Om tjänsten
Som kvalitets- och teknikchef kommer du att vara en central del av Plasman Arendals ledningsgrupp och arbeta strategiskt för att utveckla både ditt ansvarsområde och organisationen i stort. Du leder ett dedikerat team som inkluderar beredare, PME, mätrumsansvariga samt kvalitets- och färglaboratoriepersonal.
Du kommer att arbeta nära både interna och externa kontakter – från kollegor inom Plasman Europa till kunder och leverantörer – med fokus på att skapa långsiktiga lösningar, driva förbättringsarbete och säkerställa att vi levererar högsta kvalitet till våra kunder.
I rollen ingår bland annat att:
Delta aktivt i ledningsgruppens arbete och bidra till strategiska beslut.
Säkerställa att organisationen når uppsatta mål gällande kvalitet, leverans och kostnadseffektivitet.
Ta ansvar för att avvikelser hanteras effektivt genom grundorsaksanalys och åtgärdsplaner.
Leda och utveckla personal inom ditt ansvarsområde och säkerställa rätt kompetens i teamet.
Utveckla och underhålla företagets ledningssystem samt driva projekt med fokus på kvalitet och teknik.
Företräda fabriken i kvalitets- och teknikfrågor både internt och externt.
Bidra till förbättrad kundnöjdhet och lönsamhet genom ständiga förbättringar.

Din profil
För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:
Relevant högskoleutbildning inom teknik och kvalitet, eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
Minst 5 års erfarenhet av arbete inom kvalitet och teknik i en större produktionsorganisation.
Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla andra.
Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
God datorvana och stark analytisk förmåga.

About the role

We are now looking for a Group Manager for our Product Change Management team within CAB Engineering – one of the most exciting and impactful groups in our organization. This is a great opportunity to lead a senior, high-performing team at the heart of our product development activities.

As part of CAB Engineering, you will contribute to shaping the future of Heavy-Duty European Trucks, working closely with our colleagues in Lyon (France) and Bangalore (India). Together we engineer world-class cabs that set new standards in quality, safety, and design.

About the team

The Product Change Management group is a diverse and experienced team of project leaders, quality engineers, build leaders, and CAD experts. We take on complex assignments for the entire CAB Engineering department, making this group both a driving force and a hub for operational excellence.
Beyond project deliveries, this team also serves as a central coordination point for the department — bringing structure, clarity, and direction to both ongoing work and future initiatives.

Main responsibilities

As Group Manager, you will:

•    Lead, inspire, and develop a senior team of specialists, ensuring they have the resources and conditions to succeed
•    Secure project and maintenance deliveries within the group’s areas of responsibility
•    Drive quality ownership for the department’s products
•    Provide skilled resources for project and maintenance activities
•    Develop a competence strategy and coach team members in their professional growth
•    Regularly communicate performance, strategy, and operational updates to the team
•    Actively contribute to the CAB Engineering leadership team, supporting strategy, culture, and business growth

* Experience in automotive development is an asset

Vi söker en Sektionschef för att utveckla framtidens projektledning inom bygg och fastighet. Du kommer att ha ett brett ansvar för strategi, lönsamhet, marknadsföring, kvalitet och kompetensutveckling. Du ansvarar även för att driva och utveckla regionens ”projektkontor” (PMO) som skall bearbeta och driva multidisciplinära uppdrag för att säkerställa att vår verksamhet i stora projekt (>6Mkr) levereras i tid och inom budget.

+10 års erfarenhet inom byggbranschen och god förståelse för dess olika aktörer och processer.

Som chef för sektionen Power Design Giraffe xA kommer du att vara en del av ledningsgruppen och rapportera till chefen för HW Design Giraffe xA.

Du blir en nyckelperson i vår R&D-organisation och har ansvarar för att leda, utveckla och inspirera ett högpresterande team av ingenjörer inom elektronik, kraftsystem och inbyggda system. Du säkerställer att gruppens kompetens och leveranser möter våra tekniska mål och att vi fortsätter ligga i teknisk framkant.

Ditt ansvar innefattar:

* Att coacha och leda din personal till att nå uppsatta mål och strategier
* Utveckling, integration och verifiering av kompletta elsystem för radarsystem
* Konstruktionsansvar för ingående produkter, såsom inköpta elverk, kraftaggregat, paneler, fördelningsboxar, m.m.
* Bidra till att utveckla gemensamma processer och verktyg
* Samarbete internt med utvecklingsenheter för exempelvis datorplattformar, mekanik och systemutveckling

* Previous experience in leading complex system or component development, conducting simulations and verification activities, or managing vehicle hardware/software integrations, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Strong networking abilities and communication skills in a global and multicultural environment.
* Experience with Verification and Validation processes and activities.
* Good knowledge of Truck / Car complex systems and Thermal Management (ICE-BEV-Fuel cell drivelines & cab climate).


What will you do?
As a group manager, your key responsibilities include:
* Implement TM enablers and ensure smooth flow between groups, securing effective cross section working groups.
* Maintain and develop networks within GTT Thermal teams as well as Volvo Penta, Bus, and VCE Thermal groups.
* Secure on Vehicle level the Hardware/Software integration in term of performance.
* Support Product Section (Cab Climate & Thermal Supply) and other stream providing the right planning, process and equipment to enable Verification & Verification on System, subsystem, component, software level.
* Drive the team in innovation related to advanced engineering, patent, cost improvement and method development. Foster the growth and development of your team members through an innovation culture and a fun place to work. 
* Contribute to the TM budget by providing accurate inputs to the Data Simulation Verification section.
* As a part of the Data Simulation Verification section leadership team drive section and TM substream strategies. 
* Plan and secure group strategies, deliveries, and quality inline to overall section level strategy.

You will be leading one, of two, teams of talented specialists and expand the team to strengthen our value proposition to our clients. The projects in environmental planning are versatile and focused on the green change in the energy sector within infrastructure and industry.
The team is specialized within biodiversity surveys (NVI), environmental permit processes, environmental impact assessments (MKB) and sustainability assessments and climate calculations. Examples of projects we work on are Norrbotniabanan, several stretches of Ostlänken (for example Kolmårdsentrepenaden with Sweden's second-longest railway tunnel), Railway plan (Järnvägsplan) for Borås and large power transfer projects for the Swedish national grid.

Together with the other Head of Discipline within environmental planning your most important responsibility will be to lead, develop, and engage the team of specialists located in Gothenburg and Malmö. There are also colleagues in Poland that are included in resource management responsibilities. Operations will be driven mainly by digital and distance management but some traveling between offices and projects will be necessary for site visits and meetings with employees and clients. Your own base can be Göteborg, Malmö or Stockholm.

Your key activities will be:
Execute on the department action plan and the strategy within your discipline
Provide technical project leadership on projects e.g. act as discipline lead / senior specialist in projects
Day-to-day people management, recruitment and onboarding activities
Lead/support project teams for the undertaking of projects
Manage short term staffing and provide input to strategic staff workforce planning
Setting clear targets and provide the foundation for performance and individual development of your employees
Be active in client relations, market sales activities and strategic development

The Manager of PCB Design and Producibility is design responsible for the Printed Circuit Boards used in all Surveillance products developed in Gothenburg. About the role
In the role as Director powertrain testing you will be a part of SEEL:s management team. You will be responsible for a team of 10 people within Powertrain testing. To lead and develop your existing team and colleagues will be central parts of your work.

You will be responsible for the test facilities that are intended for testing Electrical machines, Electrical axels, E-transmissions, Complete vehicles (light and heavy duty) and Noise vibration and harshness. To secure a successful operation, you will be cooperating closely with SEEL:s operation in both Gothenburg and Nykvarn, partners, customers, suppliers and other functions within SEEL & RISE. Your role will also involve to further develop work methods, processes, and instructions.

You report to the CEO of SEEL and your team will be located in Gothenburg and Nykvarn. Your office will be in Gothenburg which is the larger of the two sites. Travel occurs every month or every other month. The position may be classified in a security category, which means that a security clearance may be required in the future.

Who are you?
We are looking for a person with a Master of science in Engineering or similar and we believe that you have a background within testing and/or metrology and several years of experience from businesses like SEELs. It’s an advantage if you have worked in the automotive industry. You also have previous managerial experience, and you are accustomed to leading and developing employees.

Experience from driveline and powertrain testing, product development and managing people are highly valued. We believe that you have a network within the business and experience from both representing and meeting representatives from companies, universities, and the public sector on every level. You are fluent in English in speech and writing. Basic skills in Swedish is mandatory.

About the role:
We are excited to welcome a highly motivated and enthusiastic Delivery Manager to lead our Safe and Efficient project/epic execution organization. Som gruppchef kommer du att tillhöra sektionen Project Management Göteborg Stenungsund i affärsområdet Local Projects and Engineering Syd. Sektionen är ett lokalt PMO, Project Management Office, som jobbar främst mot våra kunder på Västkusten i Bohuslän och Halland. Förutom våra kontor i Göteborg och Stenungsund startar vi nu också upp vår verksamhet på vårt kontor i Uddevalla. Inom vår division, Process Industry, jobbar vi också med kunder inom processindustrin i projektåtaganden i hela landet. Tjänster vi levererar i vårt affärsområde finns inom exempelvis processdesign, projektledning, project control, planning, inköp, el, instrument, automation, mekanik, rör, hälsa- och säkerhet och HVAC. Vi kommer även nu att utöka våra tjänster med kompetenser inom HSE samt att jobba med Underhållsstopp, Turn Arounds som vår bransch kallar det.
