What you will do
As a Global Credit Manager, you will be responsible for competence development through ongoing development and maintenance of global credit training and credit review processes.
Your starting point will be to, together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, take responsibility in the following areas for your assigned markets/regions: 
•    Coordinates VFS credit review process for transactions that exceed the regional or market authority.•    Make credit decisions up to their agreed delegated authority and make recommendations on deals exceeding their authority.•    Conducts reviews of underwriting quality in local markets, reports findings to SVP Credit and Risk as well as Region SVPs within VFS•    Performs the role Secretary of Executive Credit Committee (ECC) for VFS when deals from your region are heard.•    Monitors and closes outstanding follow-up items from ECC decisions•    Reports on ECC activity, including approval rates, outstanding conditions, and declines by market, credit grade, and brand•    Assist the Global Credit Director with the administration and management of the two SharePoint sites owned by HQ Credit & Risk (ECC SharePoint and HQ Credit & Risk)•    Assist in the ongoing reporting related to Group Credit Exception frame, Top 15 retail and wholesale accounts and watchlist.•    Leads development of presentation materials for Group Credit Exception transactions should the need occur•    Develop and update presentations to AB Volvo for transactions exceeding VFS credit authority•    Support the review process and provide recommendations for updates to the VFS global credit directives•    Ensures VFS compliance with AB Volvo credit policy & regional compliance with VFS global credit directives•    Supports the markets in credit, deal, and financial product questions as well as share insights on activities, or strategies that could benefit local credit or collections activities. •    Actively manages VFS portfolio through participation in portfolio reviews•    Reviews of findings in periodic risk reporting•    Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of global credit and risk training.•    Provides back up to the other regions/markets if their assigned Global Credit Manager/Director is out.•    Models The Volvo Way and ensure The Code of Conduct is followed•    Other duties and projects may be assignedYour future teamYou will report directly to the SVP, Credit and Risk In VFS, we demonstrate a clear vision to continue Transforming Together, a global mindset and a proven track record of successfully developing people, teams, culture, and leadership.

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:

Om rollen
Som kreditchef (CCO) har du det övergripande ansvaret för bolagets kreditrisk, kreditpolicyer, automatiserade scoringmodeller och portföljkvalitet. Du säkerställer att kreditgivningen hålls inom styrelsens fastställda riskaptit och att verksamheten efterlever Finansinspektionens regelverk, konsumentkreditlagen, AML och GDPR. Som CCO ingår du i ledningsgruppen och har en nyckelroll i hur bolaget formas, drivs och växer.
I nuvarande uppbyggnadsfas har du inledningsvis även det operativa ledaransvaret för den samlade Operations-funktionen i Göteborg. Här leder du ett team som för närvarande hanterar allt från manuella avvikelser i kreditflödet till 1:a linjens AML och kundservice.
I takt med att bolaget och volymerna växer är planen att knoppa av kundserviceteamet till en dedikerad Head of Operations. Det innebär att du över tid kan välja att antingen lämna över kundserviceansvaret och renodla ditt uppdrag helt mot kreditrisk, modellägarskap, strategi och portföljutveckling eller fortsätta utvecklas inom Operations och äga kundresan fullt ut.
Om du utgår från kontoret i Stockholm förväntas du initialt vara i Göteborg regelbundet (ca 20% av din tid) för att coacha teamet på plats och stärka samarbetet.

Kreditrisk & Portföljanalys: Kontinuerligt analysera portföljens sammansättning, trender, kreditförluster och arbeta riskbaserat för att skydda balansräkningen och optimera tillgångskvaliteten.
Modellägarskap & Riskprissättning: Äga, underhålla och vidareutveckla automatiserade kreditbeslutsprocesser och scoringmodeller samt agera för en sund och riskbaserad prissättning.
Förbättringsarbete: Självständigt driva förbättringar inom kredit och operations där du balanserar tillväxt, risk och kundupplevelse.
Regelefterlevnad & Rapportering: Säkerställa ansvarsfull kreditgivning och leverera regelbunden, högkvalitativ kreditriskrapportering & analyser till styrelse och ledning. Agera kontaktyta mot Finansinspektionen (FI) och externa revisorer vid behov.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som är trygg i din roll och har en regulatorisk mognad med ett engagerat och coachande ledarskap. Du är nyfiken och vill hitta smarta sätt att arbeta på och drivs av att göra saker bättre. Du är noggrann och har en hög integritet och tycker om att växla mellan strategiska och operativa perspektiv. Du behöver inte vara specialist på avancerad modellering, men du förväntas ha en solid förståelse för kreditriskberäkningar, portföljanalys och kreditbedömningsmodeller (inklusive IFRS 9-principer).
Kvalifikationer

Akademisk examen inom finans, ekonomi, matematik eller motsvarande.


Flerårig erfarenhet från ledande eller seniora roller inom kreditrisk och kreditgivning från bank, fintech eller konsumentfinansiering.


God förståelse för svensk och europeisk konsumentkreditlagstiftning, ansvarsfull kreditgivning samt risk- och kapitalskydd.


Dokumenterad erfarenhet av ledarskap med förmåga att leda och bygga kultur.


Du får gärna ha erfarenhet av att arbeta med automatiserade kreditbeslutsprocesser samt samarbete med tech- och produktteam.

Som Kreditspecialist Företag och Brf kommer du tillsammans med andra att bidra till sund kreditgivning inom Företags- och Brf affären. Som beslutsfattare är det viktigt att du har en förmåga att ta till dig och förstå informationen som beskrivs i beslutsunderlagen. The Role


The VP Credit & Risk is responsible for ensuring that all Retail and Wholesale Credit and Risk activities within Region Europe North & Central are carried out effectively.
The position is part of the Regional Management Team and reports to the Senior Vice President of Region Europe North & Central. The VP of Credit & Risk works with a vision to have world class credit delivery processes in place, appreciated by customers and valued by our dealers?


The position is based in Göteborg, Sweden.


Your Focus will be…
Constantly reviews the portfolio performance of VFS Region Europe North & Central and develops respective corrective activities where required
Develop and execute processes to ensure sound credit underwriting and adherence to procedures
Ensure that the credit delivery process is customer focused and is perceived as convenient and fast
Provide leadership to complex credit transactions
Provide leadership and guidance to our region and the markets by performing analysis and modelling concerning credit risk
Recommend and support the implementation of automated credit processes
Drive efficiency and effectiveness of wholesale credit processes including verification of assets and audits, and lean perfection
You will be Head of the Region Europe North & Central Credit Board?

Your Responsibilities…
Provide holistic strategic, operational leadership and oversight of VFS retail and wholesale credit and risk processes in our region
Ensure that all credit and risk activities are in alignment with VFS and Volvo Group policies and procedures
Ensure that downturn management plans for Credit and Operations are created, maintained and regularly reviewed to ensure effectiveness?
Advocate of seamless processes within credit, risk and wholesale delivery, including strong focus on superior IT landscape and automation of the credit process
Identify and research new opportunities and present possible solutions as well as creating and utilizing cross functional and BA opportunities

We’re Looking for the Following Education and Experience…
University degree
Minimum 10 years credit and risk management experience with ideally direct responsibility for pan-European portfolios
Good knowledge of best practices & process optimization within the finance industry
Strong experience working in an international and multi-cultural environment
Proven people management skills
Excellent spoken and written English. Additional European languages are of benefit

Du har kundförståelse och förstås ett stort intresse för finansiella tjänster inom företagskrediter, fakturaköp, leasing, inkasso och juridik. Platform Development is a function within Global Bus Technology at Volvo Buses. We are responsible for developing platform solutions within the areas of Electrical & Software Architecture and Chassis & Drivelines.
We are now seeking a temporary acting Group Manager Electrical/Electronic Architecture within Electrical & Software Architecture who has the drive and passion to contribute to Volvo Buses profitability and who see that the key to success is to develop people and technologies to have products meeting future needs.
This group has a central role in the department with many interfaces to the other groups within Volvo buses as well as within Volvo group, since it is responsible for development of end user functions, systems and components within the platform area. This includes ownership of the platform core ECUs and functions such as vehicle modes. This group secures that we have a stable platform for the other product teams in the department to develop their functions upon.
As a Group Manager in the Electrical & Software Department at Volvo Buses you will have the responsibility to develop the group, technology and the people to support future needs contributing to Volvo Buses profitability. You will report to the Director of Electrical and Software Architecture.
Within your responsibility you will define, communicate and execute strategies and targets for the group and you will be the owner of the technology area. You will be part of delivering technical solutions to concept, industrialization, maintenance as well as advanced engineering projects according to quality, delivery, cost and feature targets. Prioritization and direction setting for short- and long-term activities are part of your day-to-day activities.

Arbetet innefattar även att åtgärda rapporterade fel och komplettera missat eller saknat material.
