I rollen somUnderhållschefskapar du tillsammans med ditt teamnågot nytt från grunden och blirdelaktig i logistikutvecklingen på Kappahl.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Ansvar för inre underhåll på Kappahls distributions – och logistikanläggning: drift, förvaltning samt utveckling av samtliga produktionssystem ur ett helhetsperspektiv.
Personal- och budgetansvar. Arbetsmiljöansvar.Din grupp består idag av 5 underhållstekniker.
Planera, leda och fördela arbetet i underhållsteamet.
Sätta upp nya rutiner för ett proaktivt och fungerande underhållsarbete, inkluderar att sätta upp nya rutiner med leverantörer.
Ansvarig för planering och utförande av förebyggande och akut underhåll samt aktivt deltaga i underhållsarbetet och felsökning.
Säkerställa att service- och underhållsarbete planeras så optimalt som möjligt ur ett kommersiellt- och produktionsperspektiv.
Sätta krav och optimera det automatiserade lagringsystemet för att bibehålla maximal kapacitet och arbetsflöde samt identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter.
Ansvarig för reservdelshantering och externa servicebesök samt tillhörande budget.
Planerar och deltar i service utförd av extern personal.
Ansvarar för det tekniska utvecklingsarbetet och utvärdering av nya produkter.
Medverkar eller ansvarar för projekt tillsammans med flera olika funktioner och roller.

Vi söker dig medrelevant utbildning inom styr- och reglerteknik, mekanik, elektronik, hydraulik, pneumatik och/eller datorteknik samt flera års arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande arbetsuppgifter. Du har stor kunskap inom teknik och automationslösningar från industri och/eller lager samt har erfarenhet av att ta fram nya processer, rutiner och skapa struktur för ett fungerande proaktivt underhållsarbete. Du är van vid att arbeta i underhållssystem,
Som person är du trygg i din kompetens och i ditt ledarskap. Du är nyfiken ochengagerad i ditt arbete och är van vid att hålla en hög servicenivå. Din profil
För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:
Relevant högskoleutbildning inom teknik och kvalitet, eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
Minst 5 års erfarenhet av arbete inom kvalitet och teknik i en större produktionsorganisation.
Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla andra.
Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
God datorvana och stark analytisk förmåga.

About the role

About the team

Vi söker en Sektionschef för att utveckla framtidens projektledning inom bygg och fastighet. Du kommer att ha ett brett ansvar för strategi, lönsamhet, marknadsföring, kvalitet och kompetensutveckling. Du ansvarar även för att driva och utveckla regionens ”projektkontor” (PMO) som skall bearbeta och driva multidisciplinära uppdrag för att säkerställa att vår verksamhet i stora projekt (>6Mkr) levereras i tid och inom budget.

Kvalifikationer

Du är nyfiken, handlingskraftig och har en stark förmåga att anpassa dig i en snabbt föränderlig värld. +10 års erfarenhet inom byggbranschen och god förståelse för dess olika aktörer och processer.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som IT Tekniker ingår du i ett team på 11 personer som arbetar med second line-support. Du är ansiktet utåt och har daglig kontakt med användarna. Din roll innebär att ta emot ärenden från vår first line-support och hjälpa användare att felsöka och lösa olika typer av incidenter. Rollen är bred och varierande och du kommer att hantera såväl enklare som mer avancerade tekniska frågor genom vägledning och fjärrstyrning.
 
Vem är du?
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har en relevant eftergymnasial IT-utbildning och minst 2 års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter. Du har goda kunskaper inom nätverk, Active Directory/Entra, Microsoft 365 och Windows- klientoperativsystem. Du är van vid att utföra avancerad felsökning och analys i Windowsmiljöer och har en god förståelse för klientplattformen som helhet. Det är starkt meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Microsoft EDR/XDR samt Intune.
 
Vi söker dig som är nyfiken, prestigelös och brinner för ny teknik. Du är självgående, har lätt för att prioritera och är lösningsorienterad i ditt arbetssätt. Som person är du positiv och samarbetsvillig, och delar gärna med dig av din kunskap till dina kollegor. Du har ett starkt kundfokus och förstår vikten av att både lösa tekniska problem och ge användarna ett trevligt bemötande.
 
Det är starkt meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att agera Incident Manager eller liknande koordinerande roll. Körkort och tillgång till egen bil är ett krav för tjänsten, liksom goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Som chef för sektionen Power Design Giraffe xA kommer du att vara en del av ledningsgruppen och rapportera till chefen för HW Design Giraffe xA.

Du blir en nyckelperson i vår R&D-organisation och har ansvarar för att leda, utveckla och inspirera ett högpresterande team av ingenjörer inom elektronik, kraftsystem och inbyggda system. Du säkerställer att gruppens kompetens och leveranser möter våra tekniska mål och att vi fortsätter ligga i teknisk framkant.

Ditt ansvar innefattar:

* Att coacha och leda din personal till att nå uppsatta mål och strategier
* Utveckling, integration och verifiering av kompletta elsystem för radarsystem
* Konstruktionsansvar för ingående produkter, såsom inköpta elverk, kraftaggregat, paneler, fördelningsboxar, m.m.
* Bidra till att utveckla gemensamma processer och verktyg

The team is specialized within biodiversity surveys (NVI), environmental permit processes, environmental impact assessments (MKB) and sustainability assessments and climate calculations. Examples of projects we work on are Norrbotniabanan, several stretches of Ostlänken (for example Kolmårdsentrepenaden with Sweden's second-longest railway tunnel), Railway plan (Järnvägsplan) for Borås and large power transfer projects for the Swedish national grid.

Together with the other Head of Discipline within environmental planning your most important responsibility will be to lead, develop, and engage the team of specialists located in Gothenburg and Malmö. There are also colleagues in Poland that are included in resource management responsibilities. Operations will be driven mainly by digital and distance management but some traveling between offices and projects will be necessary for site visits and meetings with employees and clients. Your own base can be Göteborg, Malmö or Stockholm.

Your key activities will be:
Execute on the department action plan and the strategy within your discipline
Provide technical project leadership on projects e.g. act as discipline lead / senior specialist in projects
Day-to-day people management, recruitment and onboarding activities

What You will be doing 
As Group Manager for Connectivity Hardware, you will lead the development and implementation of market-leading connectivity HW solutions within Volvo Group and partners. You will drive the connectivity HW technology roadmap and support the Antenna technical roadmap. Oversee the end-to-end testing and delivery of hardware and software components. Collaborating with our supplier partners, development teams and key stakeholders across Volvo Group.

Your role

The Manager of PCB Design and Producibility is design responsible for the Printed Circuit Boards used in all Surveillance products developed in Gothenburg. These products are to a large extent based on advanced printed circuit board designs, with technologies in the absolute forefront of several application areas such as RF/Microwave, Power and Digital Electronics. The responsibility also includes the producibility aspects of these PCB:s.

About the role
In the role as Director powertrain testing you will be a part of SEEL:s management team. You will be responsible for a team of 10 people within Powertrain testing. To lead and develop your existing team and colleagues will be central parts of your work.

You will be responsible for the test facilities that are intended for testing Electrical machines, Electrical axels, E-transmissions, Complete vehicles (light and heavy duty) and Noise vibration and harshness. To secure a successful operation, you will be cooperating closely with SEEL:s operation in both Gothenburg and Nykvarn, partners, customers, suppliers and other functions within SEEL & RISE. Your role will also involve to further develop work methods, processes, and instructions.

You report to the CEO of SEEL and your team will be located in Gothenburg and Nykvarn. Your office will be in Gothenburg which is the larger of the two sites. Travel occurs every month or every other month. The position may be classified in a security category, which means that a security clearance may be required in the future.

Who are you?
We are looking for a person with a Master of science in Engineering or similar and we believe that you have a background within testing and/or metrology and several years of experience from businesses like SEELs. It’s an advantage if you have worked in the automotive industry. You also have previous managerial experience, and you are accustomed to leading and developing employees.

Experience from driveline and powertrain testing, product development and managing people are highly valued. We believe that you have a network within the business and experience from both representing and meeting representatives from companies, universities, and the public sector on every level. You are fluent in English in speech and writing. Basic skills in Swedish is mandatory.

What you will do

The Technology Manager ConX eART Solution Integration and Release plays a key leadership role in overseeing the product development lifecycle for the ConX Software Factory from a strategic and technical perspective. With delegated product ownership across multiple clusters, the Technology Manager is responsible for developing and executing technology strategies, aligning product roadmaps with business objectives, and managing cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality, performance, and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy:
* Own the product lifecycle of the Software Factory from concept to early development phases and handover to the Department Program Manager (DPM).
* Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap that align with the broader organizational goals.
* Ensure that the Software Factory concept fulfills necessary requirements and certifications.

Technology & Concept Development:
* Collaborate with System Architects to drive technology innovation and secure concept development.
* Identify and address bottlenecks to continuously improve existing and future improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Close collaboration with the product ARTs and partners to secure cross-functional needs and priorities is key.
* Ensure that the ConX Software Factory follows the concept of Unified Software Factory.
* Coordinate content dependencies with other Product Managers and relevant teams

Product Performance & Quality:
* Define and measure KPIs which transparently reflect the quality of the Software Factory services.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to Software Factory performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.




Reporting Structure

This role will report directly to Department Manager, with close collaboration with other Technology Managers, Architects, and the Department Program Manager (DPM).

What you will bring

The ideal candidate will have over five years of proven experience in technology or product management roles within an automotive Software Factory/CICD or another complex customer product, with a particular focus on automation and testing from early program development and strategy.

They should also possess a strong technical background, with at least eight years of experience as a software engineer for embedded software development, utilizing CICD on a daily basis, and the ability to understand and contribute to product development processes. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in defining processes and understanding their impact on users, as well as in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. As the group manager of the Localization & Mapping team, you'll lead a team of about 10 software engineers. About the role:

The Data & Release sub-stream is a newly formed organization within Safe & Efficient Driving (SED) at Volvo Group Trucks Technology (GTT) and has as a mission to enable faster and quality assured development of SED products?.

About the role: 
This role is within SED data & Release sub stream and your teams’ responsibility is securing the Safe & Efficient Driving product quality assurance through planning and managing data collection from proving ground and open roads in one hand and securing software integration test, software documentation and release to the different internal customers and stakeholders on the other hand. 
The group consists of two talented agile teams securing data collection, testing and release of quality assured products to drive us towards our vision of Zero accidents. As the Group Manager, you will be responsible for the teams and their deliveries with the mandate for the area’s strategy and its people. 
You will report to the Global Technology Manager and will be part of a global management team in Gothenburg and Bangalore.

Som gruppchef kommer du att tillhöra sektionen Project Management Göteborg Stenungsund i affärsområdet Local Projects and Engineering Syd. Sektionen är ett lokalt PMO, Project Management Office, som jobbar främst mot våra kunder på Västkusten i Bohuslän och Halland. Förutom våra kontor i Göteborg och Stenungsund startar vi nu också upp vår verksamhet på vårt kontor i Uddevalla. Inom vår division, Process Industry, jobbar vi också med kunder inom processindustrin i projektåtaganden i hela landet. Tjänster vi levererar i vårt affärsområde finns inom exempelvis processdesign, projektledning, project control, planning, inköp, el, instrument, automation, mekanik, rör, hälsa- och säkerhet och HVAC. Vi kommer även nu att utöka våra tjänster med kompetenser inom HSE samt att jobba med Underhållsstopp, Turn Arounds som vår bransch kallar det. Detta gör att vi kan erbjuda våra medarbetare många spännande uppdrag!
Dina viktigaste uppgifter som gruppchef är att jobba med att sälja våra tjänster till befintliga och nya kunder. - tidigare erfarenhet av EPC/EPCM projekt på 10-100Mkr nivå inom processindustrin
- en civil- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen, men du kan också ha förvärvat motsvarande kunskap på annat sätt.

- har körkort då resor kan förekomma i uppdragen
