPICE (SYS/SWE).
Structure, configure, and maintain DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) and UDS services.
Ensure compliance with key automotive standards: ISO 14229, SAE J2012, SAE 1979.
Design, implement, and execute diagnostic test cases for embedded systems.

Required Qualifications
Experience working as a System Design Engineer, collaborating closely with electrical engineers, product owners, and cross?functional teams.
Deep understanding of embedded systems and their lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with embedded software and hardware design.
Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, XCP.
Experience with HIL (Hardware?in?the?Loop) testing environments.
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze code.
Practical experience with vehicle and test?rig diagnostics and measurement.
Proficiency with tools such as Python, Excel, Wireshark, DLT Viewer.
Familiarity with Linux/WSL environments.
Valid Swedish B?category driving license.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with AUTOSAR and POSIX-based environments.
Knowledge of aftermarket onboard diagnostics and service?oriented tooling.
Understanding of emission?related monitor design and OBD legislation.
Background in system architecture development and/or project management.
