Description
We have an exciting opening for an expert level "Cyber Security Operations" professional to work onsite with our Automotive client in Gothenburg.

The consultant will be working in the Cloud & Connectivity team within IT & Digital Solutions.
The scope is to be responsible and accountable for meetings, planning, analysis work & daily contact with other teams within IT, business representatives and stakeholders. Representative during any customer audits.

Tasks
•Overall responsibility for TSP security, ensuring the strict adherence to all customer security and legal requirements.
•Awareness of and compliance to relevant regulations (NIS2 and GDPR)
•Security reporting on a regular basis, but also during any incidents or events to provide updates.
•Management and use of security tools and systems, such as PKI system, app reinforcement system, vulnerability scanners, and vulnerability management platform, etc.



Qualifications
oExperience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
oExperience with PKI, IAM, GDPR, NIS2
oHands?on with SIEM (Splunk, Elastic, Sentinel, etc.)
oHands-on experience with implementing of logging, alerting and dashboards
oCloud-native logging/monitoring
oSecurity architecture and compliance

About The Role

Who You Are

A degree in Information security, technology, or equivalent practical experience.


Experience working with technology security, ICT controls, IT operations or security governance.


Practical understanding of security frameworks and controls such as ISO 27001, DORA, incident management, or continuity planning.


Experience coordinating security activities, audits, evidence collection, or remediation efforts.


The ability to work effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.


Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.


Experience from financial services, regulated industries, or complex technology environments is a plus, but not a requirement.

We are now looking for our first in-house Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the next phase of our security journey.
The opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the information security function within an international organization operating critical infrastructure and global supply chains. As CISO, you will own and drive ACL's information security agenda, providing strategic leadership while also taking a hands-on role in developing governance, processes and security capabilities. Who you are
You are a security professional who enjoys creating structure, influencing stakeholders and translating complex security requirements into practical business solutions. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and are comfortable working across organizational boundaries.
You may already hold a CISO position or be ready to take the next step from a senior information security, cyber security or governance role.
We believe you have:

Several years of experience within information security, cyber security, governance, risk management or compliance.


Good understanding of regulatory and security frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST or similar, as well as GDPR.

We have open position for "Mandarin Speaking Infotainment Program Manager " to work for a premium electric car brand in Gothenburg-Sweden

Tasks
• Act as the primary interface between the Navigation supplier and OEM stakeholders
• Secure delivery according to agreed scope, quality targets, and program milestones
• Drive and follow up supplier activities related to requirements, implementation, integration, and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment between supplier deliveries and system, software, and vehicle release plans
• Lead governance meetings and track progress, risks, and mitigation actions
• Drive defect management and secure timely resolution across organizations
• Report delivery status, risks, and deviations to program and line management



Qualifications
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical background
• Minimum 6 years of experience within automotive Infotainment preferably navigation domain
• Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
• Strong experience working with external suppliers and managing deliveries towards OEM programs
• Good understanding of system integration at vehicle level within Infotainment
• Experience in requirement breakdown, scope management, and release planning
• Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Ability to drive issue resolution across multiple organizations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Tasks
The activities cover the complete development cycle, for example, functional safety impact analysis, hazard analysis and risk assessment, functional and technical safety concepts, validation and verification, safety case, system safety joint reviews with suppliers and verification reviews. Note that the position may require travelling (several times per year) to China.

• Lead and perform functional safety activities across vehicle and platform projects in accordance with ISO 26262, including HARA, FSC, TSC and safety analyses (FTA, FMEA).
• Develop, maintain and defend the Safety Case, ensuring end-to-end traceability from safety goals to implementation and verification.
• Perform verification, confirmation and technical reviews of safety work products and safety-relevant concepts.
• Drive ASIL decomposition strategies and support safety release and milestone gates.
• Lead and support System Safety Joint Reviews with suppliers, challenging safety argumentation
where required.
• Contribute to functional safety planning, governance and continuous improvement of processes,
guidelines and templates.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on functional safety experience within automotive, including vehicle and
platform-level development.
• Proven ability to independently lead and drive ISO 26262 activities end-to-end (HARA, FSC,
TSC, ASIL allocation/decomposition, Safety Case and safety release).
• Strong experience building, structuring and defending Safety Case towards internal
stakeholders, suppliers and review boards.
• Demonstrated capability to technically challenge suppliers and secure robust safety
argumentation in safety-critical development.
• Solid understanding of modern E/E architectures and software-intensive systems (e.g. central
compute, domain or zonal architectures).
• Experience leading safety analyses (FTA, FMEA) and defining safety mechanisms in HW and
SW.

Meritorious
• Experience acting as safety lead or safety responsible in vehicle/platform programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and interaction between Functional Safety and
Cybersecurity.
• Experience from ADAS/AD, electrified platforms or cross-regional (EU–China) development
environments.

• Experience and a good understanding of scanning software

We have open position for consultant role as "Full Stack Developer" to work for a premium electric car brand in Gothenburg-Sweden.

Tasks
The core tasks for this role consist of prototyping and developing interactive tools to improve design workflow, using a variety of software languages and frameworks. This might be pure front-end software like visualizing data, or a tool with both front-end and back-end for creating design function. Proficiency in developing desktop applications is fundamental, with expertise in Python, C# and Java frameworks. Additionally, a good understanding of networking protocols like MQTT and WebSocket would be beneficial for this role. Because of the innovative nature of our team, the ideal teammate shall be able to dive quickly into a new language or tool, to get the job done.

Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with React (modern hooks, state management, clean component
architecture).
• Backend development using Node.js and/or Flask.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and building robust application logic.
• Solid experience designing and working with database systems, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Ability to design clean, modular system architecture with focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Comfortable working across the full stack: frontend ? backend ? database ? deployment.
• Ability to take ownership of features from idea to production.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with real-time systems or event-driven architecture.
