We are looking for a Drivability & Vehicle Attributes Engineer for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role requires a minimum of 75% work onsite in Gothenburg.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced engineer to work within the drivability and vehicle attributes domain, focusing on hybrid electric powertrain systems. The role involves ensuring optimal vehicle performance, refinement, and customer satisfaction through calibration, verification, and technical development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle attribute calibration and verification for hybrid electric powertrains.


Engage with customers to discuss requirements, present findings, and obtain attribute sign-off.


Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation.


Support function development and contribute to system design activities.


Conduct testing in both vehicle and test cell en



Skill requirements:

Proven experience in drivability and vehicle attribute engineering.


Strong understanding of hybrid electric powertrain systems.


Excellent communication skills for both customer and internal stakeholder interactions.


Ability to work in varied environments and travel when required.


Experience with calibration tools like Inca, MDA and Creta.


Experience with development tools like Matlab/Simulink and Python.


Fluency in English

Job description and responsibilities
We are currently looking to expand our R&D department with an RF test and automation engineer. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our RF measurement and automation systems. You will be working closely with both our production and R&D teams to ensure we have reliable and efficient systems in place to streamline our production and qualification activities. You are expected to have a strong drive, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset. We welcome applications from experienced professionals as well as new graduates with the relevant background.
Responsibilities
Maintain onsite RF measurement and automation systems.
Design and validate new measurement and automation systems to support and streamline production and validation.
Develop tools integrating with order planning and traceability.

Requirements and qualifications
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree with 3 years of relevant experience in electronic engineering or a related field.
Solid knowledge of RF and microwave engineering.
Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment, such as VNA.
Experience in programming, including Python.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Delivery-focused, meticulous, and a team contributor.



Valuable additional skills
In-depth understanding of microwave test systems.
Direct experience in RF test automation.
Experience with coaxial, waveguide, and wafer probing equipment.
Experience with automated wire bonder and pick-and-place machines.
Experience with cryogenic characterization.

The Role
As Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimising and industrialising manufacturing processes to support stable, efficient and scalable production.

What will you do?
As a Software Responsible, you are the component owner of the software in your project. This means that you lead the deliverables towards the supplier and the customer. You will lead and coordinate the development of the Base Software in the ECU´s or inverters in different phases of the project. You will be part of a team consisting of Software and Hardware engineers led by a GPL (Group Project Leader) and work tightly with the Basetech Architects in our group.
You will be the single point of contact towards the supplier for the product you have responsibility for and need to secure the technology, cost, and timing to meet the project targets. You need to have technical insight in the requirements of the area you work in order to be able to distribute to function owners and plan for implementation according to the spec.

Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits

Ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality execution of compensation and benefits processes


Plan and execute annual salary review and bonus processes


Conduct pay equity analysis and provide recommendations


Maintain and update compensation policies, guidelines, and documentation


Administer selected employee benefits (e.g. pensions, company cars, local programs)


Support managers and HR with salary setting and compensation structures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience


Senior-level experience within Compensation & Benefits, including salary reviews, bonus processes, benefits administration, and compensation frameworks


Strong expertise in compensation structures, benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and reward strategy


Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights


Experience building reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions


Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities


Experience working with HRIS and compensation systems, ensuring data integrity and optimizing performance


Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across HR, business, vendors, and unions


Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at different levels


High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential data


Strong project management mindset and personality, with proven experience in driving initiatives and ensuring successful rollouts
