We are now seeking a Design Engineer Analyst Corrosion for one of our clients.
About the assignment:
Close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure correct materials and surface treatments in car programs. Responsible for delivering high-quality test results, reports, and deviations on time. Perform lab testing, analyses, and support complete vehicle test verification (CORCAR). Also conduct early-stage CAD analyses to validate materials and surface treatments.
Qualifications Customer-focused engineer who plans, drives tasks to goals, and delivers on time. Strong communicator and team player, with the ability to lead when needed. Extensive corrosion expertise for early-phase analysis and solving aftermarket issues. Broad vehicle knowledge, including full car testing and component disassembly for corrosion evaluation. University degree in Materials Science (preferably metals and corrosion), with strong skills in material analysis, databases, and sample preparation, along with solid theoretical and practical vehicle knowledge.

We are looking for our next FTW Designer. This position is responsible for creating footwear that is both culturally relevant and of exceptional quality - consistently challenging creative norms while ensuring all designs remain true to the distinctive aesthetic and strategic objectives of Axel Arigato.
Each collection must reflect an understanding of contemporary culture and trends, while pushing the boundaries of innovation and craftsmanship within the brand's framework. This position will focus on elevating and innovating across the entire sneaker range including color and material concepts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

WHAT YOU WILL DO

End-to-end footwear creation: ideation to production-ready sign-off, including silhouettes, sketches, colorways, blueprints, assortments, and detailing CADs


Creative direction support: support CD and design teams on concepts, storytelling, mood boards, seasonal direction, and compelling internal presentations


Market and cultural intelligence: stay deeply informed on consumer behaviour, trends, materials, and cultural movements; act as a proactive source of inspiration


Technical development: create technical specs, detailed instructions for PD and engineers; support with last development, and enhance material diversity across the range


Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Product Development to iterate samples and ensure precision, performance, and quality


Communication and presentation: build strong relationships with peers, give and receive feedback in a respectful way, and present design concepts and processes internally


Research and sourcing: lead seasonal and cultural research, attend fairs (Milan, Paris), and source innovative materials and processes


Team contribution: demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and embrace team-work



ARE YOU THE ONE?

Bachelor's degree in FTW Design or a closely related discipline


Minimum of 5 years experience in sneaker design


Demonstrated experience in creating new silhouettes, upper designs and color/material executions


Proficient in Adobe Suite, with a keen interest in 3D design and AI tools


Highly detail-oriented, culturally aware, and disruptive thinker


Strong collaborator with a commercial and feedback-driven mindset

You will shape the color, material, and finish expression for one or more vehicle programs in an advanced automotive environment. From early concept through launch, you will turn CMF strategy into production-ready design solutions that balance creative intent, brand expression, and manufacturing feasibility.
This is a hands-on role with real influence. Job DescriptionYou will lead CMF development for assigned vehicle programs from concept to launch.
You will create complete CMF proposals covering color, material, and finish specifications, including technical drawings for quilt and perforation patterns.
You will translate strategic CMF direction into feasible, production-ready solutions.
You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, modelers, visualization specialists, trimmers, and painters.
You will coordinate with suppliers for exterior paint, soft trim, and decorative materials.
You will develop both high-level CMF themes and detailed design elements such as textures, quilting, and mesh patterns.
You will produce visual presentations, renders, and storytelling material to communicate proposals clearly.
You will contribute to sustainability initiatives and explore new material opportunities.
You will support and mentor other CMF designers while helping the team share knowledge.
You will present proposals confidently to stakeholders and leadership.
RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field.
6–10 years of CMF experience.
Proven experience delivering production-ready CMF programs.

You will look at the full documentation landscape, identify what exists today, what is missing, and what should be improved to support both internal teams and customer-facing communication.
