We are looking for a Drivability & Vehicle Attributes Engineer for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role requires a minimum of 75% work onsite in Gothenburg.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced engineer to work within the drivability and vehicle attributes domain, focusing on hybrid electric powertrain systems. The role involves ensuring optimal vehicle performance, refinement, and customer satisfaction through calibration, verification, and technical development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle attribute calibration and verification for hybrid electric powertrains.


Engage with customers to discuss requirements, present findings, and obtain attribute sign-off.


Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation.


Support function development and contribute to system design activities.


Conduct testing in both vehicle and test cell en



Skill requirements:

Proven experience in drivability and vehicle attribute engineering.


Strong understanding of hybrid electric powertrain systems.


Excellent communication skills for both customer and internal stakeholder interactions.


Ability to work in varied environments and travel when required.


Experience with calibration tools like Inca, MDA and Creta.


Experience with development tools like Matlab/Simulink and Python.


Fluency in English

OM TJÄNSTEN: 
Vi söker nu efter en komponentingenjör till Beyond Gravity, som är verksam inom rymdindustrin och producerar bland annat omborddatorer till satelliter samt komponenter till antenner och mikrovågselektronik.
Som komponentingenjör kommer du arbeta i en bred roll kopplad till produktionen på sajten i både Göteborg och andra produktionssiter i Europa. Du kommer bland annat ta fasta på ny produktionsteknologi kopplat till vår kunds komplexa elektronikkomponenter, arbeta med krav från stora rymdrelaterade myndigheter och kunder samt vara med i implementeringen av kundspecifika lösningar. Du kommer ha en viktig roll i att säkerställa att Beyond Gravitys komponenter uppfyller de högsta standarderna, där du undersöker frågor som komponenternas funktionalitet, tillverkningsprocess och tillförlitlighet. Dessutom kommer du arbeta med teoretiska modeller, inflöde och försörjning av material, där du arbetar i en tvärfunktionell roll mot såväl interna som externa kontaktytor för att utvärdera och välja komponenter som uppfyller kostnads,- prestanda och kvalitetskrav.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM:Har en civilingenjörsexamen inom elektroteknik eller mekatronik.
Har 2 - 3 års erfarenhet av att arbeta med elektronikkomponenter och deras funktionalitet.
Tidigare har arbetat i ett ERP-system, med fördel SAP.
Talar och skriver flytande svenska samt engelska, då båda språken används i det dagliga arbetet.

Det är meriterande om du:
Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med materialförsörjning till produktion alternativt har en masterexamen inom supply chain ovanpå din kandidatexamen i elektronik eller mekatronik.

Ditt Team

Ingenjörsavdelningen i Göteborg består av runt 60 anställda plus konsulter, som verkar inom ett flertal olika expertisområden inom elektronikutveckling. Sektionen för System och Verifikation består av chefsingenjörer, systemingenjörer och verifikationsingenjörer, och har det övergripande ansvaret för design och verifikation av våra digitala produkter, som omborddatorer och interfaceenheter. Ditt team har centrala roller i våra projekt, både i kundprojekt och i intern produktutveckling, och ansvarar för den tekniska kommunikationen med våra kunder.

Ditt Uppdrag

Som chef för sektionen System and Verification Engineering arbetar du nära tillsammans med övriga sektionschefer, vars team ansvarar för den detaljerade designen, såsom elektronikkonstruktion, mjukvaru och FPGA-utveckling, och mekanikkonstruktion, samt med projektledare och marknadsteam.

Du ansvarar för att fortsätta bygga upp och coacha ett högpresterande team, med fokus på att genomföra våra projekt och produktutvecklingar med gott resultat, och skapa en stark kultur av innovation och ständiga förbättringar. Ditt ansvarsområde täcker också utvecklingsprocess och arbetssätt i teamet.

Tjänsten innefattar bland annat:
Leda och utveckla ditt team, och skapa motivation, en god arbetsmiljö och en positiv laganda.
Ansvara för att sektionen har erforderliga resurser och kompetenser, och att nödvändiga resurser tillsätts i våra projekt, produktutvecklingar och tekniskt offertarbete.
Driva utvecklingen av relevanta ingenjörsprocesser och säkerställa kostnad, kvalitet och kundnöjdhet inom ditt ansvarsområde i projekten.

Om Dig

Vi tror att du är högskoleutbildad inom ett relevant ingenjörsområde, t.ex. elektronik, mjukvara eller rymdteknik, eller har en motsvarande teknisk bakgrund, och kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift, både på svenska och på engelska. Du har erfarenhet från ledande roller, med intresse för ledarskap och ledarskapsutveckling, och är duktig på att coacha ditt team. Erfarenhet från rymd- eller flygindustrin, eller andra komplexa områden, samt en förståelse för relevanta ingenjörsprocesser och metoder är en fördel.

Your Crew

The engineering department in Gothenburg consists of around 60 employees plus consultants, working across several areas of expertise within electronics development. The System and Verification section includes chief engineers, system engineers, and verification engineers, and holds overall responsibility for the design and verification of our digital products, such as onboard computers and interface units. The section plays a central role in our projects, both in customer projects and internal product development, and is responsible for technical communication with our customers.

Your Mission


As an Electronics System Engineer you will provide system engineering expertise and service for electronics hardware systems, embedded processing systems and platform & payload solutions to development projects as well as series production programs in the satellite electronic solutions domain.
You will be responsible for the development of satellite onboard electronics systems, such as onboard computers and remote terminal units as well as ground electronics products on a system-/architectural-level.

The position includes, among other things:
Taking technical responsibility for major projects and solving difficult and often complex problems.
Owning the technical content of the work and having budget and schedule responsibility to complete tasks assigned through projects or internal developments.
Participating periodically in the bidding team for proposals and being responsible for the technical concept description, cost estimates, and development plans, as well as contributing to make-or-buy decisions.
Supervising the breakdown of work within development teams to ensure that overall goals and deliverables are met.
Discussing requirements and design at the system level with internal and external stakeholders to optimize solutions for market demands.
Coordinates development activities in and across product areas. Establishes a technical system solution for the envisaged project in line with the product road-map the work is based on.


Your Story

Has a broad and cross-competence profile that can support other roles within the development team like HW, SW or System design.
Has a good understanding of external trends within the field
Creates innovative concepts and solutions to technical challenges and new products
Knowledge about state-of-the art methods for execution of project tasks (e.g. agile methods)
Good system-level knowledge in all system development tools (e.g. Matlab, Doors, PSA, FMECA, DOSRAD, Reliability, etc.).
Fluent in English.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

We are looking for an Senior Project Manager- Automotive for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsibility for overseeing the delivery of project content for specific vehicle applications, Advanced Engineering projects, and sales campaigns. Your role will involve ensuring that sales and program activities are closely aligned with customer requirements in terms of quality, timing, and cost. You will lead customer projects, take the lead in coordinating project work across engineering teams located in both Sweden and China. Moreover, you will be responsible for effectively managing decision points and mitigating risks to ensure that project objectives are successfully achieved.

Responsibilities/Tasks

Carry out and execute projects for their customers mainly found within the automotive industry.


Ensure projects are managed successfully against the targets of timing, quality and cost.


Subject matter expert in project execution and technical matters in discussions with their commercial and sales teams.


Coordinate and lead internal expertise in RFI and RFQ responses.


Ensure project issues are managed with agreed solutions between China and Sweden teams



Requirements to succeed in this role

A university degree within a technical field or equivalent working experience


Project management experience within Electric Drive systems


Experience within the European automotive culture


Strong background in technical sales support


Fluency in both spoken and written English


Intercultural experience from China/Asia is highly valued

We are looking for a Licensed Customs Specialist for a company in Gothenburg. Start is March 1st, 8 months contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite onsite in Gothenburg.

About the Department
The Test Vehicles & Logistics organization manages the full lifecycle of test vehicles throughout the development process. The fleet includes various vehicle types and brands within a global automotive group.
The department consists of four sub?teams:

Senior Advanced Fault Tracing / SWDL


Vehicle Management


Test Vehicle Fault Trace / Uptime Engineering


Logistics



The team works cross?functionally across planning, build coordination, material ordering, delivery tracking, and ensuring the latest software baselines. Logistics covers both test vehicles and spare parts, including monitoring carrier services.
Test vehicles are located at several sites depending on test type, with the majority based at facilities in Gothenburg, but also at proving grounds in Sweden, the EU, China, and the US.

Assignment Description
As a Customs Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient movement of goods between Europe, China, and global markets. You support a rapidly scaling supply chain by safeguarding customs compliance, enabling timely deliveries, and minimizing regulatory risks.
This role sits within Test Vehicles & Logistics and collaborates closely with finance, legal, and external logistics partners to secure a seamless and compliant end?to?end import/export process.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all imports and exports comply with EU, Swedish, and Chinese customs regulations.


Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, declarations, certificates of origin, HS classifications).


Classify automotive components and finished goods according to HS codes and determine duties, tariffs, and taxes.


Monitor regulatory changes and update internal customs processes accordingly.


Conduct internal audits, identify risk areas, and propose corrective actions.


Serve as the primary point of contact for customs?related matters for internal stakeholders (Logistics, Purchasing, Finance).



Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics and licensed customs broker/specialist.


Experience in customs, international logistics, import/export compliance, or freight forwarding.


Strong documentation management and data?analysis skills, with high accuracy under time?sensitive conditions.


Strong communication skills for interaction with authorities and internal stakeholders.

Fluent Swedish


Fluent English



Merit to have:

Experience in the automotive industry or a fast?paced scale?up environment.


Familiarity with Chinese customs documentation and/or EU–China logistics flows.


Knowledge of ERP systems, customs filing platforms, and logistics systems.
