Capgemini Engineering är ledande inom R&D och ingenjörstjänster och vårt nyaste tillskott i Capgemini-familjen. Finansteamet behöver förstärkning därför söker vi en Finance controller med placering i Göteborg.

Om rollen:

Som Finance controller arbetar du operativt med den löpande bokföringen och redovisningen för Capgemini Engineering. Dina arbetsuppgifter består av avstämningar, assistera vid månatliga rapporteringar enligt IFRS, Cash Management, bankbetalningar, skatt- och momshantering, koordinera intern redovisning och delta i att utveckla och effektivisera affärsprocesser.

Du ingår i ett team bestående av en Finance Controller, Finance Manager och CFO för Norden. Du kommer direktrapportera till Finance Manager för Capgemini Engineering. På sikt finns det möjligheter att få mer ansvar och även utvecklingsmöjligheter på nordisk och internationell nivå.

Group Financial Controller

Om tjänsten:

Som Group Financial Controller kommer du att inneha en nyckelroll inom PowerCell Group med ansvar för flera viktiga aktiviteter och processer. Då vi är en mindre ekonomiorganisation kommer Du att arbeta nära alla inom ekonomiorganisationen men även koncernledningen. Din roll är viktig dels i ekonomiorganisationens utveckling liksom PowerCell Groups utveckling.

I huvudsak är dina ansvarsområden:

- Övergripande ansvarig för koncernredovisning inklusive konsolidering och dess processer.

- Säkerställa att koncernen följer IFRS och andra tillämpliga regelverk för finansiell rapportering, inklusive efterlevnad av fastställda redovisningsprinciper.

- Ansvara för att interna styrdokument avseende finansiell rapportering är uppdaterade och implementerade i koncernen.

- Fungera som IFRS Center of Excellence som ett stöd till både finansorgansitionen och som ett affärsstöd till organisationen i övrigt.

- Bevaka och utvärdera regelverksförändringar som kan komma att påverka PowerCells finansiella rapportering och hållbarhetsrapportering på kort och lång sikt.

- Bokslutsarbete och extern rapportering.

- Årsredovisning och delårsrapporter för koncernen.

- Arbeta med koncernens utveckling av hållbarhetsrapportering, utifrån finansprocesserna, tillsammans med bolagets hållbarhetsansvarige.

- Kontakt med externa revisorer.

- Risk & intern kontroll.

Vi tror att du har följande kvalifikationer och erfarenhet:

- Till rollen söker vi dig som är civilekonom och som idag sitter som koncernredovisningschef, eller arbetar med koncernredovisning i ett internationellt noterat bolag med industriverksamhet.

- Vi ser gärna att du tidigare har arbetat inom revision. Du behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat i både tal och skrift.

- Goda kunskaper inom koncernredovisning och stark förståelse för redovisnings- och rapporteringsstandarder, inklusive IFRS.

Du har tidigare erfarenhet från koncernkonsolidering i en internationell miljö med valutaexponering och erfarenhet från IFRS och gärna börsbolag.  Det är meriterande om du även har erfarenhet av TP-relaterade avtal och processer samt kassaflödesprognoser. Du har relevant akademisk examen inom ekonomi och minst 5 års erfarenhet som redovisningsekonom. Du hanterar bokslut, skatt och moms självständigt och gillar verkligen att ta ansvar och utveckla processer.

• Ability to manage, plan and execute tasks individually as well as in a team setting. 
• Excellent analytical skills, curiosity and problem-solving capability.
